Too noisy, arrogant people and the staff doesnt care about their customers. Not coming back for this travesty of a bar.

Pay for bottle service and youll actually get seating, service and walk straight in the door. Otherwise be prepared to be shoved in shoulder to shoulder with some sweaty ass people and wait for long lines at the bar.

Went on a Friday night. My friends and I were all on the guest list before 9 and we got to the club before 11:30 so we expected a smooth entry, but instead there was a lot of unnecessary hassle and debate. We ended up getting inside but by then there was no point. Staff should have been more clear about information and more willing to help the customer get what they needed. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. Club had good music and potential we plan to come back another time for a better experience.

We were there for a Jewish Purim party and the alcohol at the bar (vodka) was either fake or bad because everyone was sick the next day !It tasted awful but I didn’t think it was going to make me sick! Sad that they need to sell bad alcohol to make more money

Went for girlfriends bday, she DID NOT want to go, but another friend knew someone that was a promoter named elvis asian guy, to give us a free bottle, so we said sure. went, got in, no free bottle, we didint even GET TO CHOOSE our bottle the promoter guy ordered the bottle under the birthday girls name, SHARED IT TO PEOPLE WE DONT KNOW WITHOUT ASKING.. and ditch/left us before the bill came, tried talk to management, nope, screwed with the bill.good way screw over customers/clients.

$20 cover. no parking. Parking lot next door $10. Be carful with the bill they include tip on all of them. Staff is rude. Asked if I could go get my friends outside to come in and guy said no. Small dance floor.

Literally had a VIP section and everything with my friends and got to this place early and everything, but wouldnt let me in because of my face and neck tattoos, Im just an artist that just so happens to do tattoos and get them. My passion for art runs deep. Place seems dope. I just wanted to have a good time with my friends but I cant do business with a place thats going to be so heavily descriminate against body art.

Yeah, was turned away at the door slowly. I was dressed proper and was told to ‘wait’ and the hostess/host never came back. It was my first and last time! Parking sucks! Place from the outside looks junkie. The hostess had craters all over her face too! Very trippy. Ended up going to Axis & Alibi. It was was waaaaay better ( x 100) and parking wasn’t a hassle. Axis seems to be the newer and trendier spot.

Bartender and promoters are nice, but bouncers and management is terrible. No respect or courtesy to paying customers. Super small venue for wanna be high class service. Would i recommend? Never, unless youre ready to burn money for no reason. 1 star review is more than they deserve.

Over priced. Will not let you have a table if you dont have at least 4 ppl. I like the fact they have themes sometimes and the dj is usually pretty good with the songs.

THE STAFF, THE MANAGEMENT... EVERYTHING!!!! I had such a great time here, it was amazing! Bobby the bartender was awesome! The owners even came out and showed me and my guest an amazing time!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE and cant wait to go back

Came here on the weekend with some friends after receiving a free RSVP. While a couple of my friends didn’t quite like the place I had a good time and thought it was a pretty cool atmosphere once getting inside. The outside of the building wasn’t very impressive but the inside was. Prices were average. Security wasn’t too uptight and there was a good crowd. I would have liked to see more people up and dancing around but I guess that’s not all the clubs fault. People need to learn that if you are going out to the club, you should either be A. Selling Drugs or B. Dancing

It is a shame that this place turned this bad, my husband lost a jacket there, not friendly staff. Very poor management...

If I could give a lower review I would! Dont waste your time or money on this place, its a joke! If you do decide to venture into this club be prepared to shell out $20.00 to park and $30.00 to enter. Not to mention be prepared to be greeted by two black guys in black clothing lingering in the parking lot asking for $20.00 to park even if you just came from FM Kitchen and Bar. I didnt have cash on me and had to take money out of the ATM inside the club, this guy followed me to the ATM to collect and made a scene at the door telling bouncers to make sure I paid to park. This place is by far trash! As I said before dont waste your time or money on this place, look for a place that treats their customers better. The place is just all around trashy and not worth the price.

The DJ is great. The venue is small and the bartenders are very dull. For the amount of money thats required for VIP the place lacks the wow factor in the entertainment department. The greatest personality there is Blue the bearded bouncer and hes mean. PARKING LOTS ARE NOT SECURED. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS NO POLICE NO FLASHLIGHT COPS!!!! THERE ARE ONLY VALET DRIVERS. MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE. DO NOT LEAVE ANY BAGS OR BELONGINGS IN PLAIN SIGHT! This is a common thing at this club!

Space was pretty nice, me and my girls were out celebrating last night and we had a great time. Drink prices were very reasonable the bartender was great and the music was amazing

Horrible experience I parked in the additional parking for FM Kitchen and I had this tall black guy following me at 12 at night yelling at me all because he wanted to see where I was going. He expected me to stop as if anyone alone would if they are being chased from a parking lot they know they can park in. If they are going to have parking attendants they need to have friendly ones.

