We love the cafe and our fav server Heidi! She always remembers our drinks and what we like for food, down too the extra lemon for our iced tea for my elderly Mom! Heidi exemplifies the core of customer/guest services: Anticipate your guests needs before they ask! We love server Geri too! Geri is always polite, kind, warm and down to earth! The food is why we go there, the guest service is what keeps us coming back!

I was just here sunday and had amazing time with my girl and I must day that this hotel casino is great and though it may be away from the strip, it still provides great food, fun, entertainment, and a great Vegas experience... Especially the food!!! I highly recommend the Oyster Bar... Definitely a must have!!!

It has gone DOWNHILL! We’ve stayed here a few times, but not again. Check-in couldn’t find our reservation, called me a liar. The two floors we stayed on smelled of pot. Reported the rooms to security who said they wouldn’t do anything. It stinks. Security made us wear masks IN the pool, while letting others not wear them when outside-we were targeted. A cafe employee started a political argument with us. It’s sad to see Sunset go downhill from poor staff and management. Some were genuinely good. We cannot recommend this for the high prices, high resort fee charges for locals and state of poor odor and staff. The Nevada governor will keep destroying businesses in this state.

I have to tell you all, Ive been to a lot of casinos and what sunset station did today blew me away. The one thing most of This area ( Henderson and Las Vegas) seemed to forget about somewhere down the road is customer service. I just dont see or feel it anymore. Now what the owner did today I was not expecting. Now if every business would take a little time and acknowledge their customers and appreciate them as the owner of sunset did today this would be a perfect town to live in. And thank you sunset owner for reminding me there is still a company that remembers their customers.

Nice, quiet, clean, and staff are friendly. There is a security check near the elevators on the bottom floor, which is nice. There is an additional fee that isnt disclosed if you book through a 3rd party site, so make sure to call the hotel if youre on a tight hotel budget so you know how much extra youll be paying when you arrive. And make sure you have a credit card you can put up for incidentals.

Easy access to the movie theaters. Waitresses available for a spirit if youd like a drink. Played poker on Game King and was very impressed at the cleanliness of all the machines I played. We stopped in the Cafe for dinner. Many choices to choose from very good. I brought my sister from out of town and we really made a nice day of our visit to Sunset Station Hotel and Casino.

I don’t know if this is the correct spot for the restaurant but imma just say anyways. The food is definitely recommendable, as with many other restaurants the eggs per say taste like rubber, and the bacon tastes too crunchy. But here it’s fine. No complaints besides waiting time, but I understand why so imma recommend it.

Sunset Station is AWESOME. Great atmosphere, health conscientious measures in place, and very nice employees. We especially love the coffee shop there. We ALWAYS request to have Mon wait on us. He is friendly, diligent, and flat out one of, if not, THE best food servers we have EVER had in this city (The hospitality capital of the world). I also have to give a big shout out to Dionne, the Keno runner and the security staff. A few weeks ago, my nephew lost his sense of direction after exiting the restroom and trying to return to the coffee shop. We were a hot mess during this period of uncertainty as to where he was, because he is autistic. But, security stepped up to the plate and helped us locate him. Thank God. Sunset Station RULES!!

GREAT SERVICE!We book a block of 30 rooms for our daughters wedding in March, due to Covid we needed to postpone to September. Lisa and Robert in Sales, were FANTASTIC and very accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean, but the SERVICE is what makes Sunset Station special. From the check in to the check out and in between. Everyone made us feel special and the event went off without a HITCH!!!!

I have enjoyed staying here before and requested Sunset Station while in business mode. Had trouble checking in this time and front desk clerk was not friendly or personable. Cafe food was hit and miss and not consistent, used to be A1. 2 more days there ill update as I experience.

