Great place and wonderful views. Just wish they had info on the mounds, hiking trails, and map of the park. If there is 1 I just havent found it yet.

This is up on a ridge overlooking the St Croix. Ideal stop for interstate travel.Get food or drink. Drive up there. Northside of the interstate. Rest relax.Very nice.

What a beautiful little park overlooking the river. We enjoyed walking around and the burial grounds were interesting.

The place has a view that will make you feel as if Im on top of the world ma over looking the river and the ant like commute of the world. Theres an ancient feel from the gnarled trees and native mounds that reaches within as the world attempts to infringe upon what was and still is.

Small park. Not much to do here. Great view! I saw several people having photo shoots here. Seems like a great place to have nature pictures taken or just sit and relax.

The Indian mounds were really unkept. If their intention is to have it look natural they should at least put wild flowers on it cuz it l just looked uncared for . Neglected. To me its disrespectful.

Not a park where youre going to play Frisbee or anything like that. This is a sacred place for native Americans, with great views.

Birkmose Park is one of my favorite parks in the Twin Cities extended area. A beautiful drive out through the riverside town of Hudson and a short climb reward with unforgettable views of the St. Croix and surrounding region, with foliage visible, particularly of note in the Autumn season.

Perfect spot for a picnic. The views of the river are breathtaking in all seasons, and this is a prime location for sunset watching and 4th of July fireworks. There are picnic tables and lots of pretty scenery, but no play structure or bathrooms.

This is such a beautiful park. It has a great scenic view of the St. Croix river! Its a very historic park to Hudson and hold a lot of history in the Native American mounds and the Birkmose name. I love to just stop by this park and take in the view. By far one of my favorite parks.

Wonderful scenic overlook describes the area better than a park. There is some green space, but most of it is a hill and slopes. Incredible views of the Hudson Marina and St. Croix River all times of the year. It is especially beautiful in the fall when the leaves are turning colors.

Historic city park winding up/down through trees to the bluff overlooking the St. Croix River, with fantastic views of the river, Minnesota bluff & I94 Bridge...benches along the bluff...picnic spots...great for watching summer boating & sunsets year round...favorite spot for enjoying the coffee, lunch, dinner you bring...no alocohol allowed...no access to the river...no covered shelters...road through open year round...popular place for photos...
