I had my daughters 5th birthday & it was perfect our party host Shana did an AMAZING JOB totally recommend her !! She took care of us & top notch customer service.

Had a awesome time here with my family celebrating my daughters 1st birthday! She had a blast and the staff was great and attentive to all our needs.

Of course there were maybe only 2-3 other children there on a Monday...the kids had a blast!

Its always good clean fun for the kids and us parents!!! Especially today the employee named Anthony was awesome hes the most cheerful and positive employee I have ever met at Chuck-E-Cheese!!! Give that teen a raise!!! HE MADE TODAYS EXPERIENCE AWESOME!!!!

I was really impressed. Very clean with friendly employees. Went during the school day so it wasn’t busy. Lots of options for older kids as well as toddlers. I had a great time playing with my kid! Pricing was very reasonable.

Salad bar and pizza were delicious!!! Overall kid experience was amazing!!! I like that fact that we dont have to walk around with a pocket full of tokens... Swiping our play card was very convenient!! Well be back!!

Went on a Thursday so small crowd which was nice. Pizza was just ok for the price. But the placed was clean. Staff was helpful and cherry. Overall it was fun. The kids were so happy.

Heard due to covid-19, ChuckeCheese may declare bankruptcy. My mom went to the Northline location and made my son a surprise birthday party at the home. She bought my son a ton of stuff from there to which she found out they were opening Monday, they also sold her 1,000 tickets and gave her an extra 1,000 tickets. We came to the 59/1960 location. Upon cashing the tickets, this old man in suspenders who we found out was a worker, came to us and asked where we got the tickets because theyre missing 2,000 tickets. After I told him, he walks by, looks over and shakes his head as if we were lying. I was bothered and saw him talking to the manager, I went to show the manager pictures of us having the Birthday party yesterday. She said we thought it was odd a location would sell you that many tickets. We have 40min left of play, we are ready to get out of here. Once my mom got word of what happened she had a talk with the manager whom called the Northline location to see if we stole the tickets, she reviewed their security cameras of us, and she tried to assure me the worker didnt accuse us, though I have that conversation on camera.

If I can give it a zero I would!!! Broken games, flat drinks nothing is fix will never go back!!!

Im giving 2 stars because I came in today with my 4years old son for the first time since the lockdown started. I only came after reading about the new safety and sanitation procedures there were taking, including ”Games, restrooms and dining rooms will be sanitized every 30 minutes” not true at all, I was there today for 4 hours and nobody came to clean or sanitized any of the machines or tables at all.

We havent been in a while and we do like the idea of the all you can play option but they definitely switched out the games with ones that you are not able to win a lot of tickets on. Honestly we had probably 70 tokens left out of 100 and my six year old wasnt even interested in playing anymore. The line to redeem tickets for prizes had no one working there and we were first and then there were several people who came after us and when the girl finally came to the ticket counter she proceeded to help the person who would walked up last instead of the six families who were there before them. I told her that we were there first and told her the order it went in and she didnt seem to care she kind of brushed me off.

Mary the manager is amazing and helps with anything that goes wrong. We went on a friday night and I would never do that again. It was so packed and chaotic. I will take the kids again but on a different day and time. Be sure to search for coupons because they have good deals.

My niece had her birthday party here and it was nice. Essence the party host kept rushing us, I felt kind of bothered by it so did the mom of the birthday girl. Overall it was fun but Essence was pretty rude.

Food gave us food poisoning, place is run down and unhygienic. Getting worse with the years.

They have roaches, general managers is rude, cashiers at the front stay on their phones when their are customers waiting, the bathroom is NEVER CLEAN. Do not go here they might fry a rat near your

This place is just great. Like the kids, us adults have fun everytime. This location always has a good vibe in the air, the personnel is kind and not rude. Love this place

First time with our 20 month old grandchild. They enjoyed the rides till it became busy. It is best to take young ones as soon as they open so they can ride. When the older kids get there they run over and push the small children. Our grandchild was done after about 30 minutes of riding.

I love taking my 3 year old here. I saw they opened at 9 am on Saturdays so we come at 9:15 AM. Got him all hyped up for chuck e cheese. But there is a sign on the door they actually open at 10 AM during the summer. Wish I would have known or it would have been stated online. Other than that this is a great chuck e cheese.

The atmosphere is right for children young families and grandparents... its a loving environment funniest kids playing.... I enjoyed it so did my two-year-old grandson

Fun place to take the kids. A lot of different games, many of which are also fun for the gaming adults out there. Pizza is actually really good too. Just better be ready to fork over some cash to enjoy it. Typically spend 75 to 100 bucks a visit for a family of 4.

My son loves going here, and he does have a blast every time so thats what matters- but its a little ghetto and kind of dreary inside for me. I do like their updated system of using the cards instead of lugging around cupfuls of tokens- definitely more efficient and allows my son to play even more games for basically the same price! The pizza is also pretty underrated- I find their pizza & salad bar to be surprisingly good

My kids had so much fun great food and the staff are really nice and fun chucky throws allot more tickets then other chuckychese that ive been to I would highly recommend

Pretty good location w plenty of parking. It does tend to get busy on the weekends but other then that its pretty good. No complaints.

My niece hosted her daughters birthday party there, from the start the host did not provide good service. The wait for pizza was extremely long. And everytime we asked she would just giggle and didnt really care for our experience. I have been at other locations and seen way better service. Ysabel was the name of the employee, dont think my family will host another party there again.

