Decent good time for the kids big facility that can handle social distancing

Great place for kids to jump but very over priced on drinks and food. I was reprimanded by an employee for jumping on a square with my 1 year old and I spent $300 for a Birthday party that consisted of 10 children which came with only 3 pizzas so I added on 3 mote but when I got my birthday room we only got 3 pizzas. And unlimited drinks means a small pitcher of your choice. They give you 3 of these pitchers, that all taste flat, and the drinking glasses are tiny, like a toddlers cup. Only my 4 year old niece was content with her cup, I had to speak to management about the jumping issue, pizza problems and drink situations. I do not believe $300 plus the cost of extra drinks, since you are not able to get your drinks until you get your party room, was worth the experience. I was not satisfied.

My grandson had so much fun on his birthday and everyone there help keep a good eye on them make sure they were safe. Everyone was so nice and friendly. It was a real treat !!

The kids had a blast here! Its big enough that all the kids have room to have a good time without being on top of each other and also many different sections to enjoy. Downfall is by far the price...you have to pay for the socks which if I recall were 4 dollars and then its 20/hour per child to jump. When you have more than one child that adds up quick and in a place like this an hour flies by like its nothing especially for the kids.

A variety of music would make for a more pleasant visit.

My son has autism and sometimes it’s hard to find a place where he can be himself and have enough room. This was absolutely perfect! This place was packed with kids on a Saturday night and it’s so big he still could find a room he wouldn’t fall over on people LOL. Staff is amazing and efficient and the sky zone was impeccably clean!

It was perfect for my daughter and her male best friend. I took them to the Sky Zone New Years Party. They got to hang out, celebrate, and I didnt have to worry about them being out of site for very long. The cashiers were very helpful to me for walking me through the whole process since I had never been there. It was a BLAST!

Kids ALWAYS have fun! I reserved a room for only $50 for my sons birthday party. Well worth the price as a perk to renting the room is you can bring outside food items into the room and you can also decorate the room any way you would like. They have plates, forks, napkins and a few other items available for use in the cabinets in the room. Beats paying the price for a hosted birthday party when I can do it myself!

This place was all around amazing, there were so many different activities with all around 28 star trampoline. I will say that the food would need a touch more of a kick (if you know what I mean). Great place for fun exercise!!!!!

Very fun! They have a huge facility with many things to do. Aside from the giant trampolines, they also have a basketball court, game area, and concessions room. They have trampoline dodge ball as well as an obstacle course. It is a bit of a splurge though, but its worth it for the facilities and super kind staff.

Much better than Fishers location. Plenty of room and everyone had a great time. Will definitely return to this location.

Kids love it! Theyve got deals through the week making it more affordable. Have also found good group on deals, as well.Place is kept up well.Many different activities, not just trampolines.Has concession stand with normal unhealthy fare. A few healthier choices would be a nice addition. But its not a food joint, so wont hold that against them.Also, Ive texted a question through this specific locations website and they answered almost immediately.

This is one of the best experiences we had with the family. They have a lot of stuff to do as well as enjoyment for kids of all ages. Come here for a great time with your friends and family.

My niece Grace had her 6th birthday party here!! My daughter is 2 in the end of December and she LOVED this place a million times over.. She was all smiles baby, Ive never seen her light up as much as she did jumping with all the kiddos and her dad and I so I just highly recommend for anyone really. My daughter is the very shy type and quiet around anyone new by the way I think this is the main reason I was just so satisfied with our time spent here. It was also just as much fun for my husband and I! Will be going back way more often now for sure!!!

Great place, very clean and neat! We had a little misunderstanding with time on the tickets (that was purchased online) but manager took care of that issue really quick and easy! Highly recommend the monthly unlimited elite plus deal. You will get your money worth if you go once with a family of 4 or more. Keep an extra pair of their socks in your car for each kid in case you want to just stop in because its 4.00 a pair . You have to skyzone socks only

Love this place for my granddaughter! However, it can get very expensive if you have more than one child. $20 for one child to jump for an hour not too bad though.

