Fantastic birthday experience for my daughter! Flight instructor Dustin clearly lives his job and absolutely made the experience for my girl. The return package we bought was a great value. Looking forward to our next flight!

I didnt care too much for our person additude and when talking without a mask he was in ppl faces. Some workers had mask where it was below nose, so why even wear them? Otherwise great time. Ill prob be bk just will try not to get the same person. He was a bit passive aggressive.Lady at front desk was very courteous.

We had a fun experience overall, but with it being our first time there were things that could have made it a much better experience. At the beginning, the instructions could have been much more clear regarding what was expected from us. After watching the instructional video, we walked out to the main area and a group of experienced flyers started doing awesome looking moves in the tunnel. Thinking we were supposed to watch them as part of the instructions, I began watching them. Shortly after- I heard our instructor yelling at us saying we weren’t listening. It was so loud in the main area I didn’t even hear him! That definitely got our fun family experience off to a weird start. Then once we got in the tunnel, the flying time was less than two minutes total for $80. And during all the loud excitement and fun, they try to upsell you in the tunnel. We didn’t even realize we were being charged extra until the end of the experience. Last but not least, we were given “free” photo vouchers to access one photo of our experience and when we got home the vouchers didn’t even work. I think this could have been so much fun but instead, I left feeling like I spent way too much money for what I got and felt like they tried to upsell at every chance of the experience. Don’t plan on returning.

Brought the family here for our sons birthday and could not have been happier with the decision. The kids 4/8 all loved it and had a blast, now my littlest one wants to go actual skydiving out of a plane lol.

Didnt know what to expect when going in. The chick who greeted us wasnt very helpful at the start. But after we got all signed up and went up stairs the whole mood changed. Everyone was so nice and happy. Zori was are instructor and she was super awesome from start to finish. I think Christopher Was in the both. Super cool guy. Had so much fun. Got to do the high fly thing. Cant wait to do it again. Make sure you buy you next tickets before you leave. Thanks goes out to all the staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Super Fun!! My 3 and 12 year old loved it!

When I came down for Xmas, we paid to have my nieces fly 3 times each. My nieces only went one time in the ifly machine. When we told them we paid for them to go 3 times and they only went one time, they refused to let them go again and refused to give us a refund for their mess up. The lady at the front desk was quite rude to us and about the whole situation. Would not recommend this place.

Zori was just super fantastic !!! Our family visited this iFly location on 10/15. The experience was great & very important to us. As a newly blended family we needed something enjoyable for bonding purposes. Zori worked with my bonus son (who is shy and very reserved) and helped him feel a bit more at ease. She was genuinely kind and patient with him/us. She went above & beyond and that is very commendable. She also turned into Spiderwoman and climbed the walls of the flying tunnel which was super cool! My bonus son loves Spiderman so this stunt was great for him. I was very impressed with her service & skills. Thank you Ms. Zori for being amazing at what you do!!! Our family is grateful for you. Thank you iFly for providing a place for experiences such as this that children & adults can enjoy.

Space school has a lesson here,it’s very interesting.We spend 2 and half hour here to get training.The cost is 48 dollars to have a coach bring you air dive high.

Every instructor was totally awesome, high energy, and positive. Nick did our high fly and it was enjoyable. An awesome woman (maybe named Zoe; sorry Z!) was our instructor and primary flyer. She was patient and careful with my little kid, and constructive in her instruction for me.One caveat, this can be pretty strenuous. I highly recommend stretching your limbs a bit before hopping in, staying relaxed, and listening to your instructor.My boy had a rough first flight and wasnt listening great. He didnt straighten out his legs well and did a few half scorpions.He complained about a sore back afterwards and was done after 3 flights, but is still ready to go back.Its not very scary, a little pricey, and definitely worth the experience the first time. After that, youll be able to choose your own level of involvement. On return visits, you can begin learning controlled movements and tricks. I may give it a shot. I bought ten more flights on discount on my way out.Pro Tip: Bring a gratuity for your instructor.

