This place is so fun and amazing! It was my first time in an escape room and it was so much fun! The staff are super friendly and nice. Helped us out a lot with clues. Will definitely be coming back soon. Thank y’all for a great night!

Had the best time at the escape room. We didn’t know what to expect but the 55 min we was locked in a room felt like 10 minutes. The host was so cool and made us feel comfortable and walked us through the entire process. Being handcuffed in a jail cell with your husband and trying to find to find clues was too hilarious!!!!!!!! We did not survive. Lmao .....Can’t wait to go again!!

Great room! We were seconds from the record for the room... good premise for the serial killer. The puzzles were thought provoking. Too often you find locks and puzzles that are too obvious. This was not overly obvious. It had the right amount mixed in. Great game masters to help only when we were in a corner. A great date night and something to definitely come back for other rooms!!

We just did the mummy’s curse for a birthday thing. It was great. We had 16 people and the puzzles were still very enjoyable. The price was very reasonable. Only thing was that I was told that they were going to put “happy birthday Kris” on the screens when I booked but it wasn’t posted. Regardless, can’t wait to get another group together to try another thing.

I love this place! The two staff members that I interacted with (one was our game master and one was just there) were so funny! Our game master was really good about giving hints, and helping us go in the right direction when we got stuck. We did the Helter Skelter room and it was great! There was just the right amount of jump scares with out being too cheesy or so many that you couldnt focus on the clues. Based on other reviews, I thought it would be a lot scarier. The clues were easy enough to solve (most of them) without being too easy and they werent too complicated either. I definitely want to go back and try the other rooms!

It was our first time trying a Escape room. We tried the Pirate one, loved it. We were one clue away from finishing it but we had fun nonetheless.

It was an amazing experience and we had a man named Royce be our helper. Although he was nice it turns out he goes to a horrible school which we do not approve of. Actual half-star in disguise :)

I booked this for my sons prom group. What a great way to end Prom night!! The kids had a blast! The customer service was amazing and friendly. Everyone that worked there made sure the kids had fun. The owner was so understanding when some of the kids got there 30 minutes late. He never complained that we were keeping them there till 1:45am. His sole mission that night was to make sure the kids had a great prom night. We will be back!! Thank you for a great time!!

Just left this escape room and it was beyond fun! My friends and I had such a great time and the riddles and puzzles were unique and fun! We had done an escape room at a different place previously and did not enjoy it nearly as much as this one. Our game guy, Devin, was absolutely fantastic, and there was another very nice woman working as well (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). Highly recommend this place! Very fun, organized, and great staff! Will be going back in the future!

This place was a lot of fun! Took the family as we just happened to be in Houston, and so glad we were able to. It was pretty busy but thats understandable. At the time TFTI was opened for a couple weeks. I believe it ends late February. It was $25 per ticket and you can get those online.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends. It was a fun yet challenging experience. The staff member, Tasha, was really nice and patient. She greeted us from the moment we came in and helped us out. We did the mummies curse room and it was a really fun experience. They guided us through our own thoughts when we struggled. I would highly recommend!

This was my first escape room! My family and I did one then wound up doing another. It was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it. The staff was super friendly and it was just overall amazing. I began to research and I see they have these things all over Houston! I will definitely comeback and check out other locations as well!

If youre looking for an opportunity to bond with your nerdy smart friends, this is the place. Mainly because youll need them to find your way out. Challenging but fun!

Puzzles were difficult but not too difficult. I had a blast doing the Mummys Curse and WILL be going back for the others! Loads of fun, highly recommend this!

It was my birthday & From the moment i walked in i was greeted and treated really well. Me and my wife were about 30 minutes early and we were waiting for our party. There were plenty of places to sit and relax while waiting on our gang to get there. When we were all there, Matt and Ashley (Our game host) told us the rules and how everything works. Me and my 8 Friends had the best time. Our game Host was awesome as she never interfered with our progress and helped us when we needed it. We got out of our room with only 2 seconds to spare! After it was over the huge screen was lit up with a Happy Birthday sign for me. It was awesome. Thanks for helping to make this the best birthday i have had in years. - Mark

Did the pirate themed room with my brothers friends for one of their birthday parties. Its pretty much everything you want from an escape room: clever puzzles, hidden clues, and lots of teamwork opportunities.

We have done around 50 escape room all over US. We have been in rooms that cost the owners $25,000 to $100,000.We were very disappointed. It wasnt a good experience. Room was very plain and dark. Place needs a lot of work. Staff was rude, no picture was offered to take after.

Amazing time, so much fun!! Team Awesome;) I took my young adult kids ages 23-21-19 and we had a blast, we all pitched in to escape and we really enjoyed it! I came in earlier and it was a wonderful experience- everyone there was so kind and so helpful, even to this one incredibly rude customer (Nicole Walters, Im assuming from her comment) who was belligerent and uncouth in her actions towards the staff, the owner in particular. This staff took her criticisms graciously and handled the situations more than appropriately, and I was very impressed by them as a whole. Beyond that, the Mystery Room Houston is a wonderful place, very fun and exciting for any occasion or just a day out with friends. I highly recommend to anyone who loves solving puzzles and mysteries. The staff is wonderful, and overall it is a great experience!!!!

For this being our first time wife and I had fun and would do it again. The staff was fun and the place was set up to fit the story. Time flew by and would recommend to any one wanting to try something different and challenge yourself.

A group of us ending up going last minute and we were new to the escape room experience. The entire staff was really friendly and explained everything to us along with showing us the rooms. We had tons of fun and will definitely be going back. The pirate room is very difficult but so much fun!

My friend and I came to this location for the very first time, and the staff was very supportive and encouraged an entertaining and fun environment. The only blip was that there was a very rude patron (Nicole Walters) that had a very noticeable negative attitude toward the owner who was trying to be very accommodating towards this situation. I commend him for handling very professionally. Other than that, we had an extremely amazing time! Everyone should come and experience this gem in Houston!

I came here with my daughter and her friends. The room was extremely fun and the young man that helped us made us laugh a lot.Customer service was one of the best Ive ever seen. I did have a minor issue but management cleaned it up very quickly. I would definitely recommend this experience!

We been in Pirats room, we loved it! Design is cool and really feel that u are inside old ship and puzzles are interesting!

I took a group of my staff there for an appreciation/team building event and we had a blast! Scott was very helpful and patient with the booking process. The staff (I believe Lindsey and Ashley) was super friendly and fun! I definitely recommend this place and would go again!

I loved it. I think its partially because our group was able to survive the helter kelter room. The staff is very friendly, the game master will be watching and will provide clues as needed if you get stuck. If your team successfully solve the mystery room, then you are entitled to write on the walls, sort of like a wall of fame. I would be back.

The Helter Skelter room is fun. They do a few interesting things there. You dont need a really big group for this one, smaller group is okay.
