Parking was fine. There was only two people in front of us and it took 15 minutes to get to the counter. It was crazy slow. After complaining, help still was not timely.We chose bowling and an hour of games. The bowling area was filthy. There was dark stains on the seats. Considering it is supposed to be sanitized between guests, it was horrible. After complaining, someone came and cleaned the seats.Ordered drinks before starting bowling and that took 20 minutes to arrive. We were almost finished with the first game when they arrived.Although the people were friendly, every order from food to drinks to a long time. As predicted, there was no bowling etiquette. The people bowling mostly removed their masks. Since I was sitting directly behind some people (6 inches not six foot) this bothered me. I did not feel safe at all. There was a lot of sanitizer, but that does not help when people are not wearing masks.I really do not feel comfortable here. I can say that all you can bowl for 7.99 is the only thing that made the second star happen.

Very disappointed in our visit tonight to this Main Event location. It was extremely packed and the staff was doing nothing to keep people adhering to wearing a mask or practicing social distancing guidelines. They did have sanitizer out for people to use but the amount of people they are letting in is insane. You would think there would at least be some sort of limit for a place like this. The women’s restroom was even out of soap in all of the dispensers. They could definitely be doing a better job to keep guest safe while enjoying the activities. Go at your own risk.

Fun place to hang out with friends. Staff was friendly, food was good. I had the bone in chicken wings. Drinks are strong and good. Clean environment and spread out

Don’t ever book a party here my daughter booked a birthday party for my 5 year granddaughter. It was for the time 7:30p we arrived about 10 minutes late and the food didn’t come out until 8:40pm-8:45pm then they say we only had an hour at the table. So I asked the little host and hostess is it going to be a problem that we’re at the table. She says well I don’t think they will mind since y’all are the last party of the night. I asked if she could confirm that because I don’t want to be surprised with any fees. Because the kids can’t stand up and eat along the wall. So I spoke with the male manager that night on 11/7/20 and I explained what happen. He replies back saying that he will speak with the kitchen to see why they were late bringing the food out. Then he says it will be $75 if we stay there... so I said they aren’t going to stand up and eat and I will make sure never to book here ever again.To enforce $75 when your staff brought out food late as hell is ridiculous that’s not integrity and not taking responsibility of the actions that occurred.They don’t even clean the game systems, limited wipes and sanitizer. The other Main Events I have gone to actually have people cleaning and there are big things of sanitizer and plenty of wipes. Get new management at this place!!! Thank you.

Youll be lucky to get a waiter to wait on you, This Place is crazy busy so dont expect to be waited on! They do have a food counter and a separate Bar line to order your own food and drinks! Being the Big Girl that I am, I ordered 4 boxes of pizzas for the kids and 1cheese burger and cheese fries for Daddy! Then walked over to the Bar and ordered 2buckets of beer & Cheers all done! I mainly gave this place 5 Stars bc The Manager cancelled a $300 reservation like I asked and refunded me my money that was rightfully mine without any hesitations! I was expecting them to give me the run around or try to give some kind of gift card instead but The refund hit my bank 2days later!

I would had given it a 5 stars but they do not let you know that the unlimited card does NOT give you points! I would had appreciated for them to tell you that before doing the purchase.

It was fun the food was good but you should get more specials not to mention when I was playing your games Ive had a bad encounter with some teenagers they were in a group and called me scared and walked off talking trash you should make it an adult with kids place and only visitors that are grown up should be 18 and higher. And thats why Im going to give a 2 star because theres much more to be added and improved

The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 ...is that me and my family enjoy each other whenever or wherever plus the fact being able to get out during pandemic. We enjoyed bowling 2 games, we had the band which should have been unlimited but during midway of 2nd game it had been 1hr so the game shut down without notice. So ok we go start playing the games...if the games werent taking our credits...half of the machines were broke, and 1 snow boarding game shut off during competition with nephew. The card doesnt let you know how many points accumulated during your time: you have to check it out at the store...needless to say very disappointed felt like we were duked, but we still didnt let that damper our moment of time spent together.

The only problem I had was the failure to offer napkins, the card machine stopped working in the middle of my transaction but the front desk service help me there with no problem. Which was very nice. Overall, the whole team was courteous, kind, fair and understanding. Thanks Team!

Overall, a great evening! Bartender service was extremely backed up but the bartender went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I didnt get his name but he had a top knot and a blue Bush Jersey. He was really hustling (even running!) to make sure everyone was taken care of!!Side note: the next-to-last ball drop machine at the back of the game room ate my money! No one around on the floor to notify for help!

The trip to Main Event wasnt apart of the plan, but I can say once we walked in it was most definitely the PLACE TO BE. It actually brought back memories of Celebration Station when I was young. Now even better!!! Main Event is + in my book.

