This was the biggest waste and let down I have EVER experienced at a Chuck E Cheese. 1st problem was that Chuck E. Was NEVER there. When I asked the manager where he was (groups of 4 year old kids waiting for him) I was told he was on vacation. Vacation??? On Halloween?? 2nd they had this glow party pack which is supposed to be items that glow in the dark while partying in CEC. It was $14 for some dollar tree glow sticks (some of them did not work) and 4 glow in the dark tattoos (All of them DID NOT WORK) and a page of stickers. Thats all! I spent $70 for some $1 worth glow sticks defective tattoos and a sad 4 year old who never got to even see Chuck E Cheese (AT Chuck E Cheese!!!)

Came last minutemy daughter loves this placethe games kept her busy body she crashed the moment we got home. she enjoyed the mascot that comes out to dance around. the games seemed fairly easythis location has 3 photo booths to my knowledge many games for young toddlers as well as older siblingsThe manager was over all very helpfulStuffed crust pizza was delishdefinitely recommend the 7.99 wrist band unlimited play for 1hrsuccessful night

Love this place. New clean and go in early morning. Less crowd so your kid can run around freely.

I dropped about $120 for 2 kids and most of the staff was in the back and had 1 girl juggling people coming in and trying to help groups trying to cash in tickets. It took 10 mins just trying to get parmesan cheese for the pizza.

Really love this location its bigger and open easy to keep an eye on your children while they enjoy themselves.

Went for my daughter 3rd birthday but we didn’t buy the packet just got some pizza and played. She had a blast playing the games and riding some of the rides. We bought a large pizza that came with four drinks and two 30 minute play cards. It was around 60 dollars but we spent almost three hours there and it was worth the money. We also got a souvenir cups and a band for my daughters card. The cards are so much better than the tokens and the play points because you can play so many games in 30 minutes that would use up tokens so quickly. I love that you can pause the cards to eat and take a break and not waste your time. My daughter loved when chuck e came out to dance! This location was clean and well maintained and the staff was polite and professional. We will be visiting again for sure!

The pizza is mediocre at best. Every one goes for the games but there are far too many games that are 1 credit 1 play. Even my 9yr old was disappointed when he tried to redeem his tickets.

Perfect place to allow your children to burn off some energy and get them out the house. The medium pizza was great which was shared with the four of us. All You Can Play is highly recommended because you can add the time of play and pause your card before you sit down and eat. Great location and Great service!

Very clean keeping the 6ft rule between the games and dinning tables.

Recently remodeled, the inside of those location is fresh and clean, including the restrooms. Youve paid for this, though, with a general increase in prices.Food is what youd expect. The salad bar is decent and they have Dippin Dots too.

We had our kids birthday party there... our hoar was a super host. Made it really easy for us...The only thing we missed was getting help with a cart to move gifts and other things to the car. Normally party places have a cart that you can load and take to the car to avoid making 10 trips.

Celebrated our daughters 3rd BIRTHDAY here & the party ran so smooth, staff was amazing, helpful & polite The Manager made his was over to see how things were going which was nice. Thanks to our host Alyssa for taking such great care of us.

I had my 15 year old daughter and my 7 year old sons birthday party there yesterday all the kids had a blast! They both said it was their best party ever and I agree. The staff and manager on duty was amazing! All we had to do is show up and have fun. Even all us big kids enjoyed it, lol.

The pizza is improved and the hit wings were awesome. Service was a bit slow but was on a Saturday night in the summer. Salad bar needs improvement. Other wise for a busy night it was great.

Kids always have a blast and it seems pretty clean for the most part. New renovations are nice and the pizza was better this time than I remember from the last time we went in was before it was renovated.

This Location was different, No stage or Animation, no screens playing the kid friendly videos. The Showroom was open games were functional but it lacked the Chuck E vibe. However, the Restaurant and Restrooms were Very Clean....so, I was pleased.

Not impressed at all. We used to go to the one in Beaumont when we lived there. Daughter loved it. They had the indoor playground, the stage with the mechanical Chuck dancing. None of that here. As a kid I remember that was one of my most favorite. Not to mention the lack of actual games they have here to win tickets etc. Very sad if this is what this ICON has become. SMH!!

