For spending over 150 on rides n games over half the games my sons into where not working or turned off. Otherwise nice place because of this virus, make sure u keep hand sanitizer n masks on. Difficult to keep 6ft apart when everyone is touching everything.

$35 4 hours and you can’t play the games because they are on break or got to pay extra. Family of almost $200 and not fun.None employees were wearing masks and bathrooms look like haven’t been cleaned for years.

I called last Tuesday to get hours for the week. I was told they would be closed Wednesday and Thursday that week due to fall break. They would be open on Friday at 12pm both sides. I said thats perfect because Im bringing my son and couple friends to celebrate his birthday. we arrived at 11:40am and waited. At 12pm we went to the door and it was locked. I called and was told no only the bowling alley was open and the other side would open at 2pm. We walked over to bowling side and the door was locked as well. I called again and was told to wait. 15min later they opened the door. We were very disappointed but decided to just let the boys bowl, eat and play arcade games while we waited 2hrs for other side to open. At 2pm we were told no they would not open til 4pm. We were all very beyond frustrated that we had been lied to over and over again by employees and the owner. It was very dirty, no one was cleaning anything. only one employee wore a mask. there was garbage all around the arcade games. When wanting to do an activity such as go-carts after waiting 5min we had to go find someone for help and wait another 10min for someone to show up. it was same for many activities. Very disappointed in the customer service and how unclean things were. We will no long have our parties there or return.We were not the only ones that were frustrated. Another family came in same time as us because they had been told same thing about the hours. They left very mad.

I was very disappointed in this fun center. We went with a group and paid a good amount of money for the unlimited pass. Every time we would attempt to ride the go karts, there was a malfunction and it took like 30 minutes to even ride them. The go kart attendant was very slow! He had no desire to be there and work. The staff was very understaffed. We had to wait at the counters and for an employee to come start a game for you every single times do at every game. Nothing but a big waiting game it felt like at this place. About half the arcade games worked. The fun center is not as big as you’d think either. The food area was not running. It was also not a clean environment. It didn’t look like the facility had been cleaned for a few days and no hand sanitizer. We talked to the manager and it seemed like he didn’t care. Only good thing is the kids had fun at least. Don’t recommend going here.

I was hoping to have fun. When I went, I paid for the arm band for three of us. We could not do any of the things we wanted to do because you could not find the employees to turn on things and run them. The girl screwed up our play card and only gave one and not the three she was supposed to do. It did not work on anything. When we found someone to work what my daughter wanted to ride, it was broken so could not be used. She was disappointed as were me and her dad. I do give two stars because we eventually got refunded since we could not do anything. We will not go back.

Great family fun for a decent price. Friendly, and helpful staff are there to help with all of the big rides. Tuesday nights are great for low crowd sizes and a discount on the 4-hour fun pass ($19). Check this place out.One area they should address though, is making the putt-putt area cleaner. The golf clubs were sticky, and no idea how often the golf balls are cleaned. During a pandemic, a little more attention to cleaning this area should be addressed. Also, having hand sanitizer available would be a big help. Also, the new hours should be posted on the door. There was a sign near the door laying on a table, but come on, use some tape. Luckily, my wife called the day before and learned they didnt open until 4 PM. They werent really ready to open at 4, but after bowling for an hour, the place was really humming around 5 or 5:30 PM. Looks like they have made some improvements based on old reviews. Keep up the good work!

This place is a joke. It’s fun down and stinks. The staff were so rude. We spent 140.00 for 4 wrist bands and had to wait to do anything and Dalton was very rude. Definitely not a place for older kids. The go cart track is literally a small circle for toddlers. The bumper cars has a very small area that you could barley move 4 cars in. We had to wait for every single thing at least 10 mins and then have ask for someone to start a ride. Definitely will never be back. I ask to look around before purchasing but wasn’t able to do so and all sales are final. I guess there is a reason for that.