Shocked at these reviews, Ive been here a few times and its always a good time! Staff is always super friendly and professional, drinks are strong as ever so the price isnt a problem. The music is great on Saturday nights too. I love AURA!!!!!

I showed up in stone island sweat pants at 140am and they turned me away. The door guy says if you have pants or SHORTS in your car you can get in. For real! Lmao shorts are cool but not some designer sweat pants. Oh well didnt make a big deal I just walked away and went to Mercy instead I walked in without a problem.

Terrible place ...... they price gouged and unknowingly added a 20% gratuity to every single drink bought. Its a very unethical practice as this option should be left to the customer especially in a bar setting. It was a Cultured event so I would hate to believe this was the reason for this unfair practice

Got up from line by 10:58 and the front girl in the yellow shimmery dress demanded we pay 50 each because we were late but when I showed her the time on the tickets, she claimed the tickets weren’t even from them yet my last name popped up on their tablet with my tickets lmao, what a joke.

Bouncer is an awkward black guy who gets in girls faces telling them to pay up and is racist against Asians. We had a table with bottle service and he gave us an attitude and was in my face when we told him. Music was decent but they should hire ppl who arent self loathing.

Cool little club with a mixed genre of music pending the DJ. They usually play some pop house and hip hop, and the occasional trap track.Tables by the dance floor get booked up quick, and parking becomes a nightmare after midnight on weekends. Id advise to plan ahead if youre thinking about dropping by Aura to party.Dress code enforced except for Sunday (Funday).

This place is always busy. Dress nice, get a table and you will really enjoy it. The music is always good and it s a very energetic and live environment.

This place is nice but unfortunately this is not a night club..... I was really look forward to some dancing and there is no place to dance... This is more of a lounge it had great music but it you want to let loose and shake it this is not the place to go...

Terrible worst place in the world lot worth 20 dollar entrance. No Texas city permits for parking charges either . Loud inside not very clear quality sound anything would be better than this I mean the dirty water under the city sewers wouldve have been better than going here I regret every second of it till I die.

The inside is pretty nice, but the night I went visited the club was pretty empty. No one was dancing and the first drink I had from the bar had something black floating in it!

May be a Cult or something Illegal happening there because EVERY TIME I pass by there, everybody is dressed in ALL BLACK CLOTHING and its an After-Hours Club but on the High end of their customers.

#1 upscale, well-operated nightclub on Washington Ave. (Houston, Tx) on a Saturday; with world class customer service and a crowd/music that couldnt fail - even if they tried. Certainly back on my to-do list.

Wannabe high scale/ purchased 5 1942 shots($35 each), were given in plastic ugly @ss cups, they did not have tangerines, beers are not cold and again given in ugly @ss glasses, too expensive for what really is, 10 dollar cover male and female and have to pay valet cause there is no parking around.

Unprofesional staff. If you are looking for an overpriced place that doesnt care for your money this is the place to go to! They let in friends for free but not the actual clients with money.. Great way to grow a business.

They try to sell it as a Vegas style club but it flat out isnt. Its way more ratchet and there was even a 50 year old pedo-stache looking dude wearing a Texans hoodie - whats the dress code? It cost $30 to park in their lot and for some reason the left bar smelled like a urinal.

Extremely HORRIBLE. I chose this venue as a place to celebrate a birthday. I came with a group of 20 people with a reservation already made and the door guys were so UNPROFESSIONAL going back and forth telling me that they had given my reservation away. After that they picked one of my guests and said he could not get in for whatever odd reason. We got in and it took them 20 minutes of them switching us from table to table. We later had to pay $400 for a table reservation inside and they told us we had to leave after 10 minutes of us paying because one of my guests was looking sick and they dont allow throwing up in their club. I believe I was overcharged and taken advantage of. All my guests left and were very disappointed on the staff and treatment we received. The guys inside were young and very unprofessional. They yell at guests and customers and even CURSE. I was disappointed of the situation so I stated I will report their company and a Hispanic young male with an unprofessional haircut Mohawk half shaved head replied back saying, report me I dont give a s* you cant do anything. Staff was very uncoordinated and horrendous. No manager was present. This place is run by a bunch of kids with terrible language and no manners. I was so regretful to have chosen this location. I would never recommend this club to anyone. Please save your money and embrassment. #PartyRuined

I was discriminated on 3/26/17 i went to aura cuz my friends wanted me to go to check out dmx show Im wearing 250$ rock revival jeans and a $150 lacrosse shirt. the guy at the door tells me i cant come in cuz my pants are to loose . all along i see guy going in with the similar outfits but what really got to me was that there was a guy right behind me wearing old tore up shorts with a plain t-shirt and sum super worn out chuck taylor tennis shoes and they let right in . i seen guys in there with muscle shirts and wearing just bout anything but i get refused. negative stars
