This is an awesome adventure for all ages.I love probably more than my daughter. The laser tag is outstanding. The virtual reality is unbelievable.

This is a hidden gem for gamers. Between Laser Tag, VR escape rooms, VR experiences and Battletech pods. A great way to spend the evening gaming with friends. They staff is helpful and friendly. Even with the Covid going on, they seem to have a good upkeep on sanitizing and taking diligent precaution. I had an amazing time tonight. We did the VR escape room - apparently the first of two. So guess where we are going next weekend to complete the other half? Thanks for the cool VR experience.

Very fun for a group of people, the games were a little dated but I was still fun. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I always have a blast playing laser tag here! It brings me back to when I was a kid playing Call of Duty! If you have ever played that you will instantly recognize the game types! This is not the goofy retro style laser tag you may be familiar with. Your gun is pretty much all metal with a red dot sight at the top. After two hours you will be sad that it is over but also feel like you had a great workout!

Nothing negative to say about this place! The VR systems are absolutely amazing and the virtual escape rooms are unbeatable!

A ton of fun! They have lots of different game types which keeps it interesting and fun. Very affordable. And the course is pretty awesome. 2 levels and lots of places to hide and shoot from. Our group had a blast. Definitely will be returning.

Definitely a step up from normal laser tag. Great course and games. Lots of fun and can get your competitive juices flowing if youre into that kind of thing. Visited during open play period, and had fun players for 2 out of 3 sessions. Experience can vary based on who else is playing. Also did the VR. It was pretty cool when working. Glitched out multiple times during the game, but the staff kindly extended our time to compensate.

My son and I had a great time here. I recommend them for fun with family and friends.

The best laser tag experience, by far. The team and objective based missions are a ton of fun and add a depth to the game the free-for-all laser tag just doesn’t have. The gear is top notch, and the staff is great to work with. We had a birthday party there and it was a pretty good value, but the party room and accoutrements and quite “no-frills”. Make sure you bring everything you need!

I come here quite often, and let me tell you, everytime I go, I really enjoy myself. Yes sometimes the teams are uneven, level wise, but you cant predict that. The staff is incredible. The manager Jason (he may be assistant manager, I forgot), is the sweetest. I have also met and gotten to know other staff like Santiago, Daniel, (code name) Chowder and Elijah, they are all wonderful staff members. I have enjoyed their professionalism and upbeat attitude. You really cant beat this crew. Crowds are always so fun and I guess it depends on the person, but the prices are fair. Not too expensive but not really cheap. I love Battlefield Houston! Thanks for being amazing. Cant wait for Saturday laser tag days.

The people here are friendly some more than others the place is super fun the gear is great at first i was skeptical my friend would always tell me to come the first time i went with my coworkers we were scared and nervous we would not know what to do but it was fun the whole area is amazing so many places to hide and go up and down my adrenalin kicked in i got a great workout I kept wanting to go back and I will be coming back soon :) i love this place and recommend to all my friends and family

Really fun escape rooms

Kids loved every minute. The staff was very nice, helpful and patient. There are tons of VR games to pick from. The laser tag was a mission situation instead of just run around and shoot people. That takes strategy and planning so maybe not good for younger kids. Older kids had a blast tho. Would recommend this place to everyone. Definitely will be returning.

1st time here & will not be my last! It was Youth Night out & We went as a group (LifePath Church) and it was a Success! Great for Family and Friends. The event is very challenging and you will enjoy the time!!

This is a huge location. The kids always seem to have fun when I bring them here. And I feel safe dropping off a group of seven teenagers for two hours worth of play, without having to worry about them. The staff here is very communicative and they keep an eye on the kids very well while they are here. The prices are so fair for the amount of time you get to play

We were a group of 7 college students expecting something similar to Main Event, but we were way off. It was very fun.

The staff was super energetic, even the commentator was so into the game. I only came with my dad, was afraid it would be only us two but they gave us an option to pick a girl staff or a guy staff to play with. They were both farely young (in teenage years) 10/10 would recommend to come.Amazing place!

First time ever! Signed up for 30 vr and 30 lazer tag. They over booked for lazer tag but were great at compensating us with more Virtual reality instead. We had more fun shooting zombies anyway. In the end it was just super fun for a first time and will definitely make it a thing. The laser tag seemed fun but being in your late 30s with a young heart we had more fun with the vr. This place is bad. They make you pay for 30 minutes but play for 20 minutes. Its a scam. Also the game itself is rigged. You cant tell the difference between your friends and foes. When you die, the gun makes an annoying sound that says “MAN DOWN! MAN DOWN!”. In order to come back to life you need to go all the way back to the start and click a button. Im dissapointed. >:( it is super dark and my friend got hit because everybody runs when you cant.The stairs were really steep and hard to climb.