Grandkids love it. Pizza has improved since many years.

The entire place smells stale. I have been here before and had a rather pleasant experience. This last visit, however (09.22.19) - I cannot emphasize how disappointed I was. My mom ordered the salad bar and all the toppings were spoiled. When she went to ask for her money back for that one item, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and threw the money back at my mother, as if it was an inconvenience to say I dont like rotten food. I am deeply disappointed and will not visit this location again.

One of the nicer chuck e cheeses I have been to. Kids had a good time while we were here for a birthday party. Only complaint is the door person let my child go outside with someone that didnt have a matching stamp. Luckily it was family but always could have not been the door person doesnt know that.

Really enjoyed myself, as well as the family. Visited CEC on a Sunday & was really surprised at how empty it was. Ive always tried to stay away for coming here on weekends after one previous visit when we had to just leave due to it being so pack that my kids couldnt enjoy themself. They had wait for games & other kids were skipping lines. But this time we went pretty early, about half an hour from when it had open, & it was very comfortable for the kids to enjoy themself going from one game to another. Also very happy with the new option of buying a timed card, instead of buying points. Makes it easier for the kids to not worry about double scanning & loosing their points too fast.

It was our first time here and we loved it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They make sure the games have tokens and tickets. It seems like every other location we have to hunt someone down to fill the machines. Not the case here. Keep up the good work guys.

A very famous amusement place center, specially for children. They can have birthday parties in here with previous reservation, of course. The place is very entertaining if buy a card, only if youre invited to a celebration inside you can use an unlimited card, otherwise you have pay. The customer service is fine they give a great service, some of them speak Spanish!! Restrooms available.

Well you would think people who with at a fun place like this, would have a smile and be thoughtful and nice, but yeah right ! Anyways we had my grandsons birthday here, but once there, first of all the cashier was rushing us, we order the pizzas, well we get them almost an hour late, our guests would go and order, the cashier was very rude, my grandsons aunt ordered a cake, when she asked for it, they literally shoved at her, I mean what kind of place does that, well this one does. I feel if your not happy where you work, especially in a fun place such as Chuck E Cheese, then get the hell out and go somewhere else!!!

This place is ok my kid loves it but I noticed that everytime I go there they charge me extra money for things that I didnt ask like the chuck e cheese plastic cup the plastic bracelet for the card and same with the food they just trying to get more money thats not fair they think I will not noticed but I always check the receipts and I know exactly the amount of money I spend everytime I go in there. I dont like that I have to go back and ask the refund for the things that I never asked.

Always have a blast with the kids. If we had the money for it we probable be there more than what we would want to be. But over all the staff if great friendly and well mannered for being suck a young staff. Would recommend it to anyone with kids all ages from baby to teen even collage.

This is one of the spacious Chuck E Cheese I have been to! Therere variety of games for kids and adults. Food is served, and the place is clean. The mall is very close to the facility. Give it a try!

Even though this place was not busy.. the staff still made sure to verify that my kids were leaving with the correct adults! I love that security was of upmost important for the workers.

Horrible customer serviceWe came on a Thursday night. There were very few people there, yet, we waited 10 minutes to order. When we did order, the girl that took the order rang it up wrong twice- which is fine, but she gave me attitude when I questioned her. Finally, a manager came and corrected the order.Then, we waited 45 minutes for a medium pizza. When I asked, I was informed that the birthday party (about 20 people) orders for food and were priority and that I had to wait for them to be done. I explained that this wasn’t a very busy night and that I was a paying customer and should have been informed it would be so long. Again, I got attitude (different employee). I asked for management. A different manager came out with my pizza and slapped down a card and said “here are some points” really snotty. She rolled her eyes when I asked if I could have plates.We have been here before and have had decent times- but honestly, I don’t know that I’ll ever come back. The experience was awful.

I mean, its Chuck E. Cheese. One of the cleaner ones and a little bit bigger. Kids have fun with the unlimited play cards.

I suggest you take your kids out to eat somewhere else before going there or you will wait a very long time for an overpriced Pizza and it also saves you from dealing with rude employees.... the 3 stars they get is cuz my little brother likes the games they have there and the gaming area is clean.

For a birthday party. The kids all had a blast. All was good except they need more people behind the counters. Had to wait in line to get drinks for almost 35 minutes. Finally gave up and left.

My son and I have NEVER been here so my husband decided to take us on his day off... WIN FOR DAD! We almost couldnt get our son out the door to leave because he was having so much fun! Love their game variety and that Chuck E. the mouse comes out to meet everyone too. Glad we went at an off time during the day, but can see why theyre so busy!

The pizzas are fake, Shane Dawson is right, I understand that some pieces of pizza arent always the same size due to the pizza not always being perfectly circular, but i pushed all of the pieces together exactly how they were given to me and the edges of the crust dont line up, not in a circle, not in a oval, not in any shape, the pizza tips dont even line up properly together. Its just gross.

Definitely understaffed for Monday night (during the summer)Food was great and a lot of variety of games.

We were very happy on this visit to Chuck e cheese. The restaurant was the cleanest I have ever seen it . The bathrooms were clean, smelled clean, and were well stocked(not out of everything) which is what happened the last time we wrrw here .The food was quuckly delivered, hot and tasted good, so all in all the best visit we have had in the past 10 years. Looking forward to coming back