Absolutely incredible experience!! You can learn to fly and become a super hero! I’m really afraid of helghts, but flying there in the wind tunnel is absolutely amazing. I actually wanted to go higher! All the instructors are in love with their work and you can feel it also. Strongly recommended to all of you!!!

Had fun and instructor Ivan was very helpful and patient, since he flew 10 girl scouts and 10 adults. A little pricey for one minute but its something different to experience. Overall we loved it.

I had an exhilarating experience here during my visit. Check in was fairly easy on one of their touch screens at the front desk area. The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. I had to wait a couple of minutes for the ongoing flight session in the wind tunnel to end. This gave me the opportunity to observe the instructors, and how they interacted with guests. These instructors were obviously well trained which inspired a lot of confidence in me. Needless to say that I enjoyed my session, and barely panicked. I would recommend the virtual reality add on for that extra thrill.

The experience here was awesome. Took my wife there as a birthday surprise. We loved every moment of it. The high fly and the VR experience were also excellent. Our instructor was Jimmy, he did a great job explaining the basics and keeping it simple. Would definitely recommend giving this a shot.

Amazing experience! I recommend everyone to try it at least once. Our flight instructor was a cool down to earth dude. Only con is that the wind blows so hard you can see every fat roll and vein in a persons body so if youre self conscious or have low self esteem you might wanna go when its slow since your the star of attention during flight. Even that being said, I am not taking away a star because I personally am not a shy person.

I had my daughters birthday party there. If we lived closer shed be there once a week. The party room was perfect, drinks and food were good, and everyone had a blast. The free video and picture made a great party favor. I definitely recommend iFly for a birthday party.

Our flight started about 30 minutes later than we scheduled. It would have been nice if we were informed about how long we would have to wait. Theres not very much guidance while waiting for your flight. Our flight instructor (and all of the other instructors we watched) was really nice and fun. Some of the other employees seemed a little disinterested. Overall, I think this was a great activity for a family!

I had an absolute blast at iFLY. The staff is super easy going, they are approachable and made me feel at ease with the whole process. There is a quick class right before you suit up and it details everything you need to know (its a video). Then you suit up in this body suit they provide.They provide body suite, ninja like hair net, goggles, ear plugs, helmet.Girls ***wear your hair down or in a low ponytail, if you dont have a hair tie they even have those too for you!Wear tennis shoes.Then you get to fly, relax, pay attention to the cues they teach you in the little class and have fun !!!Highly recommend !!!Also recommend paying for video and photos. Definitely worth it !

Got this as a gift for my granddaughter and she had so much fun. We left buying. Two more packages so she could return with a few of her friends. Most of the staff was very friendly and our instructor. Was awesome.

We had a field trip with a group of students in a robotics club. They did a great job of demonstrating and explaining the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math that goes into the experience! I would highly recommend it!

Have you ever wanted to know what its like to fly? Do you think sky diving is scary but you somehow want to fight that fear?I went here to test my courage as Im afraid of heights. The team explains all the aspects and then you go into the tunnel - a literal leap of faith was required for me to dive into the wind. Knowing the instructor Woodbury was there helped me - she corrected me via hand signals and then I could focus on the experience. Wonderful.Its almost therapeutic to do this if you feel this is scary - you learn to prepare, understand what youre going to do, learn to trust yourself, rely on others to be there for you and then just do it.

The experience itself was fun but they need to work on reservations. If I make a reservation for 1pm I expect to be seen at 1pm not wait an hour before I actually start the process of watching the training video, getting suited up, and then waiting in line for my turn. Poor communication on what time youll actually start and end at their facility. I had other things to do that day.

The next best thing to real skydiving (not that I’ve tried the real thing )!!! It’s a thrilling experience! We didn’t pass up the chance to go again for the high fly. I’m still playing the experience over in my mind, how I can do better next time lol They sent the videos right after the dive, while we were still in the building. So worth it!!!

