My boyfriend took me here and omg we had so much fun. It was just the two of us but I would recommend to go with a group of people to make it more enjoyable. One race is about 6-7 minutes we paid for 3 race but we only did one. The good thing about it is, you don’t lose your races you can come back with your card and use the races you didn’t use. We are definitely going back.

Overall Id not recommend K1 Speed and much rather suggest Xtreme Action ParkHere are the issues with K1 Speed- Staff isnt organized and not the friendliest- Waited nearly 20 minutes for one customer to buy our race. Not enough staff to handle a line- Wait time NOT disclosed until purchase to us. Once we paid we were told an hour and a half wait.- Not the cleanest facility especially during covid-19. Seems like the perfect breeding ground. Lots of people with masks off!- Our group was split off despite being ALL ON ONE BILL. We ended up being blamed for not making it clear enough to the ticket girl instead of an apology NOT COOL.Rules not emphasized enough. No backroom talk or safety video. They have a banner you barely read and give you the helmet and you go.Race stopped many times and KILLED the mood because of others bumping and not following rules that were not emphasized enough by k-1 Speed.Overall very expensive - $15-$25 per race for the 2 & 3 rece packages that lets be real most people were buying.The obvious CASH GRAB membership is a joke. Everything included in this membership is required to race like a helmet. This is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to squeeze customers.When you walk into the building its ice cold AC. It is indoor cars and one would assume it was all AC. NO AC WHEN ON THE CARTS. IT WAS 90 DEGREES! With a helmet and everything on it was HOT. Not disclosed.For these reasons Id recommend Xtreme Action Park over K1 speed. The entire experience fell well short of my expectations. Hopefully management really reevaluates some of these points brought up in this review.

My experience in K1 were fun but there were two main objections that I had. For those who don’t know the pricing is through a $7 membership for each participant, that includes the use of helmets and masks, then you pay for how many races you will do. My other complaint has to do with the random battery deaths of the karts, sometimes in the middle of the laps the karts would die out and the race would temporarily halt. But the staff were friendly, and they resolved the issues with haste.

We came to K1 Speed for my nephew, someone had to go with him so I went. We had a blast, so much fun! I highly recommend this adventure!

My 11 yrs old daughter had a great time! Registration area service was ok they werent too friendly. Track area: the guy worked well with the girls explaining instructions, was also patient with one that had a million and one questions. Track area was hot! Food of course, is overly priced. Theres a arcade area.

Our trip to K1 started off great, I was able to place in the top 5 for Track2 for best laps of the month. We had asked the girl to hold off our second race because we werent sure if we wanted to do Track 1 or 2, so after our first race we asked to run Track 2 again. However, they never put our names in so we ended up waiting over an hour if not 2 hours before they even told us we werent in the system. I also watched the officials through out the whole night and they never reprimanded any driver that was aggressive and bumping people into walls, besides holding the no bumping sign which was disregarded. This happened throughout my second race where I was faster than the guy I tried passing and everytime was put in the wall and none of the official were watching despite me waving and trying to get there attention, all of which is on video.

I was worried to visit during this pandemic time. I was extremely happy with the protocols the staff took to help people. Masks...distance...cleanliness...thank you!Few points of interest...it was hot and humid in the race area and adding a mask with a head dress made it hard to breath. No A/C in the race areas but fans and open doors provide an air flow.Also... we were a group of 6 and they put an inexperienced driver in our group...annoying and dangerous in my opinion.All in all a great fun experience...but expensive.A great treat for a Birthday.

I loved it. The people help you learn how to drive. Everybody has fun, and you can get snacks. I have not had this much fun for a while.

Super fun place Just make sure if youre planning to have an event with them make sure to find out what kind of food and drinks they will provide also the time the food will be served, our party had Pizza and the kids where disappointed the Pizza and chicken tenders were VERY SALTY.

So much fun but it bothers me that this location is much more expensive than the Tampa go karting. I feel like the pricing in Tampa is much more relatable.

First off, its IMPOSSIBLE to not press the brake and gas at the same time. Carts are tiny, very slow, for both sizes, and people crashed into you like crazy

Awesome time with my boys. If your going to buy rides you have to ask for the 9 ride package is only $100.00 you definitely hey more bang for your buck.

Soo fun!!! We went today, Saturday around 4pm it was not that busy about a 15 min wait. The whole staff is on point about safety. They take it very seriously, I love that especially because I was racing with my 11 and 13 year old. All the riders were being careful and really trying not to bump into each other, knowing it could go 45 mph that means a lot. They make it clear, this is not the place they would allow anything like that, staff also has complete control over all karts so they slow it down or stop whenever needed. They are electric so no nasty gas smell like all the other places!! Will definitely be back, great family day!!