I drove 45 miles thinking that I was going to have so much fun trying a new place. I checked their website and called them, they said that they opened at 10:00am on Saturday. I drove all the way there to find out that they didn’t open until 1:00pm. They need to update their website, so people don’t go wasting their gas and money, to not get to actually go and do anything.

Drove 2 hours to come here and called the day before to get all the Information and details. Upon arrival was very rudely told the only thing available was arcade and bowling. Hateful and rude is an understatement however we were fortunate enough to find another place down the road called Strike and Spare and it was amazing with friendly people and lots to do with better prices....

VERY DIRTY AND NOONE WORE MASKS. NOTHING worked & The place was just disgusting. The red headed curly haired girl was rude and didn’t explain anything properly. The manager DALTON could careless. Not one employee acted like they wanted to be there. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

A few years ago i ask if i can get food from outside and they say yes this time i have on my daughters birthday i got her some pizzas and got kicked out to eat at the parking lot on my way out a few persons was getting outside food also and they didnt get kicked out with it the reason i dont know, but thanks for the bad moment we got this time. Im gonne think twice to go there again

Fun place! Its not the shinning star it used to be, but its still a fun place to go for a kids birthday party. Just be prepared to spend a good penny. The vending machines also are like 2 a bottle.

This place was alright. It seemed a bit pricey but the stand was nice. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasnt very busy. However, the swings were closed, a VR was broken, a vending machine, and plenty of bumper cars were out of order. We saw a few people with food but there didnt seem to be anyone working at the cafe. For the most part, the place was a decent place to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon when the weather is unpleasant but youd like to do something.

Lots of options for fun! We could have spent the entire day there. Discount for weekday is a plus. Lots of the games were down the day we went which is why I only gave 4 stars. Food is pricey but expected for such an arena. I definitely recommend going on a day it’s not so busy. Lots more fun that way.

Do not bowl here. There are a lot better places to bowl in Hendersonville.They are low staffed so the lines are ridiculously long. And they will cut your game short even though you pay in full!

Cheap knockoff of Strike and Spare Family Fun Center. Do yourself a favor and go there. Paid for all inclusive passes and they still charged me 3 times for skating, and twice for laser tag. Not to mention when it was brought to their attention the staff was RUDE. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This place is amazing. We had a company holiday event here and my family and I had SO much fun.

I went here with my friends a couple of months ago and I loved it everything was amazing that I said to myself I am going to come back, but didn’t had the time until now. I went back with my other friends telling them how it was amazing, but to my surprise it was horrible... The staff in the bowling area was rude, the food wasn’t pleasant, the games were a bit overpriced, and my friends and I got bored after 30 minutes. DEFINITELY won’t be coming back!

The guy over the bowling is very rude & unprofessional! We were lied to about the price to bowl after he had already charged us. They don’t even have anything posted regarding their prices for bowling. Don’t go here, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Now Adventure Alley is the new name. Nothing inside has changed still have arcade, bowling alleys, in the back they have more adult bowling with music, drinks and grow in the dark lighting, skating, VR, laser tag, bumper cars, Go-Karts, and food. They have places to sit, parking is free and prices are reasonable. Great place to take the family

Best to go on a weekday with no crowd. Then, the place is clean and staff is friendly. We frequent the place and when they get busy it tends to get dirty and we never see anyone cleaning up so you typically get a dirty table. The snack bar is super slow. On a weekday with only 2 lanes in use - we ordered two hot dogs. We bowled 10 frames before we got the food!! I rate the bowling 10/10 on weekday when not busy. We have our own balls but the facility balls here are better than many other places. The arcade gets a 6/10 and the food bar gets a 3/10. The lounge/bar/restaurant upstairs is nice. The VIP lanes are nice- we use them if the alley is full. I like getting our score cards via email.

