Hate that this place closed after so many years. My kids have always loved it.

This company is amazing. They saved a 2 year olds birthday party after another company canceled 5 minutes after they were to setup. Hoppity Hop was there in 45 minutes. We will never use another company!

Amazing place. Had a great party here where they did all the work and party host was great! Very clean and all staff is so nice.

We made it work but I don’t recommend this place at all. The quality of the equipment was fine. However I called beforehand to let them know that we were going to be having about 7 more kids. They said it would be fine we would figure out everything the day of my step daughter’s birthday. Well the day of her birthday and they ran out of food and because of their policy we were able to bring anything to accommodate or guests. The room was tiny and definitely not big enough for 24 kids plus parents. Our guest were in the hallway and the ultimate package doesn’t include much of anything. Their $30 sandwich trays and pizzas were mediocre. Our guests complained about how rude the staff was. As long as the kids had fun, but I really wish we would’ve had our party elsewhere. Have your child’s birthday somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I do not recommend anyone go with a birthday package here. Out of 11 years throwing multiple birthday parties, Id have to say this was the worst experience. Your not paying for a great experience for your childs birthday. The $300 is basically renting the very little space for 2 hours. They count down your time throughout the whole event. We had guest traveling from Lebanon that showed up late. Had about 5 mins left in the jump room before we had to go to the party room where some guest had to stand in the hallway because the room is that little.. The party host.. showed up late, hung a banner, put the kids pizza on the plates before it was even time to go to the party room..making the food cold. The big blowup chair faces out the door so no one can see them opening presents. My son wasnt even able to open all his presents because the time was up. Could we gi and jump after cleaning the party room? Nope. The jump room was already in session for the next party. Never will I return to this family owned business. I recommend parents look in the parent magazine for the $5 coupon for a wristband at family fun center(right across the street from this business) and have your party there. Unlimited fun (bungee jumping, laser tag, bumper cars, skating, bowling, etc) and its WAY cheaper. Better pizza too!!

Great family owned local place for a party to come and play and to rent Inflatables. They have the best Inflatables around to rent and they are always clean and in perfect condition. The parties are amazing. They are private and way worth the price. Won’t find a better place to have a party or rent from. Open play is great too. Always clean and staff is always friendly. Yes you have to check open play times to come and it’s been that way for 7 years so everyone should know that by now. They also post it on their website a week in advance and it’s in the business or just call. Super easy to find out when they are. Overall Great place!

Love this place but on 2 separate occasions I have called to check what time free play is only to be told wrong. Both ending with my son being pretty devastated since the more recent time was on his actual birthday and we had planned our day around what time free play was. The girl said someone mustve booked a party but I called at 6 the night before. I get it. Birthdays are important but the girls need to be more careful when giving out the free play times because its happened more than once. Mistakes happen, the place is clean and really great selection of snacks and drinks so well be back for sure.

The price is good for letting kids play as long as they want. I did see an employee walking around keeping things tidy. The place is clean and they do offer hand sanitizer stations. The only thing I would change is for them to have some sort of way of making sure that families leave with the right kids (like Chuck e cheese). Never had a party there personally but I have been to one and it was very organized.

Had my daughters birthday party this past weekend, had the 16 kid ultimate party package had a few extra kids which is okay, but they didnt have enough food or space for all my guest like how do they not have enough pizza dough thawed out didnt have any chips for nachos took almost an hour for my grandmother to get a hot dog told my aunt she couldnt get a hot dog for some reason like how am I paying for all this stuff an you guys dont have enough supplies to accommodate my guest an in the policy it states no outside food or drink thats BS we cant bring nothing in but cant get everything we wanted or needed from you guys.As long as the kids had fun thats all that matters too me but I definitely wont be coming back or recommending you guys to anyone cause it wasnt a good experience

We love Hoppity Hop! The owners and employees are great. We have had several birthday parties at Hoppity Hop. We love the options and different packages they offer. We will definitely plan to have other parties their in the future. Thank you for offering a clean and fun environment for our kids!

