Local small casino of Stations, you can grab a bite to eat there in the cafe diner and gamble. The customer service are pleasant. I gave a four star just because of this pandemic affects of how it use to be, its just not the same as it was before.

They have been closed at night before the Covid19 even came into play. Yet they still advertise 24 hours. A waste of my time and Ill NEVER go there again. Very Poor Management...

Again, I decided to stop in for a beer. Again, I waited 20 min before I was waited on. Again, I was looked over several times by all the waitresses. I almost had to beg for service sitting at the bar. Another time I stopped in with a friend and we sat at a table. He literally had to get our own food and drinks as we were never waited on. Looked over once again. Service is terrible. Food ok but it appears only the regulars are taken care of promptly. There are better places in the area where you are treated better.

This place is close to home, good coupons, but restaurant continues to be slow on service. Excellent pizza and wings. Good waitresses always. Kitchen is sketchy.

I love the Wildfire Grill ! My husband got the Club sandwich and I got the Wild burger. They were both huge and his came with a huge stack of fries and mine was with a huge stack of onion rings ! Delicious ! Also got a lg drink. All for 20 bucks ! Well worth every dime !

Was just there. I LEFT MY MONEY WALLET at the machine. The security guard. Couldnt tell me (within 30min) where he found it hes the shirt one with glasses. He could only say I do not recall, I dont remember there was 400$ in there. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed. I love this place. The bartender is amazing the manager is Amy. The security is shady as f$#$$

I usually go late, late. The graveyard manager, Sam, is a great cook, that is if there is a bartender on shift. Strike up a conversation and youll find that he is friendly, funny and pretty intelligent. The games are ok. The restaurant has the best crispy chicken sandwich.

Reviewing just the restaurant. I went to have breakfast there this morning with my dad and his friend. Customer service was Pleasant, but you have to order and pay for your breakfast at the register before even being served which is weird. Very minimal choices in food dishes, only four breakfast choices. All drinks are self-serve so there really isnt a waitress. My steak and eggs was horrible! Steak was chard really bad. There is no choice of caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee. Will not return! If I could give a 0 * I would.

If you like to drink when you play, be aware that the cocktail waitresses are either nonexistent, or bringing you drinks so fast you can barely finish the one in your hand. :)Other than that, they have a lot of game choices and staff is really nice.

Was actually pretty good food. Me and my buddy were surprised. On a plus we got to witness a pretty decent fight while we were there too so the entertainment wasnt bad.

Another gambling establishment in the Las Vegas valley. I have eaten here late night. The food is okay. The rest of the place consists of slot machines, a bar with slot machines on it, and a sports book. I probably spent 300 dollars playing Keno, Poker, and slots. I lost in less than a half hour. Ne er even getting a sniff at winning anything. It was definitely a bad night for me. Usually I get a little something back after spending that much. Casinos dont exist because of all the winners. Sometimes you win, mostly you lose.

Bartender Sheryll is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. She remembered my girlfriend and I after only a few visits and then a several month period in between returning again. Definitely makes us want to come back thanks to get personable service.

My mother in law passed away 3 months ago and this was her absolute favorite place to go.

The food here got much better ever since the remodelling. hostesses are all really nice. Fried pickle chips are good, southwestern egg rolls are amazing as well. Burgers are amazing now as well. Turkey club is huge and the bacon is delicious. Highly recommend :)

The racism is crazy. Its sad that this is a Station Casino because we will never be back. The greeting at players club was, What do you want? Avoid this place!

Hot machines and great drinks.

We were dumbfounded today. We told the slot mechanic that 2 machines were out of paper and that we would like to play them again. He continued doin what ever he was doing but told us he had to go scrape up some paper.About 15 minutes later he comes to us and says i found 10 tickets to put 5 in each machine..i was like um...this is a station casino property and they dont even have paper for the players to cash out to move to another machine...also there were machines down due to running out of paper that nobody could play....just thought you would like some input...thank you

Horrible customer service most days unless your dropping a ton of cash then, the waitresses will be all over you.... Night manager Sam I think has many issues he shouldnt bring to work with him... Basically the reason why the slogan for this establishment is We Love Locals is because they rob the locals to keep this casino going

Its a small locals casino. We visited the grill, and the place was fairly empty. The food however was tasty and the service friendly. Cost was fairly inexpensive as well.

It worked well for a party since everyone could get their own food ordered easily. The spinach and arugula salad was amazing. The fried pickles were too greasy. Heard good things from others in our party about the burgers. The main problem was how horrible it smells. Its got years of smoke plus was so thick of fresh smoke. We had to bathe when we left because we reeked from the stench. If they get air and clear out, we may go, but as it is, despite the good food, I cant go there again.

That young girl in the Cafe with half her head shaved needs to put the phone down and actually pay attention to customers. Had to try flagging her down for over 10 minutes just to get her to ring us up. Unbelievable!!!The entire time we dined she ignored us, gave a snotty attitude when we asked for any help, and sat goofing off with her coworkers. Absolutely poor service, would put 0 stars if I could.

Horrific dining they should just put in a fast food chain

This is in reference to the cafe. Over the past 4 months I have gone there three times. Each time I have gotten a to go order. Each time they have screwed it up, how friggen hard is it to make a plane cheeseburger. Also half of the menu items they are unable to make, throw in it takes 30 minutes to make two burgers. It’s not worth it at all.

They need to maintain their video poker/slot machines. Every one I tried had buttons that wouldnt work.

We only came here to pick up our VGK shirts. Employees were extremely friendly. Played one keno machine and it played awful. Casino is small and really smokey. Its close to us, but Id rather make the 15 min drive to the Fiesta for future offers.

If it were up to me I would give them Zero Stars. I wanted to cash my payroll check, but due to the cashier being on break I had to wait 20 minutes? What kind of casino closes their cage. All the money people lose at this establishment and you can’t afford to have someone work the cage while the other employee is on break. Oh that might be good customer service! You’ve lost my business.

I think they have the Best Burgers in town. I believe Anna is the hostess/waitress there and is always very friendly and attendive. Plenty of big screen TVs plus you can place your football bets while you eat.

Just before 10 am the Cashier windows werent open yet. Literally had to leave and go to the Fiesta. But their cafe food is actually pretty tasty. Its very much a localized, limited amenities, simple, casual place to go in your neighborhood.