This hotel is huge our toilet was over flowed when we got to our room we called downstairs they sent maintenance but he didn’t clean up the water he said it was the house keepers job so we had to call back downstairs; we had a tiny bit out toilet tissue we called they sent one up after they made sure to confirm we needed a roll ; the diner is fairlyPrices with very good food & friendly service a little slow but worth the wait; the Secuity was very nice so was the front desk staff; the Casio. & staff were very nice. This is a great place to stay when visiting

There are plenty of things to do besides hitting the slot machines, they have great places to eat, drink, & a blowing alley too. They also have a Cinema, but I think its closed due to covid.

Machines were extra tight. I went through over $100 playing minimum bets in less than 20 minutes. Not a single bonus. But the casino itself is very clean and well done. Hopefully your luck will be better than mine was.

One of the nicer Stations...a LOT of machines but not my favorite game, BOMBAY. The staff is friendly. Theres still a variety of eating places. Its good. I hit a Jackpot - Ill go back.

I had an overnight stay at Sunset Casino and my experience beginning with direct reservation to our departure was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The petite suite was clean and comfortable. The Grand Cafe offered a variety of meals to choose from and were delightful. The Sunset Casino offers a variety of places to eat if you prefer something or some place different. The casino is a common gambling environment, but I enjoyed that it is a non-smoking environment. Though the movie theater is yet closed, the bowling alley is opened and the athletic training room also offers a variety of exercise equipment. The swimming pool is exceptional. The staff throughout the casino are friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet and staff were very accommodating. Restaurants were amazing. Steak, Italian and oyster bar are all top of the list for us. Were first timers but will definitely come back for another stay.

Got what was supposed to be a deluxe king room and there is not much to it, decent view of mountains but thats all good i can say, no fridge no microwave bathroom is a bit outdated. Also was planning on going down to the pool to relax a bit and was turned down because i was bringing a water bottle, I understand no glass drinks but bottled? Would not recommend the Hotel/ resort side of this place. Restaurants are good but hotel is bad.

My husband and our family had a really nice time we had an amazing time during the day with our children at the arcade and then the bowling alley and at the movie theater and then at night my husband and I got to enjoy some adult time in the casino.. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone to stay there... we will also be back in October so see you then..

Great place to stay even with children since they have the Kids Quest daycare and bowling, an arcade and Ben and Jerrys ice cream. The food in the cafe was wonderful and Fat Burger was amazing! The rooms are nice and the beds were comfy. All in all one of the nicest surprises I encountered.

We went to your covid wed page and you did NOT post about most of the restaurants being closed and not a single bar open to grab a drink or poker game. Took us 2 conversations w staff and almost crying to try and find the only place for a drink. The only good part of the visit was meeting Jeanne the cocktail mistress in the sportsbar! Dont come here until the Country is open.

Wow!!! Sunset Station has made us feel so safe this trip even with COVID 19 looming everywhere. Our room was sanitized and sealed with care. The Sunset Cafe was spotless and seating was socially distanced for safety also.We love this hotel and casino so much.

I am mostly satisfied with the Station Casino Hotels. My family and I spend a great deal of time and money between Sunset and Green Valley. My family and I stayed at Sunset Station on the 5th and 6th of November. The room and front desk were great as well as our Casino Host. The problem happened in front of me so this is first hand. My Children range in age of 21 to 24 years old. We are celebrating my Sons 21st birthday. Security came up behind my Children and asked to see ID. No worries they all had ID. The person checked them all and said to them I can spot a fake ID you need to leave. I was shocked. I told them I was the Dad and they were real IDs. He got rude with me and said never mind. At this point I was angry and we went to Green Valley and had a great time and spent our money. Will not stay at Sunset Station again.

We had fun. In from California .. The casino was big . It was clean and they were doing what they could to keep it sanitized. Everybody was wearing a mask and they enforced it. They had a lot of the old machines, I played years ago and I like that. If Im in the area, Ill stop by.

Great times .For all ages .Very welcoming and they have an amazing food court with well know fastfood at regular pricing.That was very kind of Management. One recommendation.Would you look into a walkway from your Niegbbors at Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn to make it easier way to your casino and food court.

