Fun place. Kids had a birthday party here and it was a hit. Will be back!.

We had my sons birthday party here 2 weeks ago. The kids had a blast. Heck, I really enjoyed it myself as I was gaming with them. The staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone in our party. They were very helpful with my 8 yr old daughter. I was very impressed with the entire setup. Well be back for sure. I highly recommend for parties. They make it very easy for you.

My daughter loves this place and the prices are reasonable. Loved the fact I can shop and leave her there knowing she is safe

A nice place to just chill and play videogames, staff are polite and happy to help, prices are reasonable, etc. And even if the staff are preoccupied usually it doesnt take long to get service, and thus far every visit has been an enjoyable one

Seriously the best place to spend your money if your kids are into video games. Great prices and the staff is all amazing. They know me when I call and they know my kids and what they like by heart. They interact with the kids to make sure they are doing okay. I love taking them here and trust the staff 100% if I need to step out and go run to another store in the mall really quick. Hands down the best place to happen to Deerbrook mall. Please don’t ever leave!!

Well everything was good till a big white dude with long hair white and has glasses honestly a big cry baby, complaining on a lot of things just don’t recommend coming here when he is around if you are a serious gamer who like to express himself don’t come here

Wow! This was a fun experience for me and my son and daughter! The game selection is massive and the setup is relaxing. They also have food, drinks and bathrooms so no need to leave the excitement. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something fun to do with family and friends!

Brought my nephew on his birthday and 3 of his friends here. They had so much fun they did not want to leave. We were there for 5 hours and Brian was so attentive and helpful to us best customer service I’ve seen in a while even though there was more people walking in wanting to play or even just to ask questions he was just back and forth making sure we were ok. My nephew keeps asking me when I’m going to take him there again with the cool guy and best of all he said this was the best birthday ever!!

Do not recommend it always crying about everything games are not even downloaded and updated like bro cmon this is a gaming place do you expect us to be quite common know staff is great except some big dude with long hair and glasses crying about everything

My fiancee and I go every last Friday of the month for the late-night thingy. The environment is really chill, and all-ages. I dont feel out of place as an adult, nor would I not want to bring my daughter when she gets older. The bathrooms are also surprisingly clean, which I wasnt expecting lmao. Staff is super friendly. Overall a great hangout spot!

Awesome environment, kid friendly, never a full moment and always keeps u on your toes. Awesome gaming, and incredible staff, cant wait to bring more people here

Just passed by when I was at the makl. I was so impressed. When i was young, it was just a video arcade and now they got this and it looks really cool the Lighting, the games and definitely trending

Great people working here on Sunday afternoon. Seating for parents or grandparents will come back . Looks like plenty of games also.

Took my kids to try it out. Employee told me it was going to be an hour or hour and half wait. We waited for an hour and half didnt hear any thing. Well when I went up and asked how much longer, I was told another 50 minutes on top of the hour and half we have already waited. I guess they just allow people already playing to keep buying more time, so you dont really have a guarantee of when youll play. Ended up just leaving.

I love going to playlive with my family (especially my dad and friends)! we have such a great time playing together (Fortnite, GTA IV, Mortal Kombat) so many games. This is really my happy place!

So many assortments of games the employees are completely awsome and really cheap to play like 15 dollars for to play ALL day like incredible deal many snacks and cards for like magic the gathering i guess and pokemon cards, controlller grips, bardgames to buy, headphones, posters, caps, and pc gaming heck yaPerfect establishment 5/5