No matter if is your first time riding or you have several on your racer body, this green kart option will blow your mind! The time of response is very fast! Compare to the regular gas karts. Service is good and will help you to complete an awesome experience!! Is raining? No worries, this is an indoor option

The staff was great! Although they seemed to be having some difficulties throughout the evening they still pushed through and worked hard to ensure everyone was having a great time.It did take a while to get through the groups for the unlimited night but I think that was more logistics than anything else.But a really fun evening overall and I will be back.

They did not inform us how many people we had before us and the waiting time that implies. Bought gift cards for family members. This is a great place with separate tracks for kids and adults. The manager was super helpful. I got a $10 bonus for buying $50 worth and he added it to the gift card instead of giving me a separate one. This place is well run and safety is obviously a priority, something essential for a business like this.

When we were getting ready to pay they place a sign stating that the waiting time was an hour and a half. We waited 1hr and 1/2 which of course we didn’t mind. However it was upsetting to find out that other people that came after us went ahead of us and they try to say it was because they had a reservation we spoke to a few people and they said they didn’t have an actual reservation. I called the sales group and they said that reservations cannot be made for parties less than eight unless you pay extra to reserve a spot. Anyways the most upsetting thing was when you speak to the supposed manager!! this girl had no customer service experience because instead of apologizing she just told us that we had to wait another half an hour. Finally The general manager try to help out but by that time most people had already left so I didn’t even seem like it was much of a help.We were there from 5:30 PM till 10 PM for 3- 10 minute laps so if you’re on vacation and want to stay your whole day waiting To ride a car be my guest.

This is a great track, the employees were helpful but not too restrictive on the racing. I raced twice and I didnt have an issue with my kart both times. Most of the time I have an issue with a kart on a race, but this time I didnt. My only issue is that they dont use the blue flag enough, i was often stuck behind slow racers but its not like people listen to those flags anyways. Great place.

Little pricey for having electric carts, no AC in the go-cart courses, But overall a good place. I wouldnt recommend family, customers were a little sketchy.

Took my daughter Hailey for the first time and had a great experience. Joshua at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous. He walked us through the process and gave me great customer service.Once on the track Marlon guided my daughter step by step and was very friendly and patient. After the race he was there to greet her and congratulated her on a great job. due to these two individuals I will definitely be visiting again. I hope management sees these two men are great asset to the team, thanks guys.

What a Blast!!! Great time on the track but the registration line couldnt keep up with a few groups on a Thursday afternoon... The track crew was fantastic!!! Thanks for a good run!!

Took my daughter here for her 10th birthday on Aug 31st. We took advantage of the weekday special for 39.99. They also make you take a membership for $8 per person. I spent a little over $100. To be honest, 1-2 rides at most are good enough as the laps are long. My daughter goes often with her aunt and they said she needed to renew her membership (which was $8 that I think shouldnt have had to be paid. I dont think it was a year from initial registration and I didnt feel like figuring it out on my daughters day). They comped the birthday ride, which is $5 but I still ended up paying for the ride. Being that they charged me the 2-ride for $35 and $5 for the $5 birthday ride. I still ended up paying $40 her, which was the same as the weekday 3 ride special. They need a better special, coupon and reward system. I dont know if well be back, the heat was from hell. I didnt ride, just her and her dad. My infant and I were sharing her fan after two minutes. She enjoyed the racing but its a bit pricey and not very organized.

Love this indoor Kart place. I didnt like the membership fee as ill most likely never come back but the place was awesome. The track was good, the karts are super fast and they have two tracks (one for younger and one for more advanced drivers). This is huge as there is nothing worse than paying big $$ and getting stuck behind couple kids. I was never a fan of electric karts before this. Now its the only way to go, the responsiveness is way better than gas carts. Great fun

Many customers had no face masks on and was not enforce, they were walking around the entire facility. A few employees had their masks hanging around their necks not donned correctly.

Without doubt this place is very fun and splendid, but.. The wait is Horrific! They tell you to wait 40 minutes, and then they tell you to wait 40 minutes again! This is horrible. We got there at 4:00 and ended up staying till 6:00 without even one race. I suggest them to organize their time more, and give correct amounts of time left.

Very nice facility....clean, smells good and comfortable seating in the lobby area. The tracks however seem small and there is not enough viewing space for spectators to actually watch the races. The wait for walk in customers is complete rubbish. Didn’t even seem to have a lot of people but still waited over an hour to get to race! They should install a coke machine. In the hour and half I was there both times I walked to the food area and stood both times for five minute and no one was in side to sell me anything. I wouldn’t return if I was back in the area.

I was introduced to K1 by a good friend of mine and I’ve been back several times. The electric go-karts are pretty quick and the plus side you don’t leave smelling like exhaust fumes (like Xtreme). The pricing is also pretty fair (in comparison to others go-kart locations). The wait time (from my experience) has been pretty minimal and you’re usually racing within 10-15mins.Great staff. Highly recommended spot for team building or hanging with friends.

