Happy Holidays! Emerald Island Casino is one of the very few Casinos in the entire Valley that truly caters to their Customers. They have set the stage for a more personal experience rather than just a number. We feel very welcomed and they even know your name! We have visited the Casino many times this year and the entire staff is always making sure you are treated well and they keep everything wiped down and clean for their patrons constantly. Their Gaming floor has a lot to offer in a large variety of Slots, and, along with excellent promotions throughout the week, food giveaways like Pizza and Tacos (they even pass out desert too) and their Restaurant is rated #1 for a reason! Best locals casino in the whole Las Vegas metro & Henderson area. Friendly staff & owner. Loose slots & great selection of them. Good food, comps, giveaways, raffles. The big corporate casinos dont even compare to this level of total customer service. Emerald wins hands down in all categories. Ive been a local in the Vegas area for 32 yrs, so I know whats good customer service and what isnt. Emerald Island truly is a jewel and not just figuratively. Best wishes for its continued success.

Food was decent, but service was horrible. Once seated, took forever to get our server. Ordered a wedge salad (as described by their menu), came as chopped Romain lettuce. I asked whats the deal with that--was told thats how we do it.Waited quite a while for our food to arrive. Drinks sat empty. Meanwhile, a table near us must have had an off duty, or former employee, as eveyone and their brother came by the table to chat, hang out, including managers, all while the tables around were being ignored. Seemed like a social gathering for employees, rather than a restaurant.Food eventually came out, by a different server. Order was wrong, of course our server would never know, because he was MIA. Our server eventually makes an appearance about halfway through the meal, then tried to fix the issue--but it was far too late. They did eventually correct the issue.Bill was dropped off, no accommodation made for the errors, was told he would be take payment when we were ready. Credit card was immediately placed by the bill. We sat, and sat, and sat, while watching our server run around to various other tables, taking care of their bills, while walking past ours. Eventually got fed up, and took our bill to the cashiere.One of the worst experiences weve had in this town. Completely inexcusable.Wont be coming back.

Emerald Island has been one of my all time favorite casinos to play and enjoy great service. Thank you for keeping the great video poker machines and restaurant after reopening. This would be a tall order but I have read other reviews and a non-smoking gaming floor would be such a great idea. With everything going on today and health reasons, I would believe the change would work. If a casino has great machines, service, and restaurant amenities, they would succeed in business.

BEST IN SLOTS, FOOD, & SERVICE in Henderson, Nevada for a reason. Our experiences have always been fantastic. The Staff work very hard to maintain a clean environment. The restaurant prepares a great Menu and their Steak and Lobster and Ribs are excellent and a great deal! For a small local Casino, they really have a lot going on with promotions and specials unlike we have ever seen at any other Casino in the valley. We really get a kick out of their staff bringing you Ice Cream bars while you are playing and they even have Free Taco and Chili Dog nights and other food they pass out while playing. This is an example of how they engage with their customers. The promotions from Spinning the Wheel for Cash to Senior Wednesdays are really fun too. We enjoy the quaintness of Emerald Island Casino and everybody we have met from the owner Tim who is always engaging with the Customers while he is on the floor, to the Bar staff: Frank, Donna, June, and Phil with promotions have always said something nice and made your stay pleasurable.

Its just like home for my partner. She feels safe and attended to by a very professional staff. She relaxes and allows her to test her skill. Also Tim is a very generous owner. Gifts and meals with points is also an incentive to enjoy the excellent food offered.

My husband and I were gambling for 2 and a half hours. No one ever asked us if we wanted anything to drink.I told my husband maybe we have to get if from the bar. Maybe they dont have cocktails waitress on the floor. Then the man that was behind me got a cup of coffee. She just walked by me without a word. I said to my husband lets go. We will not be back.

Had a great time. Food is very good. Drink servers are prompt and very nice. Bathrooms are spotless. Lots of different slots including the newest ones. Will be back soon.

The food was great in the restaurant. The staff there is great. The servers in the restaurant had a great personality. They made our brunch fun. The workers in the casino are very nice. At least they give you something back for playing there. We like this place. Definitely will be back.

A small mostly locals casino that is packed with fun and entertainment. I really enjoy their cafe and friendly employees. It is definitely my go to place for a good meal and some gaming.

Horrible casino set up and service that was my first impression. I went into this dump after losing big at another casino. I was eyed and profiled as if I didn’t belong. While checking out the games and waiting for a game to come free, I notice the same staff member eyeing me. This woman walks up asks if I’m playing, I said I will be. I asked if she wants me to move, she stated there is no place to go without a machine. She told me I could not just come to that casino to hang out. All of this was during the first 15 minutes of me walking in to the place.

The ribs are nothing to rave about but I heard the steak and lobster is great deal. Im waiting for that and hopefully Ill have a better experience. Its a small neighborhood casino with 24/7 kitchen

Emerald Island is a fun place. All slots r a penny. We had lots of fun. They also serve food to u right at your slots. Ive never seen this at any other casino. Visit Emerald Island u wont b sorry.

Came here for their Friday meal special which was an appetizer of shrimp cocktail and the entree a filet mignon a lobster tail with veggies and a baked potato and for dessert a raspberry chocolate cake for 20 dollars you cant find anything around that price point and amount of food here in Vegas. Just a heads up expect to wait for up to an hour because of limited seating during the pandemic but I doubt you will regret eating here.

