I enjoyed viewing this old railroad bridge and the Ohio River from the parks along the Henderson, Kentucky riverfront (there are several parks, all linked by a walking path).Really nice stop on my way back from my road trip to Nashville.

Its quiet, peaceful, relaxing with lots of friendly folks and things to see out here! Whats not to love about this park? Honestly puts the Owensboro waterfront to shame.

Wonderful little park. Very nice find. Its a fun way to spend a few minutes to a few hours.

If you want to go somewhere to relax your mind get a cup of coffee and take your beautiful view

This is an amazing place to take your kids to play my daughter loves it. Its very clean and the water is clean as they put chemicals in. Id definitely recommend it ad as a play area. Its very fun and pretty!

This park is beautiful and peaceful sitting there beside the Ohio River. The cool breeze and the view makes you want to sit on the park bench and stay for a while. There are signs that tell you the history of the town. The town is very charming with the park as a plus.

Walk right up to the river, play on a little water pad or a more forceful water pad, play at a little park are that is shaded, walk on the path, look over the river at rhe top of the hill, take your boat out and enjoy the river, check out the historical facts, and their are quite a few local events held

What a beautiful place! Love the water park and historical statues. We especially enjoy the WC handy Blues Festival and the Bluegrass Festival each summer.

Relaxing with benches available where you can sit and view the Ohio River. Also can view the entire boat ramp and amphitheatre also water park. Really unique Statues also at this location. A must see area downtown Henderson, Ky..

A great place to go and relax or meditate and watch the river, has a little water fountain for children to play in... or to have a family/friend gathering.

Hendersons Treasure and great place to photograph the sunset. Im confined to a power chair and there are bathrooms that are accessible. Its so relaxing here.

Efficient facilities but dirty surroundings.

An intriguing place, full of whatever youd need business-wise, and growing.

Beautiful small riverfront park. Benches, walk paths, fountains. Plenty of shade. Nice place to grab a seat and enjoy the outdoors.

It is the venue for such events as the WC Handy Blues Fest, Annual fireworks, Tri Fest fireworks, Diversity Day and other local shows. There are boat ramps, a water fountain for children, tennis courts and a shaded playground. The visitors center and Geneological Center are also there. Enjoy your visit.

A nice place to come to relax. Looking at the sunset from here I dont have to question rather God is real. Its the most beautiful thing Ive ever seen. A sight thats way too amazing to not believe in God.

One of Best Years Yet- Delbert McClinton, Davy Knowles, Rick Vito, Paul DesLauriers, Blues 4 U and More!! The Big Screens looked great (the Whites were Too BRIGHT at night) would have loved closer shots of faces, better camera work and switching, but we were thrilled they were available! The grass was surprisingly tall, inviting insects biting ankles, but second day took insect spray which aided the irritants. Glad the Weather cooperated, for most part!!Special Thanks to All the Sponsors (F&M), Donors and Volunteers to keep the Stellar Blues Bands Coming to Hendersons Handy Fest and keep it FREE for appreciative Concert Goers!

What a perfectly wonderful place to view the 4th of July fireworks! Beautiful view of the Ohio River and soft grass to sit on. It wasnt very crowded either and the fireworks were shot off right in front of where we sat. There were also rock benches built into the side of the hill which would have been perfect if we had forgot our blanket to sit on. Very pretty location!

Perfect place to relax on the riverfront. Has picnic tables, historic sites, and a great view of the railroad bridge. The train goes by every 45 minutes. Lots of events and festivals often take place here too. Love this park!

Such a nice place to sit under a tree on a warm spring, summer, or fall morning and have a good time at the Ohio river! We go there as often as we can on the weekends.

Very beautiful riverfront park with a decent sized playgound including slides, swings, and climbing apparatuses. There are restrooms, drinking fountains, and a boat launch ramp too. The nearby railway bridge can be a bit noisy when a train rolls past, though.

One of the most beautiful parks along the Ohio River, and a great venue for the W.C. Handy Blues and BBQ Festival held here each year. Love going back time and again!

It is really nice, especially since it is on the River Front, but it is not my favorite place to be compared to other places in Henderson. It is really small, yet a really nice view.