We had a team building event here and it was a great time. They were able to handle the big crowd with ease and we all had a blast.

Went here for a team building event with one of our business partners. It was a lot of fun, but boy was it hot inside. I was shocked to see how fast the carts go. It’s really amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. It really does feel like you’re racing a real car.

My boys and I were there for an 8th birthday party. It was our first time at K1 Speed. The facility is cool. It looks like there are two tracks, one for the juniors and one for the adults. The junior karts go up to 20mph and the adult ones go up to 40mph (I think, we didnt participate in the adult racing). There is like a mini arcade also that uses preloaded game cards. The party room was large enough for our party of about 11 eight year olds and the parents. I would definitely bring my kids back.

The cars are decent speed wise. The best part is no exhaust fumes.

Prices are high and fun is forbidden. We had fun the ways we were allowed to, but drifting speeding, bumping, etc. were all not allowed. Made for a neutered experience.

They made this experience unforgettable for my 12 year old son and husband. We have visited other K1 spots - but this one was by far the best one ever!

Great spot but forgot to put us on the track twice..alot of waiting b4 i had asked what happened and they forgot to put our names in a race.we did end up racing and my kids loved it

We went there with a group of four. The experience itself was a lot of fun, but prepare for long wait times (which you’re forewarned about). The the cars are very fast and you can see how fast you’re going compared to the other drivers as you race. It adds to the experience quite a bit. The place is well maintained and clean.The have electric cars and they have the ability to control the cars. For example, they slow down drivers that are cautioned. It’s good from a safety perspective but it adds a human factor. Someone else is deciding who to penalize and who not to. The only reason I gave it a four star rating is because my car lost power half way through after some other driver was penalized. The management was understanding and refunded the full price.All in all, I would go back

The track is very bumpy, however ekarting is the way to go these days as it is less noisy, better for the environment, and overall more fun. I just hope they can address the track smoothness so it is less abusive on our bodies around the corners for long extended periods of time. Do not go here. My family waited over an hour and had to leave because of a dinner reservation. We went back after dinner and were told it would be 30 minutes until their race. After one hour it became obvious that the employees running the track were letting their buddies race ahead of those in line. We asked for a refund and the manager agreed, but the kids were obviously disappointed. The manager knew what was going on but didn’t make it right for us. Would never recommend this place.

David the manager is an absolute joke. Put $2 in the air hockey machine. Scored a goal and the puck wont come out. He told me that the machine had been eating pucks and he would now put an out of order sign on it. I asked for my money back and he told me no way! I would have to go to a 3rd party company to get my $2 back even though he knew that the machine had not been working and still left it on. Lmao! You cant make this up. This place is an absolute joke with less than zero customer service and I would avoid entirely. I recommend Extreme Action Sports instead.

We took the kids. They enjoyed it!! They just are a little bit pricey ($22 per race per person..no family deals), doesnt have lockers, and they dont allow you to create a Racers name when creating your profile. Besides that, its entertaining!!!

My golf cart goes faster than these. Horrible experience. I have visited multiple karting venues. This place had no safety briefing, no videos of hot laps, no apex map. NOT A PLACE FOR SERIOUS RACERS.

The carts were fast and fun, but the staff was slightly rude. No smiles; just a kind of distain because we didnt know where we were going or what we were doing. A little more guidance for first timers would have been nice. And service with a smile would have been appreciated, too.Also, air conditioning back in the driving area would be a GREAT idea.

Fun times here but some of the guys that work on the track are rude and impatient. The experience was fun overall. Would have given a 5 star but the guy who worked on the track with the spikey blowout and fake gold chain was a rude child.

Nice infrastructure! Staff at Fort Lauderdale location is rude and not polite. Not recommended if you have no experience with go karts.

AJANI was very helpful and even took time to explain proper driving techniques. The family had a blast and we will definitely be making this our primary fun spot!

The place wasnt very full but wait times were very long due to poor management. Timing was so terribly off, as I was passed by my husband about 4 times and I finished in second place and he in 5th. Theres nowhere to wash your hands except the bathroom. I would have expected some hand sanitizer pumps at least.

Horrible experience. I paid for 2 race and walked out after 1 because they kept stopping the car.Some dude was allowed to go full speed and they kept slowing all other karts including mine. Basically it looked like the guy with the controller was slowing other cars making way for the dude who was driving like crazy. It was as if he owns the place even tho that is not justifiable even if he did. We pay to enjoy racing. If we want to drive normally we can drive our own car what can go much faster..They should change the name from K1 Speed to K1 kart tour ride for kids.

Took kids and wife there a few days ago. Had fun nice place to take kids get out of house to blow off steam. Wife had fun. Had good food and games

Indoor electric go-carts that do 45mph provide quite the thrill for amateur and pro racers alike!

Great family time. We have been to several K1 tracks amazing no gas odor, all electric zip fast fun! Will be back!