The Oyster Bar restaurant is DELISH and was worth a trip just for the food!! MUST try the Red Beans n Rice!! It was FANTASTIC! Our cook/chef/server was Rodolfo and he was the Absolute BEST!The slot machines were just so-so... lots of old machines

The casino is great but the hotel isnt something I would wish on anyone. Not only did they cheat my husband out of over $350 deposit, they had the nerve to say we owe them $70 more dollars. We didnt even stay the full week! The lady behind the counter made a mistake then tried to cover herself and thats how we lost our money. Would I recommend this hotel to stay to my fellow followers. NO not unless you want to be cheated out of your money by Incompetent people. Would I recommend the casino and some restaurants, to have fun and eat,Yes.

Gold strike canyon is the best hike around!! 10 miles aggressive but breath taking. The hit springs and river are a must see!

Nice, people were, great gaming tables and slot machines were very good. Its not super crowded...so social distancing is easy. They follow the rules for your safety.

I appreciate the measures Sunset Station is taking to protect guests and staff. Temperature checks when entering, plenty of hand sanitizing stations everywhere, cleaning crew in full force. Overall well maintained and clean. Were coming more and more and enjoying ourselves each time.

Nice layout. But smoky. Nice staff. Loved check in and out, they were really great. Good video poker. Was cold for me. Did much better on the strip. Decent casual food offerings on premises. Drink service not too friendly. Great, cheap buffet if youre not real picky.

Gambling was usual, we lost. But it was fun. The cafe grill needed to be cleaned badly. Everything tasted like the fish they grilled on it. Wife is allergic to fish. Just enough fish to make her sick.

Omg! THE BEST POOL OPEN RIGHT NOW! ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILIES!! KIDS ARE HERE! FOOD AND DRINK SERVICE. Be prepared to wear mask when out of water! But not in the water or sitting with feet in.????. Great hotel and very fun for kids. Close to even more fun for kids. Food from Grand is also very good. I would only suggest better pillows and mattresses.

Sunset is a great local casino. Until the pandemic theyve always maintained a great atmosphere and locale presence. Theyve improved their outdoor concert/pool area but its still a small venue overall. They have a great assortment of restaurants and a nice movie theater.

This is one of my favorite Casinos in Nevada its a great atmosphere with great workers. My spouse and I Love this place and we recommend it to anybody. Its not as intimidating as some of the bigger Casinos not to big not to small.

Sunset station hotel is beautiful. The rooms are cozy - decor of the room is stylish- the pool is wow- wowzer- . I would absolutely stay here again.

My daughter and I only stayed one night, but honestly I probably wouldnt stay any longer. The costumer service was great and everyone was very nice but when we got to our room I was surprised... they have sticker on the door to show the seal isnt broken for a clean room. But that should mean the room is cleaned right? Well I was surprised to find dust everywhere the glass table tops were not cleaned and the bath room had hair and other items on the floor and in the tub. The hair dryer was on not attached to wall and looked like it fell off sometime and was not fixed. Also the walls are super thin and I could hear full conversion of the people next door to us. I was honestly surprised with all the cleaning procedures they say they are taking didnt show at all. Thankfully I brought wipes to clean my own room for night and played a sound machine for my daughter.

I must say the charboiled osters was outstanding great and very tasty. I had the Jumbalya it was subperved I recommend these two if you go. You will need to make an reservation before you go. When we called they said we didnt need one, but once we got there we was told it was required to have one. The staff did a great job on getting us in. They only have an 20 person compactly. I do recommend going here.

Easy parking and great restaurants and bars in the casino. They are definitely following CDC guidelines. The bar manager would walk around making sure that if youre not drinking your beverage, that mask better be on. My only gripe, lol, I lost $$$. #LoveLocalCasinos

I go to sunset Station often and I usually have a great time gambling with my husband while our kids have fun at kids quest and we love the buffet and movie theater and they also have bowling, but Im giving 3 stars because it was just okay last time because the employees constantly bothered us by asking us to cover up our mouths with the face mask while we were drinking and smoking. It was very irritating because of course we covered up when we werent using our mouths but while drinking and smoking they would bother us as we were about to take a sip of our drink or a pull off our cigarette. One employee was very rude while she told us to cover up between drags. I felt like they were always watching and waiting to scold us .. it was ridiculous and an unpleasant experience.