The place on the inside felt a bit empty. Its possibly just due to the color scheme of the walls compared to how much space was actually used for games, but regardless there was a feeling of emptiness within the place. There are a few big game favorites, as well as minor coin games, and of course the essential/classic sketch photobooth. I feel like there couldve been more games, but aside from that, the service was friendly and efficient and at the end of the day the experience itself was nice.

Not safe with COVID, they are not taking any extra precautions, I saw people with out a mask at the play area and they wouldnt say anything, I feel they need security there so they can enforce mask.

Wow..unbelievable time every worker was friendly and helpful from front entry, to problem solving machine issues timely, purchasing food etc.

This Location has recently been renovated and looks great. The service and new Chuck E show was better than before. The kids had a great time.

My 4 years old grandson had a wonderful time. It was ok for me too. Pizza was actually pretty good. We were able to play a lot longer than I expected for $32.We will come back. This was the first time we have been there since we took our own kids almost 20 years ago.

This is actually a good sized location. There were 2 preschools there when I took my daughters (1 & 2.5) and they had no trouble playing. They have more toddler friendly rides and games than another location Ive been to. While there isnt a divider, the more mature games are on one side and the pint sized stuff are grouped together so you dont have to travel back and forth.

Newly remodeled. Very spacious, friendly staff. Food served faster, couple of retro games(space invaders) etc. Not bad CHUCK E, not bad.

I have a two-year-old nephew that I brought in today. And I was with my niece, his mother. We ordered the pizza and gave the order three times. 45 minutes later the pizza came out it was completely wrong. And I mean completely. We ordered supreme and got cheese pizza. The manager Felix came up to our table and profusely apologized and offered my nephew 30 minutes to play. He had A smile on his face and was very kind and kept coming back to the table to see if we need anything else. Now that’s what I call service recovery. This guy is only 19 years old. I think this also has something to do with his parents and the way that he was brought up. Extremely respectful and I will be bringing my nephew back to Chuck E. Cheese because of Felix!Thanks for hiring such a smart and respectful young man. It was refreshing to see.

They need to expand it. Introduce more ride for kids and stuff. Otherwise its good.

Food crazy over price and taste horrible. Was a deal night and didnt tell use. Which truly was not a deal cause the food is horrible. CC has went to trash with glitter on it. Should have went to save and busters .Great food with lots I selections at the same price plus better games and environment. The people that work there looked so depressed. The staff are young and should hate work that early in their life.

Havent been to a CC in a while, but was pleasantly surprised by this one. Went for a bday party. Love the card scanning setup instead of tokens. They had better ride choices than I remember for the kids. Pizza was good and customer service was good as well. Much better than expected. I would visit again.

For a mother with young kids, this is a safe and kid friendly environment specially on a rainy day.

I really enjoy Chuck e cheese, its a great safe place to take the kids to have fun. The food is a little pricey but good. I recommend it for a family night out.

3 of the games my daughter played didnt dispense her any tickets. There were several out of service. You would think as much as it costs to go here that they would not have these issues. Disappointed this trip for sure.

Service from the staff was great!!! Prices are really high . I spent $40 on a 45min play card, a personal pizza, 2 small drinks, and a rock & roll cheese stick thing. This location is nice and Spacey.

I rate it 4 stars, mainly bc the employees dont keep up with the restroom clean up, went into the womans restroom and there was pee all over almost ever single seat, toilet paper everywhere. But overall I love the environment.

Personnel is very professional and place is always clean when we go there to have fun with the family.

We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday here today. We’ve done it before but not at this location. Comparatively the difference was astounding. This location is VERY clean. Even our friends commented on the cleanliness. They were well organized. The hostess was sweet and very energetic. All of the kids had a wonderful time and our son was over the moon!You have to do your part for parties to go well. It’s BUSY on Saturdays, especially for parties. So show up early. Communicate with the hostess. Listen when they offer suggestions for the structure of the day.We would come back here again in a flash. Money WELL spent!! Thank you staff!!

My granddaughter had a great time! Only downside is the machine that lets you re-load. Its hard to understand and took my money!

Went here for a kids party. All I can say is. Why? Why do people go to these places? How do they stay in business? The food is far from good and the entertainment / games is a joke and high waste of ones money. You worked for your money dont waste it.

The place is great for children but it is quite unsanitary. There is plates, cups and food all over the tables. The employees aperrantly dont see it and ignore it. Although they have very still seats, the games are nice. Some of them are rigged like a claw machine. But over all the place is okay.

