We loved our experience having Defy host our son’s birthday party! The staff was personable and helpful. Jalin made sure everyone was properly and quickly checked in. Calvin regularly checked in with us during our party making sure we were taken care of. It was an awesome experience and we will be back!

Great price for good time. My son says “it was fun” so as long as he’s happy, that’s all that matters. Definitely better than the last time we were there.

Me and the girls had a good time. It was the exercise I needed. Broke a light sweat and kept the rest. I recommend this adventure for the entire family. There was a one-year-old baby jumping on a trampoline.

My grandson celebrated his birthday here. It was $280.00 for 1 hr. on the super cool floor. And 1 hr. in the cozy balcony with a very nice view of the floor for the cake/ party. This price includes 10 jumpers, with jumping socks. And you also get 2 pizzas. We brought extra food and drinks in as well. It seemed as safe and clean as can be expected in a jump house. Rock wall, and dodge ball room was a hit. Walking the tight rope was popular also. We were disappointed however, that the zipline wasnt open. We were looking forward to that the most! The closing of the biggest attraction should be announced, or compensated.

Great place for kids and those still kids at heart to have a fun time. If you buy the Groupon you will want to arrive early as time slots can fill up. We took our son and he had a blast! Dad had a pretty good time too. Ha! The check in process was a bit chaotic with disorganized paper check in process. Other than that it was great.

The play area is great! The customer service and services not so great! I had to come find staff to finish bringing my cake and sodas, they had no pitchers for ice, and gave us hotbox pizza in which I could of brought myself and I never received my sons birthday shirt. So no I lwill never have another birthday party there again. But to visit yes.

Their attention to COVID protocol detail was impeccable. I was initially nervous about my daughter attending a birthday party here, but my trepidations were unfounded.

The time of day we went was perfect. Hardly anyone there and the kiddos had a blast. Zip line wasn’t operational but everything else was good to go.

This was my family’s first time going to DEFY. We had a blast! Our toddler son loved it! We watched his confidence grow throughout our time there. We will definitely be back, and miiiight get a membership soon for daddy and little man.

Such a fun and entertaining environment for my kids ages 6, 4 and 3 and me! We enjoyed all the activities and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

What a great experience I had with my 8 and 6 year old boy. We went on our virtual school day in the morning and we had the whole place to ourselves. It was super clean and the apparatuses were the best at any park we’ve been too. So much fun!

Have mixed reviews of Defy in Indianapolis. My children had a great time; however my daughter left with a broken foot. The employees were concerned at first and brought us ice, but then they asked me to fill out an incident report and failed to bring it. They didnt even let us leave through the front doors, which were closer to my car. The employees working the floor did not seemed concerned with how children were jumping on the equipment but were more focused on them wearing their masks. My daughter jumped off a platform the wrong way, which was her fault; however, signage for proper landing was at the top off the stairs where it was not very visible to parents who were over seeing their children. Also there should have been an age restriction on this obstacle as I saw many children jump and land incorrectly. My daughter just hit something hard underneath which caused her injury. I personally tho k this obstacle should be removed or at the least monitored. I have been to several trampoline places before and all have had foam pits to jump or fall into. This is the first place that has had something different to land on. I have heard of several children that I know who have been injured at Defy and I am not planning on returning nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The facility was very clean and very nice. All the people working out on the floor and behind the counter were also very helpful and very nice. This was the first time that me and my family had come here. We have a six-year-old and a four-year-old and they had a blast. I would recommend DEFY to anyone!

We had a few hours in between doctor appointments and decided to take my 6 yr old ASD child to DEFY. Was a bit nervous as she can be a handful. All 3 staff were extremely helpful and nice. The young lady who helped with the waiver/check in process was very helpful. The young man walking around park was very friendly and helped keep an eye on my daughter. The park was clean. I have no complaints and will definitely be a returning customer!

This was our first time visiting defy for my twins 6th birthday! We drove 1hr 40min to get there, but we had a great time! We will definitely be returning!

My family & I really enjoyed ourselves. The kids were good & tired. I like the fact that they were able to be active. A lot of different options as to were you can go to bounce. Only thing I didn’t care for I wish they would stop every so often to clean & sanitize. Other than that I we definitely go back.

I had an absolute ball. I was with my young son and he enjoyed himself thoroughly. Great customer service, good social distance practices in place as well as can be with the kids still able to have fun.

Overall it was fun, I went with my girlfriend and her brother and three of my siblings. Everyone of all ages. We all had a lot of fun. The only thing was some girls was being ghetto and was trying to argue with us but the staff was friendly and they made sure everyone was wearing there masks. One thing is that I wish they sold water because the water fountain is warm and doesn’t taste good.