Took my 7 year old here for the first time, he LOVED it so much! He was a little nervous about it at first, but the instructor put him at ease and helped him have a lot of fun. Its expensive on your first trip, so make sure to purchase thereturn package which is a great deal so you can come back for a better price.

Tons of fun for the whole family. Weve been twice and have a great time! The instructors are friendly and helpful. They are always so sweet with my kids. Little ones need to be prepared, Ive witnessed many a kid think they are ready but once they are actually in the tunnel they panic. Luckily the instructors have quite a few tricks up their sleeves to help ease the younger fliers.Prepare to this to take a bit of time. You show up early, then wait for a short class (mostly a quick video then the instructor fills you in a tad more, answers questions) then you suit up and wait a little more. This is not a complaint, just pointing it out. Its fun to watch others in the tunnel and then you get a show from the instructors after each group is done.Lastly, there are quite a few up sells... more flights, photos, VR, high flights. They are mentioned once, maybe twice... but they arent pushy and I appreciate that.Watching repeat/frequent fliers makes me think this would be an awesome hobby!

This is a very unique experience. Very cute for a date night. Instructors are very helpful as most people are doing it for the first time. Its open for viewing so you can get videos and picture while the person takes their turn.

My son (8yrs old) and I went for the first time today. It was awesome! From the minute I walked in to the time I walked out. Staff was courteous and extremely friendly. All the instructors were nice. Our instructor was Marcus. He did such a great job with us. Very patient with each person. He did an amazing job on his freestyle run. My son was scared but after his first jump he was so eager to get back in. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great time! The staff is amazing and a ton of fun, even when we arrived at 9pm they acted like we were the first group of the day. I would go often to get better at flying around the tunnel, but it was quite expensive. So, we will call this a special occasion idea.

The first time I went they gave away some free time and incentives, like I bought 3 flights so they thru in a free VR. The second time they were super stingy with time and zero incentives. Took 3 kids. Place is expensive as is, but incentives help to make it not feel so bad. Kids enjoyed it. But they need better specials to get more return business. Also would like them to gauge experience level of person and allow some playtime or tricks. Kids would love some flexibility.

Pretty cool experience for my dad for his birthday. Wish the actual flying portion was longer, its only 1 minute per flight. I am definitely interested in going and trying it out for myself though.

The experience is good and fun but very poor value for money. The cost is about 80 per person with an extra 20 to do the ‘high fly’ which is the fun bit. The deals you get do not seem to include the high-fly. So expect about 100 per person. The length of time in the wind tunnel is about 2mins - 2 flys of about 1min each. Not at all worth it in my view.

Awesome experience! Saw it off the side of the freeway on the way home one day and it was the best stop we couldve made. Definitely will become a bucket list item if not on yours already. Zori and the staff were so great, made everyone comfortable, and built a team spirit with everyone flying during our session. We had such a great time that we scheduled a session for our dad and son. Definitely a thrill ride worth the memories!

I took my little brother here last week and I was not pleased at all. I am African American and my little brother was the flyer. I could felt as if my little brother was being treated differently than some of the other customers, which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I first arrived the person checking in was extremely dismissive and didn’t even look up when speaking to me. Secondly, the trainer kept putting my little brother to the end of the line to fly, which I didn’t understand. My little brother loved the flight, and if he wanted to do IFLY again, I would not go back to this specific location.

This was an awesome family experience. Will definitely do it again.

I FLY was fun. Its sort of an expensive hobby, but we got tickets from Costco, however we paid The extra $10 to go higher in the tube. It was fun, funny and something different to do. I would advise if you are a certain larger weight, please call ahead because there are weight restrictions... we are 6feet tall so I think you can weigh up to 220.. under 6 feet tall is less weight ... just call and check. The video are also good to purchase.