Our family had a surprise Welcome Home party here for my cousin (returning from Iraq). Staff was great, karaoke was fun, the other patrons were a lot of fun and almost like friends we had not seen in a while which really made it that much more fun. Kids had a blast too! No shortage of games and things to do.

We go here 24/7 and we bowl the night away most of the time I would recommend this place over a lot of other places

It does not say on the price board that the card does not include bowling or skating . You have to purchase those separately. I did not know that and put $30 on the card with the thought that I could use part of that to bowl with. Once I realized that I made a mistake, I asked the girl who rang it up for me if there was any way they could give me $15 back and I could use that to buy a game of bowling. She just said nope, we cant do that . (Had very short brown hair and blue/green eyes) she didnt bother grabbing her manager and explaining the situation. She did absolutely nothing to try and fix this issue. She just said nope. Very unprofessional. Their kitchen also closes super early. I tried to get something as basic as nachos at 8 o clock on a friday night and their kitchen was closed. Their roller rink is a rink-a-dink sad excuse of a rink . They dont carry any in-line skates. Their games are overpriced and their facility is dirty. I wont be returning.

This place has everything, and the Lounge upstairs is SUPER!

Lest start with Kaleb who is a manager. He was dry rude unhelpful & just seem unhappy to even be there so that sets a not so good vibe for what is to be a fun place. He should take a class in customer service to at least Acknowledge & speak to people . The arcade area was ok except alot of games didnt work or took money off the card without the games working or games were out of order. I find this place to be a bit more expensive then most. The young girls at the desk also were not trained and seemed unfamiliar with any question asked . But they were nice . The WORST is when you turn in your points THE OPTIONS they have as rewards are horrible most the toys look like they been there 10yrs no candy or lollypops to chose & you could find better at dolla tree . Unfortunately our experience was not great. The bowling side was great customer service with the gentlemen who ran that he had a happy attitude and answered all questions .

So much fun stuff to do. I went here for my senior trip and it was an absolute blast. I dont have any pictures, but there is a ridiculous amount of arcade games and activities here, including bowling, roller skating, and go-karts.

Its a cool place to visit definitely has plenty of options to choose from my only thing would be they need help with the food as far as employees cause the wait was ridiculous

Majority of staff was great. This is an older establishment so could definitely use updating, and there is no longer soft play as some reviews had stated...which I think is a shame because a nice jungle gym area would be awesome! However, paying the flat rate for all you can play (excluding arcade games, VR, and bowling) is an awesome deal, especially on a weekday and especially if you have kids that are at an age where they can do most of the activities without an adult having to purchase a pass as well. There are 3 new VR attractions as soon as you walk in, including the rabbids rollercoaster and some multiplayer VR, which is awesome for the older crowd, but the individual $ for those is way too high. If there was an all you can play pass for those it would put this place over the top! We didnt try bowling or arcade...but both looked real decent. I would definitely recommend coming here for a day of fun...as long as they keep the place up and dont get rid of the play pass!

Love to take the family here. Minus one star because of the lack of adult beverage choices and the cost of what they do have almost $10 for a small can of rum and coke is outrageous. And it really isnt very good quality. We will come back for games and bowling, but when we go out as a group of adults we have to choose elsewhere unfortunately.

Fun family place but when busy can be rude. Our food came out halfway through bowling. So we finished our games before our food. We were still eating when they rented the lane to other people and were rudely told we needed to move from the table. They didnt offer to help move all the food and drinks seeing that 3 children were trying to eat. Didnt even offer a tray to put the food on. They just expected us to pick up everything and move to the other side of the building! I understand they were busy but they couldve been a whole lot nicer and more helpful! Will be quite a while before we go back. Besides that, the arcade is fun but the prizes for tickets won are lacking. Its either terribly overpriced penny candy or items that are so highly priced theres no way kids could earn that many tickets in even several visits.

They charged me for the wristband and still charged me for everything the wristband includes then told me basically the wristband is to tell how tall you are, soooo I paid $35 just to show them Im tall as if they were blind I would not recommend going here unless you are ready to be swindled.

