This was so much fun. It had roller skating, bumper cars, a trampoline, laser tag, bowling and an arcade. The food isnt bad. Its tidy for such a big place. It was almost empty so we had it to ourselves. Unfortunately you cant bring any food besides birthday cake. My daughter had an awesome birthday.

This is only for the arcade area. After the previous weeks overpriced disappointment that was Adventure Alley (formerly Holders), I must say that I was actually quite impressed with what this place had to offer in comparison, mainly for the Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machine, the pool tables, and the golf game.They dont have to do this, but if this place is looking to bring something unique to the table, especially with Dave & Busters at Opry Mills being closed due to Co-Vid 19 as of time of review, I have a couple of ideas. Pac-Mans Pixel Bash & Stepmaniax w/ network connection. If they show them off on their Facebook when theyre ready to play, Ill definately be back in a hurry!Again, no pressure :)

We were visiting from California and this place was fun. The kids loved it!!! Definitely would come back.

We drive in from KY to allow our kids to play. They absolutely love this place. Wish it had a better variety of foods at their little diner.

Love this place! Entertainment for the entire family. We have had our daughters birthday party here 2 years in a row. You can opt to do a birthday package with reserved area or just come & set up in your own space as the venue is spacious with plenty of seating. They have laser tag, skating, bowling, arcade games, VR game, Varied food menu & also a bar. Music is always upbeat & they have wristbands for unlimited play to all the attractions or you can purchase them individually. Definitely recommend Everyone had a nice time.

Clean, modern bowling alley. Other arcade type games, bumper cars, etc. As places like this go, its very nice. Wednesday night $2 per game bowling was great (but double it if you need shoes). Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I cant recommend the pizza.

Great place for older kids and adults. We always have fun playing the Jurassic Park game and bowling. The staff are usually friendly and place is clean. We usually check their website out for discounts and daily details before arriving just so we can get the best price. The sports bar is nice if you want a beverage while the family plays.

The bowling aspect was great. The family fun center part was small, tacky and over priced. We paid 25 buck each for bands it was totally not worth it. Every attraction was tiny, especially the lazer tag room.broke equipment left and right. 2 attractions didnt even work

What a great place to have a kids party or just to spend the weekend with the family. Nice lanes to bowl on, great pro shop with a great guy name Mike. He drilled my balls perfectly and I ended up bowling a 600 series for the first time. All kinds of fun things for kids such as a go kart area, bungee jumping and games for kids to play. They also have a snack bar but is not staffed very well and the food is not great

Let me just be reel here the food fantastic! I got the surf and turf and only had a mild case of oozy poos. I also ordered a round of jalapeño poppers for my family and I knew they tasted familiar because I have the same ones in my freezer! I did however find a gross man in the corner of the putt putt course taking a poop. The bumper cars where a hoot but unfortunately one person got decapitated. It did however make for lots of laughs! I also saw a man in the restrooms luring kids to his stall! On to the laser tag it was AWOSME!!!!! My kids had loads of fun speaking of loads there was a load in the darkest corner! The animatronics where breath taking it is so cool to see the progression of tech these things could really do it all and by all I mean nothing. Still cool nonetheless! Let me just finish by saying these words Faith,Family,Passion these are the things me and my family built up by attending circus world!!!!!!

Lots to do and see in here. The food is even pretty good. We spent most of our time bowling in the main alley, lots of fun and it was so easy to set up for our toddler with the bumpers and ramp.

This is one of the best fun center Ive been to in middle Tennessee. Lots of activities for the family and decent food to share. Cleaner than other places and although noisy it is not as bad as other places. Well lit and family friendly.

Nice place. Decent price. Lines were decent, but I think on a busier day the lines would be a little problematic. Nice thing is - they allowed a long ride time for the events. Best the about this place is the staff. A bunch of kids running the rides, switching shoes and working the concessions, but every single one of them were awesome. They were all hard workers and respectful. They are probably paying these kids minimum wage, but they are worth alot more.

What a great family time! There is lots of variety and is very family friendly. We spent much of the day going from one activity to the next. The kids had a wonderful time!

A great place for family fun. Fantastic prices on bracelets for activities. Arcade prices are fabulous and the prizes for tickets are perfect. We are from out of town but I think we will hit the place up every time we come to this area.

Didnt seem like there was a lot of management, or at least seemed as if it were being run by high school kids. Attendants werent very helpful or paying much attention to what any of the visitors were doing. Food wasnt great tasting. Will definitely eat before going next time. The kids did have fun, though.

I think it was a fun place. The food that I had was good. The only problem I had was that it seemed like a lot of the pins were dead for bowling.

It was mess and they did not have enough choice at all for me paying $40 dollars. My family did not have fun

Havent been to this place in a few years. Went on a Saturday and it was busy as expected. We had an hour wait, so we got some drinks. There was only one bartender and he was overloaded with orders. It took 45 minutes to get a pitcher of beer. As I went to get another a couple in front of me ordered mixed drinks to which the bartender seemed unhappy about making. Then I saw him have to look at the menu to see what goes in the drinks they ordered. Solidified my answered to stick with beer. Very poorly ran and the place was a complete mess.