We love the food specially the chicken alfredo from graveyard so creamy and tons of flavor one of our friend told us about that pasta they ate there was bomb she told us to go during the graveyard shift cuz she tried it in the morning and it was so bland so we did went for the pasta at graveyard and let me tell you it was worth its way better then Olive Garden so definitely going back

We LOVE EMERALD ISLAND! Their food is GREAT! We take our family & friends there all the time!

I like playing here, the machines have a fair amount of payouts and they are always doing promotions and drawings, etc. The cafe is 24 hrs. and the food is very good and very reasonably priced. The cafe always has different specials, making the food even cheaper still. And when you sign up for the rewards card they always give you a coupon you can redeem for a free meal . My only complaint would be that now due to the limited capacity if you try to visit on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon or evening, you would likely have to leave because the place is literally too full! You would be hard pressed to find a single machine that was unoccupied. No exaggeration either.

Ive currently been waiting for 40-45 mins for food and now a refund. I was surprised that this place has such a good reviews until the manager still offered me the food I ordered after giving me my refund. I declined of course because my pride wouldnt let me accept it because Im black and they might think I was trying to get a free meal. Ill give 3 stars instead of 1

They treat you like family, where else will you get free tacos and Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream! All while enjoying a few drinks served by beautiful barmaidens... I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I absolutely love going to the Emerald Island Casino. Their staff is absolutely attentive, friendly and absolutely experienced in what they do The drinks are strong when requested, the food is affordable and lip-smacking delicious.

My Wife And I Love going to this Casino there is a particular penny slot game that we really enjoy playing. They have a lot of fun games and we usually have decent luck playing there.

The wait for a available table to eat is not worth the wait. Yet if you order food to go it does come within 15 min an is tasty food.

This place is small but has a good assortment of games. Some of the people, staff and guests, are a little strange like if youre not a regular they kind of dont want you there. But overall a good experience.

We LOVE his place. NOLA 9th Warder - BEST ribs in town... BAR NONE. You would need to go to St. L or Texas to get any thing close. And they treat the patrons right! Customer service is the best ive ever experience even when you lose on there machines the employees there make it worth it i love this casino many give aways as well everyday and when you lose your gambling points give you reward points on your players card to make up for it because youll diffently have enough for a meal at the end of your play.

Emerald Island Casino is definitely one of my favorites here in Henderson. I will always wish they allowed points-to-freeplay (, Emerald) but you can use points on food nonetheless & they sure do serve some awesome food at the Emerald! Rather pricey for my taste so Id rather throw my money in their slot machines! The meatball subs are an all-time favorite of mine anywhere in Henderson thus far. You will always have a great time at Emerald Island Casino with the huge variety of slots & a really good staff.

This place is the friendliest casino ive ever visited. They know their customers by name. The owner is hands on and can often be seen there making sure things are running smooth. The machines are usually paying well and i can usually say ive won. If i didnt put it all back in things would be fantastic. The resturant is excellent. The staff are all top notch. They put a lot of focus on keeping the property exceptionally clean. It is awesome that they have. A give away every day . They randomly provide snacks to players. They have free pizza day for players, free chili dogs for players and free tacos for players. Every day they have something. They have great drawings. I love this place as you can see. Emerald Island ..where every day is promotion day.

The food here is GREAT! They do a good job of letting you know all the promos going on for the Players Club and theres always something cool.The casino is older so it has that smokey smell, but the service is great, the food is great and their players club has a lot to offer. Its nice to have someplace fun to go when youre near Water Street.

This was my mom’s favorite casino! Been here a million times. Tons of penny games. The employees here are top notch! They are always kind and friendly and from change people to cocktails always around.They bring snacks around every few hours that are FREE and TASTY!The only downside is it is Smokey and sometimes if crowded a little too much.

Cool time-warp place. Youd think you were back in the 1940s if it werent for the modern machines. Very atmospheric, and also very popular. Free cupcakes brought around were a nice touch.

Love this place! We gambled here 4 out of the 8 days we were in the Vegas area. Small local casino with many slots and video poker machines . No table games. Very clean. Fantastic staff who go way out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. They offer free treats to all customers, eg. Baked goods on Thursday and pizza on Friday. We even enjoyed free ice cream sandwiches one afternoon. Many drawings for gifts and money. They really appreciate their patrons. The cafeteria is large and busy with many daily specials. Great food! Nice gift shop with many and varied selections.

If it werent for one lady at the players club I would give five stars however she gave us the worst customer service. Instead of taking a few minutes to help me, twice she walked away when I wasnt done. She rushed me both times I went to the players club. EMERALD island is a hidden local GEM casino, they are amazing me and my brother went here an won 3 hand pays and we have never won a hand pay ever. We put in $100 dollars in a started betting on 1 machine $2.25 a spin and hit a buffalo bonus, the 2nd game was Mighty cash Red Dragon clicked on 5 cent denomination and getting a hand pay. This is a must go to when in vegas.

The number one best casino for giving out the coolest stuff - seriously, they give away way cool stuff to players with players card, free food, where everyone eats free - and its always something thats both filling and good- steak sandwiches, and tacos, etc..The customer service is amazing. This is honestly the best casino in Henderson or in Vegas, where people are treated very well. They exceed my expectations in what they offer. Definitely would recommend going here, because of that.