Very fun place to have a kids birthday party. The course is very large and multi-level. The equipment is fancier than other laser tag places I have seen. The only downside is that its hard to distinguish who is on your team because there are no visual indicators.

It can be decently fun but I find it overpriced. We went several times with a group of 8 and only once had the place to ourselves, which was great. As soon as other groups showed up, it took most of the fun out of it (we had younger kids in our group).

Better laser tag. Head shots only are not super realistic. Gun is pretty comfortable to use.

I do not live in Houston, but make it a point to visit BF Houston every time I am in town visiting family. I have been doing this for the past ~6+ years. Greatest laser tag place I have ever been to. I wish there were more tactical lasertag businesses like it in other cities!The games are fun, fast paced and varied. I thoroughly enjoy that the games have an objective & are team based, as opposed to simply amassing kills. BF Houston is not at all like a normal lasertag place, do not expect 6 year olds or clunky plastic vests with flashing lights.I would highly recommend BF Houston. I have seen all age groups enjoy themselves here. It is not the cheapest activity in Houston, but in my opinion fairly priced for the fun. If it were an option for me, I would gladly replace my gym membership with a membership here.I gave 4 stars, as opposed to 5, as I believe the place is not as well maintained today, as it was several years ago. In my opinion, the training room could really use an upgrade. Simple things like replacing the missing posters that explain each of the rules. Perhaps even replacing them all with a standardized, more easily understood graphic visual (hire a graphic designer)I also think the quality of the training intro/explanation speech has deteriorated. Years ago, they followed a set speech that was clear, concise and logically sequenced.Today, they tend to lack the same oratory skill, begin at a random point, and sometimes do not emphasize important things, such as using the red dot for aim.I wonder if replacing this speech with a premade video would be faster / more consistent, with an employee in attendance during & after the video to answer questions/help with the head velcro.

By far one of the best laser tag arenas Ive been to. The field is huge (and doesnt smell). The guns have excellent sights and are all based on head shots so you dont have to run around in heavy vests. They play a nice variety of games to keep it interesting.

The best laser tag experience Ive had. This is my second year in a row my company goes here for a team event. The game types vary from team death match, to rescue the hostage, to king of the hill.The guns are accurate and you look through red sites. The course is also interesting and leaves opportunity for many flank opportunities and team tactics to occur. Although just moving and gunning style is great.

Lots of fun and easily affordable. A lot more fun if you have enough people to play the games with just your group though. I highly recommend coming with a group of at least 10 people.

Went last weekend with my wife and friends and man I never imagined it would be so much fun playing a team based VR escape room type game. We will definitely be returning to complete the other VR challenges. I hope they add even more escape room games to their collection to keep coming back here for more fun.

I had so much fun. Only suggestion, actual AC in the tag room and not just giant fans, and like a little water station or something. Otherwise had a blast!

It was a very fun experience! They have an awesome structure that is huge. You definitely need to be in shape to climb some of the stairs! Will definitely be making this a monthly occurrence. Its a great place to hang out with friends and well worth the money.

Cant say enough great things about BF. I have been here multiple times with large groups. The service is fantastic. Nicest manager youll meet.

A unique spin on laser tag that makes it actually fun.

Awesome, first time playing a VR game and I was overwhelmed with the sensation of falling and vertigo when climbing. I even had a very nice lady helping me and mmt wife in Spanish. I played Escape from the pyramid... or something.

I bought 4 tickets of a 30 min VR session as a gift for my brothers and they said the person who set up the VR for them took 15 to set up and out of their play time when i called to complain she simply stated they were lying.

Battlefield Houston is, hands down, the best laser tag experience you will ever experience!

Loved the game modes they have for fun and the music they play to get the players ready to battle, the only problem I have is the malfunctions the guns have when they dont shoot. So you have to walk all the way through the map for them to turn the gun on, and spawn killers are the worst when playing any shooter game, a fat kid kept spawn killing my team, I called him out for doing it and he replied with Im not spawn killing! but besides that the arean is so cool and so are the staff!

