I’ve done two rooms, The Agency & Outbreak! They are both so fun, gets you thinking, and great for date night and with a group of friends! Even if you don’t escape, it’s still the best time. Definitely recommend!! And will be coming back.

It’s a super fun group activity to do with your friends! It took 8 of us with 3 extra clues and we only have 6 minutes left on the clock!!Highly recommended this place for a group activity!

Our son had been begging to do an escape room with us ever since he’d been to a birthday party at one. We finally gave in, and we had a great time! It was just the three of us, and it was just as fun (if not more) as if we had a big group. The staff here was friendly and professional, would definitely do it again.

So fun and entertaining!! I went in with my boyfriend to the Rec Room and although it was a little tough to do between 2 people, Maggie was very helpful and friendly. We received amazing service. I definitely recommend!!! 10/10

Loved the experience. Felt a bit cheated because we tried to get a clue but lost 2 mins. But it was awesome!! Staff was a bit stand offish. Felt very rushed to get into room, felt rushed to get out of the office. They basically rushed the explanation of everything. Parking is not ideal. The room itself was amazing! Some people in our groups dont know how to scan a QR code and we left basically to fend for ourselves. Like I said. Not the best customer service but it was ok. Upstairs!!! And dont enter the office!! Scan code!

I really enjoyed this one. I havent been to many escape Rooms but this one was well done. We did the dig and the theater.

So fun and intricate. They give you as much or as little help as you need. The puzzles were callenging without being frustrating.

We went with a group of 7 couples total. Alexis was kind and explained everything thoroughly. We enjoyed our time. And we escaped the room with one second to spare! Will definitely go again!

For them having so many good reviews we expected to have a great experience. We booked The Outbreak room and the puzzles in the room were quite difficult to figure out. If you like computer/tech puzzles then this is the room for you. What made it even more difficult was the fact that 2 of the clues were not placed where they should have been- the guy who set up the room forgot to put the clues back in its place when putting the room together so we wandered around looking for them until he finally spotted one of them on the camera and told us where to find it. There were markers in the room, presumably so you could take notes on the laminated sheets and both markers were totally dry/ would not work. When the guy put us in the room he was very rushed, told us quickly the background story and then proceeded to say whoops forget you saw that as he fixed one of the locks. So right away, it was not a good start. Then when we would call on him for help, it would take him a minute to get to us and you could hear background noise/him helping other rooms. Overall, it was just not a good experience. We have been to The Escape Game before a couple of times and have had awesome experiences but unfortunately they were booked on that day so we thought we would check out this one. For the price and lack of attention to room/customers, this place should not have so many good reviews

We had never been to an escape the room before. We were not sure what to expect. The guy that greeted us and was our “eyes in the sky” was so cool! Explained everything to us and made sure we did not have any questions. We were the last room of the night and in stead of trying to rush us or get annoyed with us he allowed us to finish to see how it turned out even after we lost and time was up. Afterwards he took the time to make sure we liked it and allowed us to take pictures! He was a gem!!! We are definitely going back to try another room soon! It was awesome And perfect for my teenagers 15th birthday weekend! Thanks!!! Great place! Fun and challenging! Awesome staff!

Really fun and challenging, but not so difficult that you get frustrated or discouraged! Absolutely loved it. Did it with friends from church and we escaped!

Had such an amazing time! You get so invested in getting out of the room that you really feel like if you don’t you won’t make it word to the wise : two heads are better than one. Melissa was great and made sure she helped us but didn’t give too much away that made it very enjoyable.

Some of the things in our room wouldnt open even when we had the correct code and they had to open them for us. One of the things never would open, so they had to slip coins under our door. When they talk to you over loud speaker, you can hardly hear them. It was fun, but wouldve been better without all the problems.

We did the Dig 1 and it was really awesome! Lots of unexpected turns and our clue master Melissa thankfully helped us out when we needed it. Was a little difficult but we made it out! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun thing to do in Houston.

This place definitely pushes you to think outside the box. Its great for keeping you sharp and on your toes. It gets really intense as the clock winds down. Go with people that harbor positive energy only because this game tests your patience. I LOVED IT!

Staff was friendly and the room was really cool. We did the Jurassic Park room which was kind of difficult. Great puzzles that really make you think. We didnt escape but definitely had a great time. Something fun to do during this pandemic as well.

Overall great experience! Only caution is that the site states that its great for family my family included kids so no matter the age its the adult price.

Overall it was just ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly or enthusiastic. We called out to our staff member several times with questions or concerns and he did not respond. We would have finished much sooner had everything in the room been working. We would be pressing a button or entering in a code and nothing would be happening only for Alexis (the staff member) to finally see us and have to “trigger” something to open.. so I personally felt it wasn’t the best experience at an escape room. We did the Theater, which was pretty cool but I thought some of the hints and stuff were really reaching and not clear enough. Also they sent us our photo at the end of the night and it wasn’t even us!

We had a great time coming back next week for sure! Alex was a great host

We loved escaping the Theater room here! Great safety strategies are in place during COVID. Our family of 5 (2 adults with kids ages 18, 14, and 9) had loads of fun and we got out successfully. We have been locked up many times over the years since we love escape rooms as a family hobby. This ranks as one of our favorites!! Challenging but doable!

I’ve done plenty of escape rooms and this one was by far the worst, especially given the price. It isn’t worth the amount you pay. The rooms are pretty basic, and the one we did had messed pieces in it. Definitely not worth it.

Second time coming and its still fun. definitely better when you have a group. it looks like there following the guidelines to make sure your are safe with the pandemic going on. They also sanitize the room before you get in from the group before. If you are thinking about trying the place, I would definitely give it a go.

After being in house quarantine for SO long with all the Covid mess, we were looking for something safe and fun for the whole family. We thought thus was perfect. We had 6 in our group including a 9 and 10 year old. OMG!! So much fun! We did the theater room and the kids found mire clues Fran the adults. Although we didn’t Escape we had so much fun. In fact, we loved it so much we went back the next day and tried to save the world in outbreak. The staff is amazing and they are extremely safety conscious. We are Planning our next escape!

My group of 4 tried out the Jurassic Park one. No spoilers, It was pretty fun. It was very thematic and the soundtrack that was playing kept the mood pretty intense. It was not a super tricky one, but Im sure any group would enjoy the puzzles in the room. They also made sense and had a good flow. I recommend doing this in groups no larger than 4.

We’ve played almost all of their games! The only rooms we have left is the Theater and their newest room. We thoroughly enjoy ourselves each time. We just finished up room #30 with another victory, but we would not have made it out with Alexis’ help!! Four people in an eight person room and we were struggling. Well me and my friends went to the Escape The Room Texas. First timers include this did know what to think of it at first but gave it a shot. Really did love it. It was fun and exciting because you had to find clues to escape. My two other friends have done the escape before but this was a first for me and Girlfriend. So many clues but it makes you think and it’s fun. Several different choices of rooms. I would recommend any one trying it. You would enjoy it. We escaped with only 3 mins to spare lol but it was well worth it. We choose the Theater room. But it was well worth it

Alot of fun. I took my date here for both our first times and we got put in an escape room for 10 people. We got all the way to the end than the time was up. Had a great time and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great escape room experience.

I never was able to receive the service I paid $240 for. I had a reservation for a bachelorette party (redeemed to get reservation) that was cancelled due COVID. Its been over 4 months and I got a code for a new reservation, but Im out of town (as is the rest of the party) and just want a refund or living social credit. Theyre still not open (or if they are I wouldnt ever go because eits a pandemic) and Living Social and Escape the Room will not refund my money. Unacceptable to be charged for a service that was never received.