I took my twins to toddler time on Saturday. It was SO much fun!

We held a birthday party here and it was excellent. We brought our cake and gifts which the crew at Sky Zone helped load up and place in the birthday party room. The place is a blast on its own but the birthday party option was a great choice and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend parties here or just visiting in general for family fun.

I took my son there and had a blast great place to go.

Its clean and not too expensive. I was impressed with the employees that played with my little boy who was the only kid there. He went early with his grandmother and they played with him so he didnt have to jump alone. Small act of kindness that made his day.

Ok sky zone is one of a kind In my opinion it is perfect for everybody. As adults we get a little out shape as we get older and this place here will let you know how out shape you are Its a killer work out but fun at the same time.Kids oyeah burn that energy have fun with other kids playing as we did as kids. Trust me if you have not been and think that you should go it well worth ever penny and just go do it

Great place for active and trying to become active children. The food was the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star place. Food not that intriguing!

A lot of fun for all ages. Kids should show up early to avoid getting trampled by bigger kids. A variety of activities, all in great condition. Only problem, and its a serious one, is the terms of their waiver. It puts you in a position of buyer beware with no enforceable recourse due to their negligence, should such an injury occur. Thats why we filled the waiver in a manner that invalidates it entirely. Theres a difference between legal protections, and predatory contracts. That being said, it does not appear theres a whole lot of opportunity for injury. Just the potential to get screwed in the unlikely chance something goes wrong.

One star because they told me I couldnt jump in the same square as my one year old who is doesnt know to jump that well yet. And told me we couldnt be together. I dont tolerate being told what to do with my child especially if they make you sign a liability waiver before you can even jump. Whats the point of the liability waiver. Wont be going back.

First time here, amazing place! Brought the two boys for one of their birthdays and they had a blast! Gotta say; even though we know it isnt anyones fault in particular if something happens to anyone else, the crew on the floor could be doing a much better job. Some of them, instead of focusing while in their own areas, were walking to and from chatting, talking about hanging out after work and what have you. 2 stars to the floor staff.

I went for a birthday party and this place is nice. It seems like a place for all ages even though the birthday girl turned 5. Nice and the place was clean.

This place was super fun. As a 19 year old college student, it was perfect for my friends and I. The kids around 6 years old looked to be having a blast too so Id assume anyone in that range would love it. Go Tuesdays and show up as soon as they open to buy the unlimited jump.

We didnt get to stay our full time since my son hurt himself on the ropes of the obstacle course pretty seriously. I understand that you sign a waiver when you come in, but all they offered him was a couple bandaids. He had some serious burns on his hands. So we did have to leave about 15 min into our jump and wasnt offered a refund at all.

A fun activity for the kids. I have a 4 and 6 year old. They loved it. Check in was easy. The staff was super friendly as well.

Based on the sky fitness class I did I would give all 5. The class can be as challenging as you make it so good for all levels. My only negative is its expensive for bigger familys. We only have one child and its 45 dollars for us for only 1hr. Lots of my friends cant afford it with lots of kids.

The American Ninja warrior course is pretty awesome, theyve got three different levels for different ages.Lockers to secure valuables, concessions, friendly staff that keeps on eye on things. Its a fun place.

My four and six year old kept getting bullied out of areas because of bigger kids. If they had different areas for different ages it would be a much needed improvement for the kids safety and fun for all kids!

Went to Sky Zone on Saturdays early bird special which is $10 for 2 hours from 10 to noon with my son who is 9 had a great time. The staff seemed really friendly and watch over basically all the different attractions for safety precautions. Only thing I didnt really care for was the obstacle course because the Rings were very slick hard to grip at all as well the ropes throughout the obstacle are made of a material which is very slick synthetic material thats hard on the hands when youre trying to grip them. Real rope would make a huge difference

Great time for kids and adults. Fun way to burn off excess energy especially in cooler months. The prices for bouncing are fair however the cost and quality of the items at the snack bar leave a little to be desired. Leaving with a car full of tired out youngsters is worth the price.

