Beautiful park, everyone has a little green lawn. Big trees, nicely kept up. The clubhouse is closed because of Covid-19 but people walking around the neighborhood are friendly.

Beautiful, peaceful, and beyond the expectations I had. I feel totally happy and comfortable with my grandma, great aunt, and great great aunt living there.

A friend lives here. It has a nice outdoor pool and indoor group activity center and kitchen for the members of the mobile village.

This is a mobile home park for people 55 and older. The terrain is flat for ease of walking,and there is a club house for meetings and other activities. There is also a swimming pool. Activities are planned for residents of the park. There is also a laundry room in the club house. There is ample parking for visitors,but each house has a carport and a storage unit that comes with the vehicle/house.

Loved the well kept mobile park. Prices have increased considerably in the last year. Price wars still going on here. Bids necessary. Good luck

Very nice mobile home park very clean only Palmas if you are a senior and youre on a limited budget you will not be able to afford to live there the rent is kind of expensive not to mention you are responsible for any repairs around your home even your outbuildings if they start the paint starts to fade they will make you paint them otherwise you will be reprimanded or fined even if you dont have money to paint them they run it like a fascist Park if you like that kind of living so be it
