Very nice park! Pretty live oak trees, lots of shade and breeze, a cute little water park for kids when its open again. Great for exercise, dogs, picnics, socially distanced dates (saw one of those) and has a parking-lot style RB campground. Right now the walkways are one way due to covid.

There are beautiful trees at this park and a 2 mile trail through the trees and around a big lake for biking, jogging or walking. The park requires everyone to have a mask.We stayed at the RV area which was great because they were social distancing the rigs, so we had more room.

A restaurant that truly feels local. I used to live only a few blocks away from Alamo Square and know that the only drawback is that the restaurant stand on its own without the company of close bars or other places nearby. I like the reasonably priced fish menu and good wine selection.

Hands down, one of my most favorite parks in the WORLD!I love how I can still get lost here, after years of visiting. I can just walk forever. Its like a forest.I love the weather of Hollywood. It goes well with the parks tree atmosphere. Its fairly clean.Outside Lands is held here! Currently living in Los Angeles, making a trip up north is a must for me at least once a year!

This has always been one of my favorite parks. Its well maintained. A great place to just unwind, connect with nature and get some exercise. The park has a nice path that is great for walking or running. Several pavilions, a camping area, playground area for children, water park, paddle boat rental, basketball courts, fitness area, Volleyball nets, tennis and racquetball, and some catch and release fishing areas. Dogs are allowed as long as they are always on a 6 leash and the owners pick up after them. Water fountains are also provided for the dogs use.

I do not know how to pronounce the name of the park, so I just call it T.Y. for short. Many times Ive drove past T.Y. Park and now accompanied with some friends, I get to venture in and see what the park has to offer. I noticed that people come to this very large park to get their exercise on...running, cycling, roller skating, skate boarding, and walking - either alone, with friends, babies in strollers, or pets. While walking along the parks trail, I saw numerous shelters, which can be reserved for small birthday parties or barbecues. NOTE: This usually takes place on the weekends and the park charges $1.50 per person. During the week is free. There is also a water park called Castaway Island, an area where you can hookup your RV, and a playground with a basketball court. I consider T.Y. Park a peaceful place where I can come and relax my mind and enjoy the warm weather.

Of all the parks Ive visited in Broward County this is my favorite. Its large and filled with trees that supply plenty of shade. The only downside is that there are several employees (too many) that ride around to patrol the park every 10 to 15 minutes. They ride on golf carts which means that they can crowd your personal space sometimes. It can get a little annoying sometimes.

Clean, spacious and the best playground(main) in town. it combines play equipment for the tots and 5+ seamlessly with shaded benches and a nearby pavilion that allows parents comfort, visibility & perfect proximity.the waterpark is expensive but very nice. the lightning/ rainstorm refund policy can be difficult. gets very crowded and the immediate parking inadequate but fine well to not look like a theme park lot that overrides nature.they dont have electrical outlets to stay charged, but its a park and supposed to be enjoying that.pavillions are nice, a bit pricey to rent and dates can be hard to obtain, even 3 months in advance. but its a fantastic place overall.free during the week and on weekends to foot traffic. otherwise on weekends, a nominal per person fee for car riders

Being here today was great as usual! Love this park. I am disappointed because they have built a new playground and destroyed the old one that included an area for babies. the new one is for children older than 2 years, and doesnt have any swings or anything for babies. The swings are a great way to develop balance and coordination. I wonder why the have been removed. I will be looking for a park with a playground for babies and with swings

Great place to enjoy a family sunday, walk or ride the trails, Take the kids to the water park, make some barbecue parties or even just laying down on the glass and enjoy the trees. There are plenty space and areas were to barbecue and the scenery is beautiful. Quite a nice natural spot in the middle of city. Tickers are 3 bucks a person and is super worth it. If you are into extracurricular activities such as music and yoga there several groups that use this park as a gathering spot. Very nice vibe come and enjoy.

Great for walking/jogging along its 2 mile paved path. Not so good for skating or biking, which I dont think its intended for. There is a good amount of shade in places along the path with water and rest areas. This park is very safe and most users are friendly and courteous. Ages range from infants in strollers to seniors. Dogs are permitted on a 6 foot leash. Plenty of friendly squirrels and birds along with an occasional iguana or two.Typical park amenities, pavilions, benches, bbq grills, playground, and fitness area. Also a seasonal waterpark. Catch and release fishing is permitted, but no swimming or boating in the small lake.Everything is well kept and park staff are always around maintaining things. The only downside are the few aggressive cyclists that feel like theyre in training and the pedestrians are their obstacles. Hollywood beach has a much safer and better bike path.

Just went here today (6/29/2020). This park is OPEN durning COVID19 with restrictions. Passive use only. Meaning the walking trails and grass areas are open, but the playgrounds, pool, etc are closed until COVID is over. I want to specifically mention the wonderful Broward County Parks and Recreation employees at this park. This includes the grounds crew staff, security, etc; very processional staff and they keep the park immaculate and perfect.
