One is the same as another with the only real difference is the staff. And Im sorry but Ive seen people tip the staff hundreds, that being said I am amazed at the level of rudeness of most of the staff. Dottys should institute a customer service class. Or just plain tell the staff to be nice to customers.

They could care less about customer loyalty. They definitely have their picks and choices of whom they want serve when your spending money on their floor. You will literally die of thirst being they prefer to hide behind the registers so to speak. Oh and dont tell them the machine took your money because they will not take the necessary measures to resolve the issue

Its a fine Dottys and like a lot of Dottys not always located in a place youd like to be at night or even in the day sometimes. So location aside the security door works and entrance is pretty quick. Once inside its a typical Dottys, with an assortment of idk 30-45 machines scattered in islands and against the walls. Ive visited quite a few times as the neighboring laundrymat located in the strip mall, 4-5 doors down is convenient to my drive in Henderson. So putting your laundry into Washers/Dryers and going into Dottys is a no-brainer unless warm humid laundry detergent scented air gets you off. So the staff can seem rather irritated to be at work, which isnt so cool but it is understandable considering they probably have a good bit of riff raff to deal with regularly. Understandable or not, its still not a plus on this Dottys critique or review, what have you. Ive been in here and ordered a drink occasionally and been in to order food aswell, anytime Ive done either Ive had to visit the counter to do so because no one came to my game to ask if i needed anything. Twice they had to tell me they were out of stock of a common drink Miller Light and Heineken I think it was I asked for. The food was good as I recall, BLT onetime with plenty of bacon and idk the other time, wasnt worth recalling. Ive found the games pay even in here, no machines to loose but you will break even most times unless you play too long. Summing up Ill return unless I find a more convenient laundrymat and then no more, Yay!

This is actually one of my favorite Dottys because its located near my old workplace, I have hit more jackpots on keno at this location more then any other Dottys I have been too,I have freinds that work there and everyone is friendly here, definitely my favorite Dottys to go to !

Nice little place to just sit and relax for awile

Service is lacking. 2 employees sitting at a table smoking cigarettes; talking to friends, ignoring 20 customers or so. Had to ask for 1 drink & was never offered a 2nd; despite gambling for a while. Had to clean my machine, ashtray, etc. Very poor experience; happy to leave disappointed, and only losing $20. I get the impression the servers are only interested in tips, if a gambler hits a jackpot. No customer service skills for the average person.

Walked in and sat down. Not very busy. Played about 10 minutes and was wondering how I get a beer ? Guy behind the counter was staying there. He did come out to deliver a drink to someone else and we asked if it was self serve or not and he said no and brought us a beer. Tipped him 5 bucks for 2 beers thinking that would get him at least to bring another one. But that didnt work. 30 minutes later he was still back there bullshitting with the same people he had been talking with. Worst service at any Dottys we have ever been too. Oh well lots of other places to spend my gambling dollars.

Great staff, cold drinks, lose machines, very busy with a great atmosphere... Employee came by frequently to make sure I had a full drink at all times.... Great location great snacks great ppl great games what more could u say about the place...

A little busy at the Green Valley location, didnt win but their people make losing alittle less frustrating. At least the machines try to give you a shot every so often with 1000pts. Losing is part of gambling and the people working there have been there for a decade or so and remember you! Better luck next time for me

It takes a while to get a hang of it, give yourself a year and you will know what I mean. You will sooner or later find your lucky machines and bingo u might hit it off with one of thier buffalos machines too. Dont take my word I had my ups and downs at this place but luckily enough I didnt give up and kept trucking through like a champ finally after months of playing here I start doubling my budget. Stay patient and if you are here for the beers go ask em for it they hardly come up offering u a drink at times. I love the snacks too. This is a love and hate relationship I got going on with dottys but tonight I did good and worth changing my review. Please get rid of fake plants and put real ones instead.

They have cheap cigarettes, cheap food and drink, also they have good promotions to get people in the door and its a good place for locals to go play video poker and not pay over priced rates. However yes the service is terrible, the people are moody at best. So hopefully you catch someone on a good day. These establishments also have the tendency to attract some shady customers. I still go there alot regardless.

This is by far the best Dottys of the +100 in the area. They have more than just the game king and U1 games. They have buffalo, coyote moon, bison, 2 different colossal reel games and more. Me and my friends usually always win there too.

Never had problem until recently and its one male cashier went today 8-21 @ 7:30 am right after work i work graveyard went to buy cigarettes and he shorted me a dollar didnt realize it until i got home and theres no phone # same problem with the same guy about 2 weeks ago when he gave me the wrong cigarettes may have to start going to marks street dottys

Such nice servers, but the set up is just not right for them or the customer? Always a long line to cash out and get cigs, promos, cocktails . Have to cash out in order to use the restroom. Ive seen people leave their trust in others to save their machine, only to cash/ steal their tkt and run off to another location. That server also has to cook food . I know they pay the servers less than minimum wage. Approximately $6 per hour. No benefits. Just an excruciating hard job. Theyre generous with comps, but be careful if you leave your seat! Sadly, I think the owners are so unfair to their employees, which trickles down to service. If 2 bartenders, theyd have to split tips and make even less money.For the most part they attract criminals and very shady customers. .Watch your money and your seat! Never trust anyone but the extremely busy bartenders. The doors automatically shut at sundown. EZ place to get robbed! Dont trust anyone to save to you save your seat for any reason, w/o taking everything w you to get or go anywhere!!? Comfortable seating for Players only,!

I like this Dotttys because its still layed out like a small casino and offers the privacy that all the Dottys used too. However the service is almost non existent. Ive sat in here for hours and never been asked if Id like something to drink. Ill put up with it for the sake of the lay out though.