I have kids ages 1-11 its hard finding things they will all enjoy! But DEFY checks all the boxes! We had a blast! We got vouchers for $10 on Groupon and an employee gave me 3 FREE 1-hour passes just for wearing our masks the whole time!!!

I was only in Indianapolis for a visit and my friend took me here. It was an absolute blast. The general manager was very personable and the staff were great. Really wishing there was one closer to me.

We were visiting from Wisconsin to see family and wanted to take our daughter somewhere fun. My husband found this place and it was awesome!! The employees were very personable and welcoming. Thanks DEFY for a great time. Hopefully we will back soon!

The employees are very polite and friendly! The place is really fun for all ages honestly. I went in a party with the youngest being 3 and the oldest being in her 50’s and everyone enjoyed their time!

First, the kids had a blast! But well never go back. Went to a birthday party on 10-11-20. Id estimate there were 200ish people in the facility and approximately 80% were not wearing masks, employees included. On our way in, there was a dirty face mask in the water fountain (which is the only source of drinks in the building, as no vending or concessions are available). When we left two hours later, it was still there. There were also dirty masks scattered on the floor and sinks of the FILTHY bathroom. If this is the standard of care and cleanliness during a global pandemic, I cant imagine what its like during more normal times. Extremely gross and extremely disappointing. Will not return.

No stars!, this place is a breading ground for covid19! Mask are not encouraged, no soap in the womans RR, and the only sanitizer was 1 very small bottle at the counter when you checked in. We were there 2 hrs, and not once was anything washed down, NOTHING! Me and my family and friends will not be back. Since you know better you should do better!!!!

I thought this trampoline park was amazingly fun and me and my friend loved it! I would go back again when they didnt force us to wear mask because it is very hard to work out like that and wear a mask.

Since Fishers skyzone closed, I was trying to find another trampoline park nearby. I took my 9yr old cousin and it was our time visiting DEFY.I didn’t even know about the place. The facility was huge when you walk in, and the staff was very friendly and professional. We were able to exchange our skyzone socks for their socks at no extra charge. We had a blast jumping, climbing, swinging, and dodging dodgeballs.

My kids loved this place. I bought my tickets through Groupon I highly suggest doing that to save money. The place was super clean and the workers were everywhere watching to make sure the kids were okay. The bathrooms were clean also and shocker.... They have a changing table!!!! So many places dont these days. Worth the drive. We drove an hour to go here and it was worth it. It would be fun to go during black light. Definitely recommend this place. Even for little ones its fun. I have a 2, 5, and 9 year old and each one of them have a blast

The experience was very lackluster. The employees weren’t welcoming at all. My group and I booked on groupon, and we were only able to use an hour of the time we paid for. 1/10, would not recommend.

$15 for 60min of play so if you have alot of kids it can get pretty expensive. The facility is also not very clean you would think that with covid they would try harder to keep it clean. Also there arent any drink or food options except for an ice cream vending machine that charges $5 for a tiny cup of ice cream. Overall its ok but Urban air in Franklin is better

The experience was ok for our first time. Although they didn’t have a refreshment stand and they wanted us to drink out of a water fountain and once my daughter lost her mask in the foam and associate said she could continue to jump but 30 minutes goes by and he walked up to my 10yr old child and told her not me that his manager said we had to leave due to her not having a mask on nor did they have any mask for us to purchase as they ran out. In which turned our experience into a bad one b/c the 90 minutes I purchased got cut to 60 minutes and she was upset we had to leave.

Wait to get in was 45 minutes, very slow but workers were friendly. Would avoid it on weekends, tons of unsupervised kids so hard to get to most of the stuff!

Very cool place, but my overall experience for my first visit was less than satisfactory. The staff didn’t seem to care to enforce any of the rules for any of the equipment or the rules they put in place due to COVID.

First time at Defy. Took the entire family for the 9am 6 and under jump. The time allotted for the younger children was perfect; not crowded, allowed my children to participate in all activities Defy had to offer. Jessica greeted us upon entry and was very outgoing and friendly. Checked in on us throughout our entire stay. Children loved the experience and we will be returning.

Kids had a great time as usual. The equipment is starting to show its wear though. Some things are just shut down completely because being in disrepair. None of the staff enforced any rules. The back was completely unsupervised the entire time we were the both times this week (2 hour visit both times). Thats where you need the most staff. Kids were on top of walls, just jumping off ledges and all around doing everything you think kids would do with no staff paying attention. Parents bring their under 6 year olds and not watching them was also am issue but not the parks fault.

This place was awesome the kids loved it I will be going back soon!

The place was very cool. Vending machines for drinks did not work. Lots of kids/ people not following rules about jumping in other people spaces or running through the trampoline areas: no awareness of others. My main concern about that is safety. I watched several close calls yesterday while we were there. Staff are not close enough to the areas to see what’s going on or just were not watching. Several parents were getting frustrated. I also think there should be a dedicated line to online purchases. I still had to wait 20 minutes and had bought tix and done the waivers at home. Overall, cool music, better areas and less expensive than Sky zone, IMO!