Great people. Awesome pool. Not as crowded as the strip and lots of good restaurants near by. Dont have to walk a mile to get to where you want to be and better games selection IMHO. Also, lots of 99.9% payback machines with tons of progressives and promotion. If the room was bigger and had a mini fridge if never stay on the strip again!

Drink servers dont stop to take your drink orders. They pick and choose whom they want to stop and get orders from. They have attitudes. Ignore u. One lady took my order never came back to me. One lady heard me ask her to come here, kept walking, rounded other machines. Finally came up and said, I was making sure I didnt miss anyone else. Ok, but Im right here right now... what difference does it make. I D K.... RUDE!!

Positive: The pool Negative: Temperature checks are a waste of time. You can be asymptomatic and not have a fever and still have COVID-19. Mask enforcement is key which you do a great job of.

I requested for my room to be cleaned as I was leaving out for a while on Saturday. When I got back, the room had not been touched. Also, no one was on duty at the front desk so I could check out Monday morning because I had a 7am flight back to GA. I had no where to turn in the keys. An officer on duty offered to take the keys and she reassured me that they would be disposed of properly. I think the check out process should be conveyed clearer upon checking in.

Sad what the states putting these casinos through. Not their fault but a sad place to be when your security is paid to watch for your mask to drop below your nose.

Had a staycation, while our apartment was having issues. Lots of fun, and alot to do. Took advantage of the $2 margaritas! Beds are absolutely trash, and the only reason I took off a star. Both times weve stayed here its like sleeping on the ground.

Love this place. Sonoma Steakhouse is a MUST TRY. Excellent food and service. Prices were not bad. Table games, slots, Keno, it has it all. Really nice pool with bar service. Staff here is all really awesome. We will be back...!

I want to give 4 stars but. The best I can do is say its almost on par with places like south point. Orleans and Silverton. Sunset is probably the best of the station hotels.The employees are a great part of this property. Excellent food and shopping options near by. The area is calm and peaceful compared to the strip or downtownEnjoy.

Hey yall, been to The Sunset Station lately? Went there with my Bestie just the other night. I won $150.00 with only a dollar. Can i get a Woot-Woot yall? (Yes Im a Southern Girl... A Southern Nevada Girl!) Lol. Where was I? Oh yes Sunset Station. I really love all of the Station Casinos, but I must say the Sunset is in my top 3. Heres why: First lets talk about what makes all Station Casinos great...Hands down they have the friendliest employees in all the land! Lets face it, friendly is on short order right now so when you have an entire corporation that embodies friendly customer service, you give them your thanks as well as your business. They have a great selection of restaurants that never disappoint! There is something to do for everyone be it enjoy a movie at the theater, take your girl or guy out to eat, throw a Strike or two in the bowling alley, get your drink on or gamble a dollar or two and hopefully win enough to pay for all the fun youve had. I give Sunset Station 5 Stars for an all-around great place to go for all!

Great playing floor has a great selection of slot games. Cocktail servers do a really great job too.

Went for a little late night bowling. Great deals on bowling and drinks. Our lane keep glitching as the attendant called it so we had to switch lanes. Other then that it was a great time.

A great place to stay! We decided to visit Vegas for my sons 21st birthday. Instead of staying right on the strip, we decided to stay here and we are glad we did. Its a quick drive to Vegas, the hotel has all the amenities as a Vegas hotel, its in a much quieter city, plus, its near great hiking areas. For the COVID-19 situation, all guests temperatures are taken upon arrival and everyone must wear masks... and they actually enforce these rules, unlike most places in Vegas. I highly recommend this place, and will be back in the future!
