Great family park!! I highly recommend taking one of the dinner cruises on the 4th of July then hanging out for the awesome fireworks coming from Hudson and the several Minnesota cites going on at the same time. I was amazed!!!

Beautiful park with walking/ running paths along the river. Ampitheater, concerts, dinner cruises, picnic tables and grills, Snack Shack, beach, and great place to walk your dog. Just moved here so havent experienced it without snow yet but cant wait till spring/ summer when the beach is open.

We went down to have a quick lunch by the river, beautiful setting, beautiful day! They have benches, picnic tables, and even volleyball courts. Boat launch also! Great place to spend the day!

It has a playground & bathrooms open (for now), a boat launch, and picnic tables! Pretty spot. Its fun to watch the boats go by.

I adore this area. Its where my moms ashes were spread, so Im always super emotional when I go and everyone is very respectful there. Theres not trash strewn about and people are polite. No staring either which is nice.

Very nice park alongside the St Croix River. We bought our favorite tuscan tuna sandwiches at Barkers Bar and Grill. as take out, and then we carried them to Lakefront park where we enjoyed a lovely and peaceful sunset dinner while we watched the boats on the river.

Free and a beautiful place! You can even go swimming which I wish we knew!

Great park to hang out with friends and watch boats pass by. A lot of nature available, trails to run or bike on, and restaurants within walking distance.

It could be a great park. Unfortunately the river floods in the spring takes out a lot of the black dirt and grass. A significant budget increase for the city would be required. there are some lower tiered areas of weeds that do not get maintained all summer. A focus on mowing and some detail clean up would make it 4/5 stars. Its sure ok to catch some great views and a walk.

Such a relaxing place to come and unwind,whether its walking,enjoying the nature,watching the boats,fishing....etc.

Great place to take long walks with significant other or long walks with pets. We took our 6 week old German Shepherd work is today and she got to meet tomorrow of new people and dogs.

As long as the water isnt too high this is my favorite river front park in the area. Multiple playgrounds with stuff for all ages make it an easy visit with my kids. We spend time in one area with the young ones and move to the bigger area for the big kids. Plus there is a pier for a stroll with a beach & then a swimming beach as well.

My family ate take-out at Lakefront Park in Hudson, WI. There are picnic tables spread throughout the park.

Was there for Hudson Booster Days. Live music, lots of food and drink. Was a good time!

Beautiful place to take a walk on the St. Croix. I took a date there right before sunset and it fit the mood pretty well

Went on the mothers day tour by boat. Beautiful boat, beautiful river, and a great buffet to complete the experience.

The park is beautiful and spacious, with a playground for kids and plenty of space to walk or have a picnic. Some of the areas like the beach or pier have a tendency to get a bit crowded, and it is often hard to find parking.

Great day! Enjoyed a morning worship service at the band shell hosted by Hillcity church. Looking forward to being there next Sunday!

I have by this park on the way to Minnesota for the sunset. This park has the best view for the sunset I was not prepared for the water so had a nice walk around the park. I was having a time crunch so couldn’t spend more time around the area

Stopped here to eat our picnic breakfast. Clean, great view, easy parking, easy access off and on highway.

On the water, nice paths...benches, tables and shelters round it all out...a bit noisy however.

Really great spot for entertainment in the summer time. Walk the pier out to the beach, catch a free concert at the band shell or enjoy the nice walking trails along the beautiful river. Lots of cool bars and restaurants to check out all within easy walking distance

Easy access to the river and close enough to restaurants for walking. I like the long bridge that crosses over the river to a nice beach area on the MN side of the St.Croix

It’s always nice going downtown Hudson for a walk in the park. The old toll bridge is an awesome place to walk down, and has a nice beach on the end of it that allows boats to park there. There’s also a nice beach house with concessions and bathrooms during the summer months. Also during the summer, there are several different free concerts. With easy access to restaurants and shops nearby, I highly recommend anyone in the area visit Lakefront Park if they get the chance.

Had a river cruise dinner on a Friday night was cold and windy but Fun. Very warm and toasty on the boat. Italian Buffet was very yummy. Enjoyed it with my Daughter and Aunt

Love the view but someone failed to capitalize on prime volleyball real estate, the sand at the courts is too coarse (cheap) and the nets are low and poor quality. People would drive from all over the cities to play if the courts got cleaned up a little. I volunteer my services.

This is one of my favorite hangouts in Hudson. Its peaceful and the sunsets here are usually pretty cool. If anything, you can always people watch because there is usually quite a few diverse groups of people here. It gets super busy here in the summer and during the 4th of of July Booster Days they have one heck of a fireworks show.

I love this place. Its a perfect outing.

I was in Minneapolis from Pennsylvania and wanted to add Wisconsin to my list of States Ive visited. So I am pleased with the Lakefront park. The view of the lake is beautiful. The park is also close to other attractions and restaurants.

Grew up with this place. Its still our favorite beach! Take a stroll down to the end of The Dike and enjoy the beautiful beach at the end. Its a great place to come and exercise, people watch, look at the boats and enjoy an afternoon at the river.

Very sad, I used to love walking the dog down along the river, however, since they have started charging for parking I probably wont go back!

I am a frequent boater. And being that the park has a boat launch I go to it every weekend to fish. And the beautiful walking park is just... AMAZING you can get your exercise and see mother nature!

Decorated well for winter, although I think it could use even more lights. A nice place to walk around in all seasons, as long as the flooding isnt too bad. Overall a nice rivertown downtown that makes a good overnight or daytrip destination.