My kids and I decided to venture out for some family entertainment with all that is currently going on. I was hesitant if any precautions would be enforced at such an establishment like this; but the young lady at the front(I think her name was Eisha) made it Very clear that no hesitation was required. Families were separated at the door to enforce social distancing, as the other young lady at the front was speaking with another family, she made us aware that mask were required. I loved the sanitation stations around the building. It was warming and welcoming... Thanks for making my family safe

11/13/2020 me and my family decided to go have a little game night fun ! Worst decision was to go to this specific location, there was a fist brawl between employees and customers ! I wasn’t there an hour bought my food and drink and didn’t get to eat or drink any of it due to all the violence that was going on ! I will never be back at this location ever again! IT WAS HORRIBLE !

Was fairly busy but was a fun place to enjoy bowling, laser tag, and video games with the Family even with multiple birthday parties going on all at one time... would definitely recommend

Absolutely no social distancing. Parties of 10+ crammed into 10’ x 12’ areas. Management is a joke.

Was supposed to do laser tag at 11:45 they made us push it back till 12 because the other group didnt feel comfortable with too many people i was in a group of 4 they only had like 6 people next group were black like us and we went in like 20 deep !! No prob at all just know what to expect next time and he let the other group before us go again we had wrist bands but made us wait it out !! Seriously?!?

Disgusting place!!!!! Nice from the outside, but once you step inside is just a mess. The restrooms are HORIBBLE!!! Literally every stall had toilet paper in them, on the floor, and outside the stalls. No soap in the soap dispensers, but like 2. The trash cans were filled to the top and all over the floor as well. There was food and drinks all over the marque . Also they need to restock on their prizes. Literally all bins were empty!! They need new management!

Everything seemed fine at first but once my group of 7 decided to purchase unlimited bowling, and wanted to play our third game, she had us get off the lane because there was a waiting list. We understood that but nobody ever hopped onto the lane my party was enjoying our time at.

Main Event Humble is a great place to be, Managers are very nice over there. I have a great time over there Playing Lasertag, and all of the Arcade games over there every time I go over there, Main Event Humble is a great place to be.

We were celebrating my daughter 9th birthday as a family. She wanted to go bowling, so this was the perfect spot. Great value for a family of 7.

Got there around 11 pm tonight we found a table to eat before we played the games but never got to play the games because after sitting for over 30 mins without a waiter coming to greet us we decided ok maybe we should ask for one saw the first employee and asked him could we get some service he replied he’s not a waiter but he’ll send one again another 10 mins go by and finally a lady who just so happening to be closing out another customer tab stop and asked did we need menus brought the menus but that was literally the last we seen of her until again we had to ask someone for service the lady came back she wasn’t rude she did take our orders but just like last time that was the last we seen of her after waiting for so long I went up and asked where is our food and the whole time it was sitting in the window the food was cold the bust boys or whatever they was the ones who wear blue shirts didn’t want to bring out the condiments or napkins we asked for because “they weren’t our waiter” we never got our beverages until after the food came out which was a hour and half later so basically they have one waitress with a million bust boys in blue shirts running around telling people they aren’t servers we returned the food and left I feel bad for the girl because she literally was the only waiter they had and keep in mind this is a Saturday I don’t know who decided to put one waiter with ten bust boys on a Saturday who don’t bring out food or service the guests and yes their was other customers frustrated as well I won’t be back a manager never came around and apologized to anyone horrible customer service

Overall I really enjoyed my experience here. Everything was clean/neat and the employees were all nice. Laser tag was pretty fun and so was the bowling. The chicken quesadilla was really good. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get the food we ordered (about 35-40 min).

Very impressive! Im a mother who hates video games. This place had me scream with excitement that my son said calm down mom. I apologized with a huge smile, the quality of screens are over the top! Super clean very friendly staff. Im totally in love with this place because I finally was a cool mom hanging out with my kids.

Super crowded, there are some.people without masks running around inside and no one is asking them to keep them on. Staff does scan your temperature before you enter but it doesnt feels safe its packed like sardines and waiting to be another ground zero.

This Main Event is pretty great! Its clean, the staff are nice and the Pump It Up (PIU) machine is one of the newest ones in town! My only complaint is that the price on PIU went up...darn!

This place is the best for all occasions! Birthday parties all the way to a fun date night out! The staff at this location is friendly and attentive. The bar is great and the games are fun for all ages. I am not much of an arcade type but I really enjoy myself at this location. The bowling section is well kept and next I’ll be trying their laser tag because this location brings out the child in me. Definitely would recommend this place if you are visiting the area or if you are a resident in the area. Good family fun. Thanks for making every experience here a memorable one!

First I wanted to say we had a fantastic time up until the end. But the end pretty much killed it. We went for a birthday as a group of 11. We got there, spent $20 a person for passes and $20 for arcade games so $400+. In part we bought the arcade money because there was a 2.5 hour wait for bowling, which was fine. So we played games had some drinks and for the group about a $200 or so bar bill. So nearly 3 hours later our time came for bowling and we went and we bowled and in the 10th frame the bowling stopped and said we had to see a the desk. I found an employee and asked if we could finish our game and was told no. After $600 and a three hour wait to seriously say sorry u can’t finish is just poor customer service.When I mentioned I was going to go home and leave this review a manager approached me and said we could finish and that was the policy, but by then we had packed up. I told him the employee and the bowling ally god with the on off switch refused three times to let us finish. Again had a fantastic time, yeah it’s a little pricey but over all one of the best times I’ve had in a long time and it’s just a shame it had to end on a note like this. Main event really needs to rethink how they handled this situation. Really bad customer service in my opinion and tainted a otherwise great time. Won’t be back anytime soon.

