This place is basically a watered down version of their other locations. Supply chains personally transport all their goods, so basically impossible to get anything delievered and if you request something specific they will never notify you. Basically they have great goods at great prices, and they offer good money if you have something good to sell, but 0% customer satisfaction standards and only care about the money. They might as well be selling that store in a van. Also you can expect them to hide some details from you in order to make a deal, so dont buy anything expensive without all the specifics first.

Definitely would not recommend this place.I completely understand the need to fill the nostalgia void with old games and collectibles, but like so many, GOOD stuff at good prices. The models and statues there are AT LEAST twice what you’ll spend elsewhere. The guy there, (long hair, long beard; kinda Brown-hair Gandalf thing going On) didn’t even know the difference between battery types or sizes/volts/mah powers. Selling a stronger battery for the exact same price as a weaker battery.The guy there is obviously only there because “he likes games”, but if you ask him a SERIOUS question, he would most likely not be able to answer.If you look into their ratings to where they just have stars, and no comments, you can tell they OBVIOUSLY paid for a Google Rating bot to boost their ratings. Sad. Just sad.

Older model games newer model style classics and special requests. Needs games competitions to draw a bigger crowd. Its in the mall people will come theres plenty of space. Go back to your childhood days and this store. Try not to buy the whole thing you will lose your whole allowance there,

This place is amazing hold all kinds of classic games and consoles. I love that soon the ps5 comes out and this stores got classic games from legends of dragoon to all the final fantasy series also the staff is great and nice to everyone. also a great place to take your games in for store credit. they even give greater deals then gamefly. defiantly if you have some rare classic games people are defiantly look for come to these guys for appraisal. the guy who open game world is a pure genies. so tell them Cheshire sent ya.

Short staffed, poorly stocked, and very run down. Had a very poor experience here.

Game prices are ok I would not suggest getting anything repaired here they are short staffed when it comes to the repair people it takes to long. It took them over a month to replace a battery in my gameboy game that takes no longer than 10 minutes to do. If I would suggest anything get more repair people in there

My son shops here and trades and sells games here. Pretty good place overall, hes never disappointed. Plus the workers are always professional and kind.

They sell repro games/consoles. Everything is way over priced it’s disgusting. They aren’t willing to price match either. Save yourself the time and go to GamesPlus or somewhere more sensible and willing to work with you. Hands down worst video game store

Tried to visit at 10 after 10 this morning and the place is pitch black and locked up. Dont know if they are going out of business or just dont want to be there. This is the 3rd or 4th time since they opened a few weeks back they werent open. Time to call the mall office and complain.

Me and another dude tried to go in, but the mall has been open for 10 minutes and this place isnt. Waste of time.

I been here a few times now. Owner is awesome. Always helpful and has a lot of knowledge about many games and systems. Love going here and seeing all the retro stuff. I been to a lot of retro stores and this one is number 1 on my list. I will be heading in this week to checkout a few games i seen there in my last visit.

I’ve been here a few times and am never disappointed...they carry a bunch of GameCube games and they have fixed many consoles of mine and they then work perfectly...I love going here and will most definitely will be back

If you need repairs on your game console or maintenance. These guys are the ones to check out. Also for accessories or replace broken/damaged controllers.

Two years ago I had a 1st gen PS3 repair, and something they did somehow completely flatlined my entire system. And if you’re a gameboy fan, I recommend NEVER picking up any fake, Chinese bootleg bullcrap cartridges they proudly show in display. Just don’t.....

The HDMI port on my PS4 was broken and I called them up they told me to bring it in, and they fixed it in about half an hour and I was on my way to gaming again. Every other place I took it to said it would be a few days. Ill definitely be using these guys again. Highly recommended.

A very nice and organized store however I was almost duped into buying a reproduction mario 64 cart for retail priceI noticed it was a reproduction as soon as I walked out of the storeBut the manager gave me my money back which was nice of them

Api sold me cricket world tournament 2018. I go home and open game and it was bowlshit cricket world tournament 2002. Jimminie cricket is not on cricket world cup 2002. I axed before I buy if Jimminie cricket was in game and he say yes. So I come next day and API mutheryacker keep my 50 rupees and give me MLB 2018. So I call my Indian cricket gangsta and beat API with chupels

Came in here the first time and saw that they had an old retro console I was interested in but didnt have the money for at the time. It was priced at $150 with 2 games and 2 controllers. Came back today to get it since I was looking to buy it as a Valentines day present and they hiked the price up to $250. I asked the guy there if he would cut me some slack and do $150 since thats what I originally saw it for. He told me no, that the console in particular was VERY hard to come by and he couldnt go any lower. Right after saying that, he then proceeded to tell me that the reason why its more now is because he THINKS they sold the previous console they had and that the one that was currently in the store was a different, more expensive console. So... Right after telling me that this console is VERY hard to come by, youre gonna tell me that you guys sold the last console you had and then had ANOTHER EXACT SAME console with the EXACT same games and controllers for sale again? Im sorry but I call bullshit. Thats a very far-fetched coincidence given the fact that this is a hard to find console, so he said. I can get the console online for less than what theyre asking for, games and controllers as well. Why dont I go buy it offline you ask? Because I wanted to save myself from the wait, shipping fees and possibly getting scammed by money hungry people. I wont be coming back here. Apart from this experience, the guy who attended me seemed far more concerned with what was on his phone than the bull he was telling me in regards to the console. Its sad, this store has a nice selection of games but way too overpriced, especially on their consoles and older games. I can list about 10 games that I saw there that can be bought at half the price, if not less at other stores in houston. Smh.

Went there hoping to get my Wii repaired after it wouldnt turn on the night before. I dropped it off and had to wait a day or two to hear back from them about the condition. Turns out my Wii worked just fine and the problem was that I needed a new A/C Adapter which they had on hand for $18. A bit pricey if you ask me but I dont too much like buying chargers, batteries, and power supplies online at risk of them being used despite being labeled as new and damaged so I bought it. Works pretty good for a third party product.Wish I could tell you their price estimates for console repairs if thats what youre looking for but since I didnt need a repair per se Im afraid I cant. Still if you need a repair take it here first before going anywhere else. I feel these guys will give you great deals!