Yall the salads here are the bomb!! Go online and check out the coupons for food, there are really good family combo. We had so much fun! Child friendly and clean.

Great place for the kids. A few improvements would earn a better rating for me.The place could use more attendants on the game floor to help prevent kids taking games over from other kids. Ive seen this often.Ive also seen some kids take cards and tickets forcibly from others.Best times are before 3pm to avoid those issues.

Now I remember why we dont go very often. The prices are the worst when you have several kids

It was ok but i took my daughter there i couldnt book a birthday party for her but i took her anyways and i wish i didnt . she was so sad to see the other kids get things for their bday and she felt left out . idk why i couldnt book on the same day ... Staff heard my order wrong on the pizzas. Two large pizzas: pepperoni, and the other is extra cheese. She thought I said chicken. So when the order came out, the pepperoni was correct and the extra cheese pizza was wrong. I took it back to ask for it to be corrected and I was met with an exasperated eye roll and showed her my receipt and I must say that regardless of your disposition in the day. You work at Chuck E Cheese, a child friendly fun filled place. They fixed the pizza and brought it out with another attitude. I bring my kids here for the fun and to see them enjoy their time, and spend my hard earned money with no regret. There is more to life than having a bad attitude and not wanting to do your job. I really hope that from the management down you talk with your staff about being CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED FROM A to Z while you have patrons and children inside your establishment. My kids should not watch grown ups catch attitudes.

Good place. Clean bathrooms. Great service. The new stuffed crust pizza they have is good! They also have new games so thats awesome! Our kids love coming here! Having chuck e come out for the kids to take photos with him is a nice touch. The music they have is always groovy so overall great family atmosphere!! keep it up guys!!!

Great child friendly place. I kinda liked it myself. It could use a little facelift though as some of the games did not work and there were some slots on the floor covered with red tape but could be very dangerous if someone would trip over them. It just looked like they may have had a game there thatvthey took out. Nonetheless the place was a cool place.

We visited Chuck E. Cheese on 11/16/2019 . We tried to book his birthday party on his birthday 11/15 . We were so disappointed ! He said thats my favorite place. So as Nannas and Pawpaws are we just had to go to the favorite place.I rate a lot of places and restaurants . I believe in far exchange aint no robbery. Blowing my Horn for the managers and staff at the Willowbrook Mall !!They made my little Grandies Birthday the BEST EVER !!!The total staff at Chuck E. Cheese Willowbrook Mall are the best!!My rating if I had to rate it !Would be off the chart !!The restaurant is kept in very good condition even though it specifically cater to the the little ones. Its a very well kept environment ! I enjoyed my little mans day and he as well !THANKS AGAIN ️️

I took my two-year-old son here for his birthday, my son and I had an amazing time eating pizza an running around playing games.

By the time we got to the place, I was very harried and stressed out. And late to boot. Our helper Lupe was an absolutely wonderful guy!! He put me at ease and took care of everything for me!! He was the best!! Very efficient and calming!! So patient with my daughter when she was scared due to the mouse! Because of him I will continue to come back and ask for Lupe every time!! He saw to our every need! Even after the party was over!! I wish that I could give him more stars!! Will surely be a repeat customer! Thank you so much Lupe!!

This location is pretty nice. However I do not feel 100% safe at the location with my kids. I feel like this location definitely needs at least one cop lol. It’s like I have to be on my toes because something is about to pop off. Just a lot of shady looking people were in there.Most of the games did work and there was plenty if staff members when we had an issues. The pizza was pretty good. My kids had a good time.It did take a little longer than I expected to get the pizza out, but it was good so no complaints on that really.Now when I came in they got us in pretty quick. Going out it’s like they will make us wait for 5 mins just to get all the people inside first. There needs to be some change with that. We were about to just walk out because we were in rush.

The food is all that really matters here. Jk lol but it’s a really good location. Obviously it’s going to be packed and noisy but that’s expected when there is a bunch of kids running around. They took away the tokens here and give you a card with points. The workers are really attentive and respectful and fast and I do feel for them for having to work with all that chaos lol but the food came out hot and fresh. They also have beer & wine for the adults which is great!

Half of the machines are always broken sadly. But the kids still love it and have fun.