Regular player here. Great for all ages 8 and up. Adults will have as much fun as kids, in a faster paced, team based version of laser tag where teamwork and cooperation are needed just as much as shooting.Cheaper and easier to arrange then airsoft or paintball but on the same level of enjoyment for the older crowd. A lot of energetic fun for the younger crowd.

Amazing. Thats the best way to describe it. The battle field is giant! This is easily the most fun family outing We have had in a long time. Everyone from young kids to adults have something to enjoy. The games the hosts put up are fun and challenging Im the best way. We will be making this a frequent spot to enjoy with family and friends! Games run often and its guaranteed fun

Battlefield was great! The variety of games and encouragement of teamwork was really great. The staff were very friendly and informative, and also promoted good sportsmanship. I came for a team gathering and it was so fun! 10/10 Would recommend. I would love to come again!

Last year I came here and I had the best experience. We signed up for the Assassins Creed VR Escape the Lost Pyramid with my cousins. It costed 100 dollars total. When we got there the VR wasnt working because someone forgot to charge the remotes. They not only gave us a FULL Refund but they also gave us a 100 dollar giftcard to spend for next time and allowed us to play 4 games of lasertag for FREE!

Came here for a creative date night with my love and we had a blast! The virtual video game was a lot of fun. We were able to play together on a team. We did 30 mins, but I’d definitely go for the hour because time passes by quickly. Next we did 30 mins of laser tag. 30mins is good. We did 3 games with the team we were on. You get hot from moving around and climbing but overall it was a lot of fun.

I booked my 60th birthday here with mostly over 60 friends. There were 14 of us, and boy did we have a great time! The staff was very friendly and we all want to go back again!

Some of the guns have a stat tracker function but it can be hard to find one that works, they tell you not to mess with it which is fair.The guns feel very well made and not tacky, being fairly heavy and realistic with a real scope attached.The stairs to get up and down the levels can be hard to navigate as they are awkward and clunky. Other than some nitpicks tho I really like this place and hope you will to

Best laser tag i have been to by far!

First timer! Went for a birthday party. Kids had a blast and so did the adults. Came out sweaty but we had a good time. Arcade is small but kids still enjoyed themselves there as well. The whole experience is a little pricey.

Had no idea how the system here works.You can join in every 30 mins. The sessions are really fun 2-3 missions a session. Very fun

This place is a lot of fun. Been a couple of times now. Once just my wife and I and a other with a large group. I recommend going with a group, as you need at least three people for them to run a match and there are not always other players there. The field layout is great, lots of corners and spots for cover. I have not any trouble with the equipment not working like you normally see in most laser tag venues. Definitely worth checking out.

My buddy and I signed up for a VR room. We had so much fun, we got back in line and signed up for another different adventure! Pretty wild experience with the VR headsets although after two adventures they started to squeeze the head a bit and were getting a little heavy; a third room that day was not an option. That is is not any kind of statement against the facility but more a note of the limitations of the current technology. Will go back another weekend for the third VR experience!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Dont waste your time or money at this place. Me and my friends walked in to join a game. The group literally just entered the room 10 seconds before we got to the counter. We were told to fill out waivers (for laser tag???) and when we finished we were told we were the only ones..Whats wrong with combining games, and at that, why would you make us go through the process of filling out your forms just to tell us we cant play.Bogus business. Take your money elsewhere.

Team was not evenly or fairly divided. Little kids on one side and teens and adult on the other.

Laser tag was fun. There were several different games like cops and robbers, something with a cube and battle royle. Definitely not your normal laser tag. Had a great time during my bday weekend. Staff is friendly and made sure it flowed well. Great place. If you are tall, do not try to go down the stairs, I have battle scars. Lol

Amazing place. Tried something new with my friends and I wasnt expecting it to be so great! Its not typical laser tag, its like being in a real life video game with missions and goals you have to accomplish. Amazing!

Loved it. Best laser tag place I’ve ever been to. There is actual weight to the guns, adds a greater level of realism. Targets were efficient, none of that vest junk. Great game for adults too, not just the kids.

June 16th 2017We went here for date night. It was fun, the games are easy to follow along and the stuff are friendly and helpful.We paid less than $50 for both of us and had a blast. We did 1 hour and I can honestly say I got pumped and a great work out.Just remember to wear appropriate clothes and shoes because you will be on your feet, and it does get a bit hot in the arena. But they do have fans to cool down.Ask for Carrot Top, hes awesome. (:Have fun!And great time.*FOLLOW THE RULES!!!