My little boy absolutely loved Defy Indy! Very clean, and great customer service. Jessica was super friendly and helpful! Such a great staff! We will definitely be back.

I jumped off onto the big airbag and landed straight on my feet and hurt my ankle pretty bad. All of the staff were so helpful and really helped make sure that I was alright. Even before I got hurt everything was so great! Thank you all staff for helping me today! I definitely will recommend! You guys are the best!

Lots of different things to do which makes it fun and gives you a lot to do. Cole was great and very helpful. Hoping that next time we go back, its not as busy so we can really experience things and not worry about running into someone else.

For a newer place this is already run down. The zip line was broken, there just wasnt enough staff who knew what to do or what was going on. Everything felt slimy and dirty. There was a good selection of things to do from jumps to obstacles to swings and trampolines.

It was fun a clean environment to jump and play and build bonds and meet new people!!! I WILL BE BACC!!!

Always have a great time here. Can usually find a groupon for a good price and makes the drive from south Indy worth it! This place definitely tires you out big time if you jump for more than an hour. Youll get some good old fashioned sleep after coming here.

Not very clean. Poor customer service from the employees. The manager was super friendly and helpful, however. If it werent for him, I would rate a 1 star. Would not recommend for birthday parties.

Defy INDY is a great place for your kids to burn energy. The staff is usually pretty good with interacting with the kids and keeping them safe, even on the busiest day. A snack bar would make Defy even better!

Super fun day, but the facility is a little junky. The entry area looks like they aren’t open and ALL the drink vending machines were out of order. After 90 minutes of jumping, you are going to want a drink from something other than the filthy drinking fountain. If you’re allowed, I would recommend bringing your own water.

This is a really fun place! The kids had a great time. I just wish they would have all of the activities open. Some of them were blocked off.

We absolutely love this place!!! Wish there was one closer to us. We drove almost an hour to get here, and planning on returning at least twice/month. Totally worth the drive. The stuff was nice, the place was clean, and the kids playing were nice and respectful( homeschool kids I assume, since we were there at 11 during school day).

Kids love it! Lots of different things to do other than just jumping.The turnoff is the cleanliness - parking lot was a mess with fast food waste and cigarette butts; bathrooms had very little soap. All of the food and drink vending was out of order.

Staff was efficient with check-in even though we were a huge group. They policed the attractions well and all the kids said it was the best indoor trampoline park in Indianapolis. When my daughter was slightly hurt they were right there, speaking sweetly and offering ice, but she was fine. I got the feeling they take it very seriously. We did have one kid leave with a concussion due to colliding with another kid. He had blurred vision but at first thought he just had sweat in his eyes. He felt dizzy but dismissed it as a result of the jumping and swinging. He didnt report any of this til he said his head was killing him on the way home and I had to pull over for him to throw up. Fortunately no brain bleed but scary. Not the fault of the park at all, just accidents can happen in this type of thing. So parents check in with kids often. Myself, I had fun despite being old and fat!

What a great place! I homeschool my two boys (12, 8) and we were able to take our school work and stayed for hours playing and working. Its a very safe environment with only one way in/out of the play area (other than emergency exits that alarm when opened). Everyone on the staff is wonderful and they are always available to answer questions and give information. We are so thrilled with our passes and cant wait to go back!

Defy is such a fun place for kids of all ages to play and get great excercise! And, its very affordable especially with a membership. We have been 10 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME have been blown away by Defys amazing staff; always friendly, eager to help, and interactive with the kids (even teaching my kids how to perform tricks). Love this place and am so impressed with the staff they employ! Keep doing what youre doing!

Great place! We love the variety of obstacles and trampolines. Im only giving it 4 stars because there were 3 things closed on our last visit. We still had a blast, but could have been better.

One of your women employees organized dodge ball and my grandson had a wonderful time.It would have been good if your employee explained the lockers, where the bathrooms were, the timing as this was my first time here.

The kids had a blast and staff was very friendly. This is definitely the place to take your kids to tire them out. Plenty of seats all over to watch your children no matter which activity they are doing. A good amount of staff out on the floor at all times watching and guiding. We had so much fun and will return FOR SURE !

We normally LOVE defy ... however this morning we waited from 901-933 behind only 3 other families ... then they tried to make us leave right at 10 but we paid full price for an hour. Super disappointed! The park itself is great, front desk and staff really need some help.

Super fun environment. A lot of staff watching all the kids making sure everyone is playing safe. In fact my nephew hurt his wrist and they came right over to help us just make sure everything was OK and got us ice and make sure he was OK. Super appreciative of them.
