The AC Sheriff and Hayward police always close and caring for the park and the neighborhood, very safe. Administration and management always aware of cleaning, maintenance and needs of tenants.Drug addiction and alcoholism is not allowed. Surveillance cameras, all over the place and excellent service management and the company.

It sucks. The owner? chases strangers off site even if having a valid visit w resident. He is super rude. Most people in the park have been warned about having too much traffic bc of the high levels of hardcore drugs and people who will work for days on inane projects just cuz.Not a nice place. First trailer nearest entrance is abandoned and boarded up. Most trailers have litter and garbage all over the place inside and outside. No one is friendly. Not kid friendly, and more welfare and SSI tenants in beat up old boarded up hot boxes.
