Dissatisfied with the service. Everytime I stop by during operating hours they are never here. I can’t take this place serious

Nice! I didnt have to get out of my vehicle. I pulled into the parking lot and they came to me. Tobacco distribution should be done like this.

I will give this place 5 stars because the customer service was pretty straight and truthful about a product. So I got the less expensive now I’m definitely going back to get the better one. Very clean store and parking area, I saw no weirdos like you would normally find in similar establishments. Again I appreciate the honesty will be returning.

New guy working there is really helpful, but all staff are nice so yeah I like to go were they treat u good

Dont know about everyone else but I know is not a high end adult shop but I gotta give it 5 stars for Fabian ...this guy is really cool and keeps it professional...great customer skills and makes the shopping experience very easy for you .

They were the rudest I have ever scene in any store. Was pouring down rain outside and isnt try to order my Lyft the clerk a young hispanic kid tells me to wait outside. I said its raining he said so

Place is expensive but it’s convenient at 2 AM I went for a toy and a oil burner and when I got home and unwrapped the Oil burner It didn’t have a ventilation hole I call the store asked to exchange it and the clerk told me there’s no refunds or exchanges I said it’s just the way you gave it to me, he said sorry, sorry I will never go there again.

The store itself is nice, great product, and everything seems from this generation. BUT, I did have an uncomfortable moment with one of the employees. I went in on a Thursday around 6 or 7pm. And the man working asked if I needed some help with anything and I said yes. So he started showing me all the toys they had and how they worked. Then he started to get all flirty and I didnt like that because Im spoken for, and then he just flat out asked if I wanted to have sex and asking really personal questions. So I just walked out and left because that was so uncomfortable. I believe he drives a small fiat car.

Waited outside for 30 minutes, calling and ringing the door bell (@5:30p on a Wednesday) and never could get in. This business doesnt want your $... Save yourself time and go to another shop
