I always admired how clean the park was. You would never see trash lieing around or things out of place. Everyones home, always looked nice.

I wish i could leave 0 Stars. There are multiple units in this park that are really nice. But! Management is absolutely terrible! I got nothing but attitude and unprofessionalizum from Teresa from the first time i spoke with her on the phone(also it is really hard to get a hold of her). My family and I are very nice and understanding folk but the way we were treated by Teresa is uncalled for. We waited 2 weeks before finding out we got denied by management to live in this park, also Teresa did not formally inform me, my family or my realtor at first, Instead she found it to be ok to inform the sellers realtor who informed our realtor. We called her for 5 days straight with no call back or email to find out why we werent approved(granted it was a holiday weekend). We finally got a hold of her and she was reluctant to even give us a chance to remedy the reasons we were disqualified for and told us we would receive something in the mail with details. This is totally unacceptable seeing as we were already in Escrow, had performed inspections on the home, and were negotiating with the sellers. We got denied for my credit score being too low for her standards. Mind you it was good enough to get a 300k loan but not enough to qualify for this park. Their rules are unacceptable, their attitude is unprofessional and disrespectful. Also they are literally the worst at communication. I wouldnt even recommend this park to someone i hated, because i could only imagine the hard times you would go through daily with park management. Do your research before considering this park, it may be a huge financial mistake.

It is true that they are beautiful little houses and the place but I have complaints about how they are all the workers there are hostile people who believe that opening their garn mouth one is afraid of them and it is true that they have favoritism and only leaves them with those who fall for them well do what you want and come to shout at your own home are abusive do not let them live in peace I do not recommend living there in Spanish Ranch maybe you want to improve your space and do not leave you and threaten you to say that you are going To get out of that place. I think that one also has the right to call them to the plocia when they arrive from abusive people entering private property. The truth for me they only do it so that one is afraid of them, I hope that we all intend to take them out and that, in goodness, people arrive with education are some licks boots, nothing more

Horrible management, they can’t help you at all. Simple as that. Not friendly at all. And they are always harassing you. No privacy and they are always bugging you. They can always be late or simply not show up to work, and they are still getting paid. Careful new home owners.

Very nice homes but management is awful. The manager is very disrespectful and is never in her office. She plays favoritism and once you do something to her dislike even if its not breaking any rule, she will be harassing you with any little thing. She becomes very annoying and is two faced. She doesnt live in peace and doesnt let other people live in peace.

It is a park of all ages with mobile homes in various age and sizes that are well kept. The park has a security gate due to the location.

Beautiful park, lots of trees and greenery. Management is friendly, place is quiet and well maintained. Pool open during summer, year-round hot tub. 2 communal clubhouses residents can use. A+!

Unfriendly & unreasonable Management not a good place for Disabled or Guests. Ridiculous policies that work completely against the homeowner.

Quiet,nice place

Its nestled in a neighborhood. You wouldnt know its there unless you were looking for a particular address in that area. It seems quiet and the park is kept clean.

Great Place to live very quiet and calm me and my parents are buying a mobile hoe there we just took a look inside absolutely love i really do recommend this place we are already applicating to see if we qualify for one of the mobile homes

Well managed, clean, nice events room that can be reserved for social gatherings. Close access to interstate 880, as well as local shopping.