Our trainer was Zori, and she was excellent in explaining things and helping us to better fly in the tunnel! You can tell she was very experienced in counseling first time flyers and I was very nervous but she help me calm down. I was so happy with our experience that I bought another 10 flys! You also get a discount if you tried your first time and you buy again at the end of your session! They gave us suits and helmet send goggles and earbuds that’ll fit our size. People of all ages were there and I was surprised because there was this young boy who knew how to fly like an expert which really helped calm my nerves since I’m afraid of heights. They are really friendly people upstairs and I want to thank every one of them. The only thing is that when I arrived prior to my session, the lady in front had us wait about 10 min because she was on the phone, but maybe it was a busy day so I didn’t want to say anything.Other than that, I’m coming back for more lessons indeed! One of kind experiences!

Not only was it a BLAST, but our instructor RORY was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable and personable. If I find my way back to Houston I will be returning to see RORY again.EDIT: I went back again, and it was so much fun!!! Rory was our instructor again! And I took advantage of the special package prices after you fly!

Had a blast here. I loved the experience and would love to go back. It is a bit pricey though but was grateful for the voucher offered by one of the instructors.

Bring your pocketbook. You get two flights for $60. Each flight last one minute. Im no genius but thats $30 a minute. I think theyre doing pretty well. Theyre packed every weekend

My son has a July birthday.... So that means H O T weather!! We avoid having to celebrate outdoors as the heat quickly becomes unbearable. What better way to top of last years birthday celebration than iFly? We purchased the ultimate party package, private room, decorations, Fly High passes for all of our flyers, drinks, ice cream, pizza and catered food. We didnt do a cake. Instead we purchased a Nothing Bundt cake for him and 2 dozen bundtinis. Price? Expensive, but worth every dime. My son had an amazing time and I enjoyed watching him and his friends let loose... Time to plan how to top this party off.

My cousin took her 16 year old daughter here for her birthday and the whole experience was really fun. While I did not fly it was great looking at all the other people. The only downside you get 2 turns at a minute each and thats $70! The place was crowded so I guess people didnt mind that

Updated: We came in from out of town for a 3:30 scheduled time. This was for my granddaughters birthday. They told me they moved my time to 6, that they called (never called), they ACCUSED ME OF GIVING A FAKE NUMBER! AND WAS RUDE THE WHOLE TIME. This was a lot of money we were dropping to be treated like this! NEVER AGAIN! The manager did try to make it right by giving us free videos. My suggestion to anyone going here, call before you go to confirm your time!

Was awesome. Went with my daughters class. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful. Even if you are scared to do it, Like I was, I saw go for it. You wont regret it!

It was much more fun than I thought it was going to be! Didnt exactly compare to real skydiving, but very cool in its own right because they teach you how to position your body without a tandem instructor. There is still an instructor in the wind tunnel with you.

The place was ok. You spend a lot of time waiting. I think the second time around if you go will be better due to less waiting and more challenging diving instructions

I brought my niece here for summer break and a little bit of fun. It worked out excellently she had a blast and quite the workout. Thanks to our instructor Vincent and the assistance Eric who was so helpful with my photography shoot, of my niece, we had a wonderful experience. I know giving somebody 10 minutes for the first time could be but my niece is 15, so thats what I did. I figured she could enjoy the excitement and it would be good for her body and soul overall and it absolutely was! Thanks guys for helping an Auntie out. I will be back again for a 5th time, soon ish.

Okay, the first time I came here it was a definite 5 star. However today I was disappointed. We came in for the 6 o’clock class. We didn’t start flying until 7 or so. They were running pretty far behind. Our instructor Zori was wonderful. It was noticeable that as a whole, the staff were just ready to get out of there and be done with the day. I understand we all have long days and we are tired but don’t let it affect customer service. We hadn’t even taken off our flight suits and they were already closing up shop. The vibes weren’t as chill as the first time.

Total rip off.Flight time = 60 sec = $40They try to justify pricing by comparing iit to a 45 sec free fall??? Don’t go.

I fly was fun but they need to keep laundry done because if they need your suit before your whole group is finished theyll ask. Get more suits or keep up with laundry. No one wants to take a picture with their group without their suit! Staff is friendly
