The day use area is finally open. This is a beautiful park. Plenty of picnic tables, trails, camping. Playground open now also.

It was very nice. We camped over Thanksgiving. The camp spot was very clean and camp host friendly.

Great place to take the camper. It was clean and quiet. The only downside for me was no sewer hook ups at the site. Only a dump station.

We loved it from the first visit we made. So much so we have a season pass. Clean restrooms, grills and picnic tables and best of all...swimming!

Pretty campsite by the lake. Spent about 15 minutes at the Visitors Center on August 1 at 11:00 am. The lady at the desk never looked up, never spoke. Not too hospitable, huh?

For some reason you need to pay to get in, but there are ways to get around things like that.

Great family friendly camping areas

Would love to give the place more stars, but when youre playing in the water an boats come up an illegally dump their sewage in the water next to you . That is what makes it not okay an just plain nasty. Be forewarned people the park rangers an the fish an wildlife officers will do nothing. An the people that are dumping their crap in the lake dont care if your kids are swimming in the water or not .