Loved this place. Went for my sons birthday and had a blast. They have rules where there is only supposed to be one person on a jumping square at a time, but the birthday boy my 2 year old son was all over the place. The staff kindly redirected him to keep every one safe, but they were very considerate of his age, lack of understanding and his need to want to jump with others. We had a party room where the host had set up pizza and drinks. He was very courteous and made sure everything was going well and even did the cleaning up even though I tried to do this. They also had a dodge ball area in which my oldest was playing with some other kids on one side and grown men on the other. The side the kids were playing on had these hard balls and the other side had soft balls, so to accommodate the kids they ask the men to switch them balls. This location had very nice respectful courteous staff members and it was very clean an well organized. I give it a 5 star and recommend it to every one. GREAT JOB!!!. Cant wait to go back.

Never going over there. I asked the girl that was working on the front desk if I was allowed to jump with my 1yr old son and she said YES. Once I started jumping with my son two employee came to me giving me actitud and saying Im not supposed to jum with my son but guess what I saw someone else jumping with her baby and no one said anything to her. At that moment I felt discriminated. I went to one of the employee name OLIVIA to ask her a question and she was really rude she didnt respond me and kept walking and came back with another employee I couldnt remember his name but he was really rude too. NEVER GOING OVER THERE!!!

I will never forget the look on my 4 year old daughters face when she was cheered on by the staff and a line of screaming kids to make it to the top of the 8 wall. So proud.We love it here and there is PLENTY to do for a few hours on a rainy weekend. Also, yes the massage chairs are super great.

My son loves this place, pricing is great and it is a fun safe environment for teenagers to go act their age. Glow night is fun and the music is always age friendly. If youre looking to do something as a family, or drop your teenager off with friends you cannot go wrong with this place.

I tore my ACL & part of my meniscus while here. Had a pretty good time right up until that point. Staff (mostly teens) seemed to not care when I was clearly in pain and had suffered some sort of injury. Accidents happen but you run a higher risk of injury at a trampoline park vs. the movies.

For those days when you dont have time for the gym this is a great way to burn off some energy with the kiddos. I had a blast jumping with our four-year-old. He was a bit hesitant at first but once he got out there he had an absolute blast. They have different activities other than trampolines, dodgeball A jumping pit, in an obstacle course so much fun!

One of the best sky zone parks. It has more than just trampolines. Its like Ninja Warrior meets parkour. Very fun place to let the kids go nuts and get their energy out.

They keep updating the facility. They have added a new area with beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills needed to get through the obstacle course.The place is still clean and nothing appears to be wearing out.It is, however, kind of pricey. Therefore we come once or twice a year. But I know there are folks who come much more frequently than that. The newness and fun would probably wear off for our family of we did that. Its a good place to take a large group. But again, that takes money!This is a good sky zone, overall I highly recommended it.

My son recently attended here for a birthday party I was initially a little concerned as to how they were going to budget the time on the mats. Well at first I didnt really agree with how they structured the time on the mats I do in the end feel like it is the best way to do it. There are many different party packages and each package you can kind of set your jump time and that is your window for your party guests to jump. Afterwards or a certain amount of designated party time where you get served food and drinks in your own set aside area. He really enjoyed it and I do believe well be coming back as a family during one of their regular jump periods to experience with all they have to offer for ourselves. There seems to be a lot to do and a lot of fun to be had after you buy their special socks.

Love by my 2 year old so much. Great for losing weight and building endurance at any age.

Had my nephews birthday party here and it was a lot of fun! The kids loved all the places they could play. We used the party rooms and the staff were great at being attentive to the kids and helping with all our needs!
