The playset is well kept and easy to get to. A quick walk through the ball park and its all fun for the kids. Also right near trees so thats fun.
Great facility. Great parent support great coaches.
The park itself is fine. But I’d be Leery about signing your kids up to play fall softball there. Whoever was over the eight and under girls Softball league Was a joke. I have never seen a place so unorganized. I mean they couldn’t get one thing right. There’s not but about seven or eight teams in the entire league maybe Not that many. Game times were never correct we would get an email from Christie some lady over the league Telling us what time our games was. but when we would get to the field she had sent the other team emails telling them the game started an hour to 30 minutes before the time she gave us. Not giving our girls any time to warm up or get ready. Not to mention having the other team just sitting there waiting. And the referees Who are obviously just there to collect some extra money. they could care less about the children, the sport, or doing their job correctly. All they care about is getting their $25-$35 per game and getting the hell out of there. If it wasn’t for the Coach Josh Howell being a standup guy and a good coach. My daughter would definitely not play there again. I just don’t understand and I can’t comprehend how The emails sent out from the commissioner of the league could be so different from team to team.
This is the 2nd time we have played at this park. Once for baseball and tonight for basketball. The refs are awful. Too young and uneducated on the sport. I suggest the refs reading the rule book again.... or get someone older.
My nieces play ball there and its Wonderful but needs more sitting for folks please. THANK YOU for the great atmosphere!
I go there with my schools PE class when the girls are using the gym and we need a whole gym for our activity. I like the smell. It smells of fresh lacquered wood.
Kids went. It was still closed
Great place for the race lets go McNair wildcats
Good it was fun to be at
Fern Bell Park is an awesome place for recreational sports. They offer baseball, softball, basketball, football, and soccer. The coaches work really well with the kids and make sure they learn the fundamentals of the game. This is a fun park to be a part of.
Weve had a kid or kids playing ball at Fern Bell for more than 10 years and anticipate playing for many more. Love our ballpark family!
We take our children here all the time. One of our favorite parks in huntsville!
I like my kids love it and hoby love it...
Go there for the swimming pool. Its great!
Nice place!
We use the fields for my teens to practice soccer on, and the younger on, and my younger one loves the playground!
Very clean
My daughter plays softball for this organization and we love it! If you are more of a laid back parent and want excellent coaches this is the place for you! They focus on the skills rather than winning or losing and build the girls confidence.
Fun for kids and clean and neat
The park is a good park, but the park director thats a different story he is very rude. He doesnt have time for you when you have a question about who is on what field for pratice. Not a good first impression for me.
Great place to hang...when the sun is up
Great field, well kept!
Great clean park
Great place for kids.
Great place to live
The playground was nice however it needs some more mulch so that its not so muddy.
Very clean park. Also the kids LOVED the playground
This is a nice ball park and has plenty of parking.
Great ball and play park!!!
Great complex for youth sports.
Ball fields are newer and well kept, but the playground is a muddy mess due to severe erosion problems. Baseball fields are fenced, but soccer fields and playground are not.
Nice park