We just threw my sons 3rd birthday party here. Lets just say EVERYONE enjoyed themselves especially the birthday boy! I chose the ultimate party package for 16 kids. We had two rooms to choose from to jump in, i picked the one with about 5 obstacles. And an additional separate party room for cake and presents was chosen for me. I also added the glow in the dark and nerf gun onto my party package as well. My jump room was perfect for my age group (18months - 15 years). Because they allow parents to help younger ones through, no one had a complaint about the obstacle courses being too dangerous and all ages was having a great time! The jump room was a great size for my 30 people. Once the lights went out and the nerf guns were brought out, uncontrollable laughter filled that room. I would say they was enjoying it with the lights on but i will say, the cosmic and nerf add ons was a great touch to the party! Now on to my party host! I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPY WITH MY PARTY HOST UNTIL NOW! usually i have to step in cause my party host doesnt seem to want to work or because she failed to use to my decorations that i brought over the ones included. NOT MY HOST AT HOPPITY HOP! She wanted to work! She was helpful. She was kind and very professional, especially since catering to 30 people by yourself once you get into the party room isnt easy ! She was willing to make any vision of mine come true if it was in her capabilities. She was a fresh breath of air for this OCD mom. She was INCREDIBLE! (Party pun) Needless to say, she fit my party theme. Now i will say, the party room was a little crowded for 30 people and a little hot. A cooler room would be nicer for the kids to come into since they come straight in there from jumping and running plus the big blow up birthday chair, the guest breathing and the hot pizza just adds temp to the room. Might make the transitioning easier on the kids but lets face it, they would never want to leave that jump room! But my guest did say it was a little hot in the party room for comfort. Now for the pizza. Everyone complained about the pizza in previous reviews and it had me worried, im not gonna lie but my guest only complaint on the pizza was it was too HOT! So to me a fresh pizza was the least to complain about. I dont know if they changed their pizza or just got better with timing them for parties but my guest said the pizza was good. The staff even added a pizza last minute for me so i could give the kids extra. I also changed my ice cream cups to dipping dots last minute (nice touch to have in the lobby btw) and they were a hit with the kids ! My third complaint would be time. Because everyone was having such a GREAT time they didnt want to leave. So to me hoppity hop, i think you all are INCREDIBLE. All the staff working was helpful, smiling and very useful to this mom. They truly seemed to enjoy their job. So my advice to you, to help your business grow. GET A BIGGER BUILDING cause yall are in too small of a place to be this great ! Your concept is perfect. Your staff is incredible. You all stayed in communication with me from the day i booked the party till the actual party. You all made sure to keep me informed on everything so i wasnt shocked with anything on my bill. To me, you all are reasonably priced. I cant put a price on my sons happiness nor the smiles and memories we all got to share that day! So i was expecting to spend money but i dont think yall charged more than anywhere else would. Once last bonus to this experience, they gave the birthday boy a gift to come back and jump for free one day! Hoppity Hop, I will definitely be keeping yall in mind for my future parties. We had our party here. The girl that is supose to help did nothing but stand there. They didnt have the drink we requested, they were out. The pizza was awful... you have to buy their food.... so yea. Just not a great experience . The buisness manager was super rude and rushy as well. Wish it had been a much better experience...unfortunately they disappointed. One plus the kids did have fun playing!

Left disappointed. Website said they were open. Showed up, unloaded happy kids to be told they were booked for a private party. Walked away to load up crying kids kicking and screaming. A few suggestions: either change website to say “booked” or change to a better business model. A different business model would be great. Leave the inflatables open to all and book a room for the parties to eat etc...

Rented water slide for a bday party for my kids as we’ve done several times before. The Velcro that held hose in place at top of slide was broken so they rigged the hose to just come down in one spot which poured on kids heads. Also, the Velcro holding a piece of mat on kept coming loose and causing friction burns to the kids. We’ve always been pleased but won’t be ordering again.

Looks like fun but when you look at their hours under open play that doesnt actually mean that there is open play. 3 kids in tears because the website doesnt make reference to this. I wont be trying to come again.

This establishment is beyond unprofessional. I went on their website to check the times for open play on Sun and it showed 1-7pm. I arrive at 2:30pm and the staff tells me open play doesnt start again until 5:15pm. I then said your website shows 1-7pm. The woman at the desk then stated, If there is a last minute party booked its closed until that party is over. I said well, how would a regular consumer know when a party is booked to decipher when the place was open to everyone. She said you can call Im thinking are you kidding me? This is so unprofessional my 2 yr old cried all the way back to the car and I just took her to monkey joes instead these people suck!

One star gives this establishment more credit than they deserve. Private party is a joke. An adult NOT INVOLVED IN my party 8 to our room, fell on a child and hurt her. The workers didnt even seem to care. Took 4 TIME to spell my daughters name right...when ur 7 year old has to point out multiple times her name is wrong is sad. When I called to complain the lady I spoke to said well they eventually spelled it right, like that was supposed to correct it. THIS PLACE A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY!

Was there for a party. Was nice for the littles but the bigger kids seem to get bored of the same inflatables. Wish they had more challenging ones.

Some of the inflatables in the room we were in were not safe for my 3 year old. Prefer monkey Joes.