The staff at this main event are incredibly friendly and helpful. I always come to this main event for the atmosphere and the friendly staff members. It’s great for all occasions ranging from birthday parties to girl’s night out! This location is by far my favorite. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family. Had the worst experience ever at Main Event. The general manager made my family and I leave the building after one of there employees tried to fight my daughter who is underage. The lady was over 18 of age and the general didn’t do anything about it and i wasted over $100 because we didn’t do much because we were told leave the building. I would like to speak with the Area Coach about my experience, this was ridiculous, i work in customer service and would have never seen the lack of management and customer service. Will not be returning.

Took the family in for a night out. Walked in to a long line of people at the bowling desk and only 2 people working the desk. Purchased $40 in arcade play using a coupon which was a great deal. Asked if they offered a first responders discount like Dave and Busters does and was told no. Dave and Busters offers 25% for first responders. Over all had a good time justcrowded and lots of games where being taken up by kids just sitting on them playing on there cell phones.

Wouldve been better if the main cashier would have known that the Laser tag was reserved before we paid our money and then had to negotiate how we wanted our refund, had to advise we are from out of town and had no need for a in house credit.

Its a good place to go and partake in multiple activities. We played pool and bowled. The drink are regular priced and pretty good. Just took a while to actually get a bowling lane

Great place to go for video games

We had a good time. Really liked the game passes, kids were able to play multiple times without having to go back and reload cards. They also seemed to enjoy the sundae. Restrooms were also clean.

Service is pitiful, ordered food before a bowling game, we finished playing and food never arrived. We told the waiter twice, waiter blamed it on the kitchen. Asked for a manager, the manager never came.

I drove from Galveston to meet some friends for a fun night in Humble. UNFORTUNATELY the 30.06 just inside the front entrance ended our night early. There were about 30 of us. We dont patronize places that restrict concealed carry. Places like this become shooting galleries for the deranged. As has been seen time and time again, when concealed carriers are in an establishment and that establishment has an attempted tragic event, the concealed carrier ends the carnage. Conversely, when a concealed carrier is not present, the carnage is very very sad. While alcohol is served here, concealed carriers cannot drink while carrying beyond .04%BAC (breath).Very sad that until their policy changes to 30.07 at a minimum, I wont be back. In one year I sunk about $750 in this establishment. No more.

Wifes company had a small Chrisrmas party and it was better than expected. Food and Service was above average. Cannot give you pricing. Added bonus the establishment gave the company game cards to play games for an additional hour that night. Some restrictions but it was fun for all the adults to play the games for once. Every adult played their hearts and hour out.

Very Clean, great games, added Adult Entertainment. However, the entire place feels like its run by children when it comes to customer service/experience. Its not bad at all, but still could be way better if a good manager that focused on the customer experience was put in place.

Awesome place to bring you children. So many games to play. The best part there you can sit down and eat at one of their restaurant. Theres a lot of games for your childs age. Believe me the adults have more fun then the kids.Very family-friendly environment.

Only one staff person was very helpful and worked the area where you sign up to do laser tag/ropes/etc. The deal they offer for 25.00/person Saturday night is not worth it in my opinion. The front desk does not let one know that you have to sign up in advance. Had Id been educated prior to buying I would have chosen a different package. We still made the best out of the day.

This is our (my twins sons & myself) first time visiting Main Event Entertainment. We were celebrating my grandson & great nieces birthday on May 3. Everyone had a great time! It can get a lil pricey, so be prepared. And they have price package to fit any budget. The food is good! ! !

We stopped in for lunch and the restaurant was on fire. What I mean they were put out ordered at a record speed. I enjoyed the big hamburger with french fries. Great display ️ of service.

I took my kids here. They are 6, 3, and 2. I was worried if there would be enough for them to do. My 6 year old was able to play every game easily. My younger two not so much. BUT they did get to play some games and some games they only thought they were playing. Still, everyone had a really fun time. I was a little disappointed to see that they do not dispense tickets anymore. It kind of seems like a rip off. Winning tickets kind of helps you get your money back in a way. Its like a redemption program where you can apply it towards rewards of your choice. The games and food were also a bit pricey. I would not take my kids here every weekend. Maybe every couple of months. But still if you can afford it or if youre just looking for a fun time, Id say GO FOR IT! On top of all the staff is AMAZING

Takes forever to get acknowledged while the staff is hanging out in the kitchen. Servers look like they don’t like working. Won’t be coming back. Good alternate is Showbiz Fall Creek. Better customer service.