I have been coming here for 4 years with my family. I love it! I come here for the food so my rating is on food and service.

There was a coupon we were trying to use and the person on the bowling side was extremely rude and said they didnt honor coupons on Holidays (even though there was as nothing on the coupon about holidays being excluded). He went further by saying he was part of management and he has told the owners of this business not to run such coupons. The people bowling next to us complained about him also. The staff on the other side where the fun center is were nice. I have asked that the owner give me a call, because we have spent hundreds of dollars at this place over the past few months entertaining my sons and grandsons and Im not sure I will spend anymore of my hard-earned money at an establishment where there is management with such poor attitudes.

Brought visiting family with for our first time here. The kids had a great time and were able to play for hours!! Interior could use some updating. But we loved it and will definitely be back!

The workers should probably communicate more. I asked the bowling alley side if they had another restroom and he said no but there is. The handicapped restroom is on the game side. Other than that its a fun place to go.

Horrible! No refunds at all! This has got to be a family business who doesn’t know the world of business! The women at the counter talked over my family, explaining why we couldn’t have a refund as if we were illiterate. Don’t go a waste of money. Go out of town Nashville and Hendersonville are not for family friendly. Go to Atlanta plenty of activities! Especially for teens.

I have never seen customer service this bad at the bowling section. The employee was extremely rude to myself and my family. He did not want to take any food order claiming he is there by himself. He practically claims he is out of most of the food inventory attempting to avoid doing any cooking work. You will never see my business again.

Do not go here! The staff is full of rude, inconsistent, and extremely inconsiderate people. They charged my friend 100s of dollars to have a party only to have the hostess (who was supposed to be helping) sit on her phone the entire time while the party guests had to run around grabbing pitcher refills themselves. When it came time to get on the rides the staff would allow some people to get on with their children (free of charge), but then tell others who had been waiting in the same line for what seemed like forever that they had already let a bunch of folks go for free, and they couldnt let anymore people do it. The first time it happened we let management know. Then we get to the bumper cars and the same exact thing happens! This happened to my child twice! Then one of the female employees also has the nerve to very rudely jump in the middle of a personal conversation between me and my friend! How rude! Save your money and go somewhere else where the staff is polite to their customers and they follow their rules consistently.Holder family fun center- stop hiring rude employees! Stop being inconsistent on what you allow and dont allow! And stop jumping in peoples conversations where it isnt your place!

I didnt spend much time here personally, but my daughter and a group of friends had a great time. Facility appeared clean, but honestly there was hardly anyone there at the time. I did order a personal pizza and it was good. I hope we can return and enjoy all of the activities offered.

Two complaints, very costly, $190.00For 2 adults and 3 children! This amount does not cover bowling or the arcade machines! Also the go cart feature only lasts 6 hours! I realize most wont ride the go carts 6 hours straight, but its the principal of the matter! To sum it up, the staff was very nice but overall it was just to costly!

Very fun place. Arcade, Air Hockey, Beer, Bowling, Food, Go Karts and Pool. What more you need for family fun, date night or even a solo fun.

The card machine took $20 dollars from me and did not load it onto my play card so I could enjoy letting my sons play some video games to take their minds off of their dog just dying. I tried to tell someone at the bowling desk but I stood there for 3-4 min and was ignored. I was so angry that I said forget it and I had to pick my two crying sons up and take them to the car while they were saying that I was lying about my money being taken and that I was being mean. Thanks alot Holder Family Fun Center. You broke my kids heart and made them upset towards me. I dont think I will ever drive all the way there from Ashland City because I dont want to lose even more money and disappoint my kids again.

My first visit here was for a charity bowling event benefiting Alzheimers and I had an amazing time! We got to bowl in their South Beach VIP room which was colorful and clean. The staff was friendly, the pizza good and the restroom super clean. I will be booking our corporate Christmas party here for sure. I would highly recommend Holders to friends, family and anyone looking to have a good time!