While the place is kept clean and some of the staff is nice enough, the entire place is ran by teenagers. Went for a birthday and their birthday package was not really beneficial in a cost-benefit approach. No benefit for being in part of a reserved party. The limited activities that wrist bands provided for had either long lines or were randomly unavailable because teenager running it decided he was done. Breaks are great, but communication is key. The uncaring kid at the vr ride station just about caught a childs hand in the gate because he waant paying attention or giving any care to his tasks. If there was some sort of structure available to the party aspect, this could be a value add but as of now it feels like a complete cluster.

Clean and maintained properly, this bowling alley and family fun center is ready to take on the big crowds of kids! The snack bar was a little overpriced, but arent they all? Seems like a great value and we had a blast. The Lane equipment is aging but maintained and they are always happy to come out and take care of any issues you might have.

This is a clean place for family & friends to go and have a great time!! The staff treats you with respect and Smiling faces.. I would recommend this place to anyone We had a great time for my birthday

Great place for bowling, games and pizza. Probably a little understaffed in some areas, so there may be some delays at certain features or stations. A decent spot to entertain the family.

Amazing atmosphere for couples or family.. My favorite things is to Karaoke..the booth is nestled on the side but its there.

Great place for the family. We go to bowl and sometimes just to play with our small child in the arcade. The games usually have a good ticket return, so he gets to pick out a prize at the end of the night. Highly recommend. Staff is always friendly.

This is a great place to take the kids and let them run around. I paid $21.00 for my daughter to have unlimited play on the laser tag, skating, virtual reality ride, bungee jumping, and other games. The pizza was good too.

They were rude and had terrible service and they got upset when we asked them to do their job it was a terrible experience all of the change dispensers were broken and we could g do anything besides eat and we still had bad service over there with them not getting wheat we ordered correctly

Got food poisoning from the pizza :(Edit: Turns out its a viral infection.I washed my hands before eating.This was the only time I was exposed to anything during the day that I consumed from someone else.Feeling pretty betrayed by pizza, and by whoever prepared or served it.Would give 1 star, but I should have known better, considering someone told me that they worked here but didnt eat here.

Decent value for the money. Bathrooms needed attention and most staff didnt explain the attractions or really pay attention while it was running.

Had a blast and the kids enjoyed every minute. We will be going back again!

My 3 year old had a ton of fun here. There is a lot to do. My only complaint is it was fairly dirty. The big play area for 6 and under looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile, and today was a slow Monday so it really shouldnt have been as dirty as it was. Not all of the bumper cars were in working order, and the bowling lane we used the bumper kept sticking between turns. We still had fun, but not sure I will return for the money we spent. There is a family fun center around the corner that seems to be cleaner and bigger. Going to check that out next.

Man I had a pretty good time!

Several games took our money. Had to wait two hours for a bowling lane to open up to bowl the game included with our wrist band. Carpeted floors looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Attendants needed to be called for attractions to be used. Once on a bowling lane my 7yr old daughter could barely hit a pin as no matter how or where she rolled the ball it would drift to one of the bumpers and hit the corner pin or two. It was a fun evening but spending $50+ dollars for a few hours of fun I expect more.

A great place to bring the kids and let them burn off some energy. Friendly staff everytime I have been to the center. Very clean and food is nice too. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Fairly new family fun center with lots of things to do. They have indoor skating, laser tag, bumber cars and bowling among many other activities. Great for kids and adults and great for birthday parties.

Amazing all around. #1: great people, all around. #2: great stuff to do. #3: great food to eat!!! Especially for a family/group-- all handmade, home-cooked and seriously Recipe-book quality amazing. My only complaint is they wont let you move in.

Great place to take kids of ages. Priced perfectly for family entertainment. Could use some janitorial services. Grill area was filthy, carpeting was dirty. To be such a new place, it will be completely run down in no time if they dont start taking care of it. Pizza was awesome.

Person who answered phone didn’t know how much VIP lanes were. VIP bumpers broken on lanes - we found this out after paying for our time - no refunds, can’t switch lanes, and no they can’t work on it. Everyone we encountered was in high school; customer service is trash. The one star is because the pizza is always good.

Wish I had a free pass to live here and enjoy everything 24/7. This place makes me feel like a kid again, lets me bowl, play games, eat food, etc.. and its extremely clean and modern. Best in Hville to bowl and take friends and family. Even have a bar :D

Took my granddaughter here for her 12th Birthday Party. She had so much fun and there is so many things for the kids and adults to do. They serve all kinds of food and alcoholic beverages. You can by a wrist band that covers bowling,skating, bungy jumping and so much more. Worth the price you pay and they keep the Hendersonville police officers inside for safety. I highly recommend this place.

Fun Fathers Day with family.

Very dirty. Used to love this place growing up. Food and everything was still good. Need better workers when it comes to cleaning. All it takes is a swipe on a table and a broom.

Go there to shoot pool and have a couple drinks always good time. Last time shooting pool the ate the Q ball.couldnt play anymore. Id recommend it!!!

Fun place, family fun. Good drinks offered. Food is average, but ok. Not there for a fantastic dining experience so not a big deal. Love the KBF summers, they really contribute to the community with it giving the kids something to do that is affordable for everyone, so no excuses not to have some family time and put the electronic babysitters down!

This is an okay place! Quite a bit overpriced but the kids seem to love it! The teenage guy on the bounce bungie was super sweet and helpful to the children! Hes the real reason why I didnt give this place a 2 star rating.The toddlers playground was absolutely disgusting and I would not let my child play in it. Just an FYI. It could use a few more responsible adults running around cleaning up and managing.