Super fun for family. Wrist brands like $30 but truly the best way to go. It give you 6 hours of all play with the exception of like three activities but still money well spent the foods pretty good. Go early to beat crowd.

My daughter and her friends asked me to go bowling and we to Holders Family Fun. It was after 11pm so they have neon bowling. We had a really good time will definitely do that again!!!

We will not be returning. I dont understand how anyone would spend all day here. Everything was so dirty; bathrooms, golf clubs, floors, the handles to things were sticky. There is no way I would order food in a place this dirty. We spent $50 and my son wanted to leave within 20 minutes of being there. I did too, but wanted to get our moneys worth. After an hour I couldnt make myself be there any longer. The staff were all really friendly, but we will not come back here.

This place is a blast for families and presumably for groups of children, too. I had a lot of fun with my son doing glow in the dark mini golf, absolutely failing at roller skating, go karts, jumping on the trampolines and attempting backflips, arcade. I actually dont remember seeing rock climbing or karaoke, but admittedly we were on a limited schedule.- Downsides... Admittedly, there were some broken down arcade machines and the sitting VR was a bit of a let-down, so not worth the cost. And unfortunately he couldnt use the gyro since neither of us are even close to 70 lbs (it requires two people close in weight). Bumper cars seem to have changed over the years, so imo theyre not as fun for all ages like they used to be - but not sure these are Holders fault, so...It is a tad expensive and customer service could be a bit quicker/friendlier/politer (lots of different people so I cant totally generalize, everyone was different), but it was a wonderful memory, so Im glad we went.

The people on the phone are awful to deal with. Zero personality and to quick to transfer you so they dont have to deal with you. However once I was there they were very nice and somewhat helpful.In todays age you just arent going to get the total package on customer service. People just dont care about you, youre time, or frankly youre money anymore. The owner might care but the employees DGAF!!!!

Called to check on wait time for lanes. Called first time they put me hold and after 3 mins I hung up and then I called back and when the lady answered the phone she had a attitude and acted as if she could not hear me talking. I will not be going there. First impressions are everything.

This was ok. Good for kids. Needs some updating. The staff was very hit and miss. Some were friendly and helpful, some acted like they didnt want to be there and werent too crazy about you being there either. The Go-Karts need to be faster. The mini golf course was decent but could use an upgrade.

Seems they have employee problems. We come to practice right after school. So our kids need a snack. The kitchen was closed because someone didnt show up for work. We will be bringing our own food from now on.

For starters I went with a party of 8. I knew there would be some expense but it was ridiculous. A total of over $400 was spent on the night. We ordered food from the snack bar. Waited over an hour just to find out they hadnt even started cooking it yet. The food was mediocre to say the least. Nachos were served with cold cheese and bacon on the burgers was frozen. The owner came to help in the kitchen. The staff and her had a horrible attitude. I am not one who thinks I should be catered to but when spending that kind of money for 5 hours of fun I expect way more. I didnt feel like my family was important to them and we wont be going back.

Bowling, video games, or what they call “special activities” cost extra. This place is incredibly under-staffed and it basically feels like there’s no one really in charge. Don’t waste your money.

Not worth it. Paid $35 per kid for unlimited rides only to watch them stand in line all night. The bungee had 4 stations that was staffed by one teenager who was also trying to look after the rock climbing wall. Only one or at max two stations were being used but the line was more than 30 minutes.The place was filthy including what appeared to be a smear of poo on the wall. But again, no staff available to clean up.Glad we didnt plan on eating there. We sat at one table while watching the kids roller skate and the table was so sticky and disgusting we couldnt stand it. Obviously there was no one wiping down the tables.The chronic lack of staff is not only a terrible customer service issues but could potentially be a health and safety issue too. I will never take my kids back there.
