Great park with lots of trails to walk and awesome views of the Mississippi River. I walk my dogs here often. There are also spots for picnics as well as a large playground. There is also a learning center that looks fun, but I have not been inside of due to Covid

Been here since I was 5 years old (13 now) love bringing my dog here, she’s a mini aussie, great off leash, only let her off when I see no one around. Super peaceful smells great and the scenery is beautiful

A beautiful place to visit! Miles of trails for walking, hiking, and biking. Not a ton of great views of Spring Lake, but there are a few overhangs that show you the true beauty of the place. Theres also a playground and sand volleyball courts. Theres plenty of tables, barbeque grills, and picnic pavilions in and around the visitor center. (The visit center building itself is currently closed during the pandemic.)

My family has been coming here for 2 generations. Its always clean, quiet and serene. I love this park, perfect for bbqs and family outings or just having the kids run around and play in the park just like I once did.

Such a beautiful park! The first time I came here, I did so via bicycling from Hastings. The second time I came here was by car, but I took off along the paved trail on my bike. This is no doubt one of the smoothest trails Ive ridden along in the twin cities area, but be warned, it isnt an easy ride because of several uphill inclines. The views from this park are also spectacular!!

We came here for a luminary walk. The staff was awesome, the grounds were impeccable, and the event was lovely! They had beautiful bonfires to stop at and warm up, food trucks to get a bite, and even provided hot chocolate for everyone.Can’t wait for the next event!

I love spring lake park! Was raised going here. It’s an absolutely gorgeous park overlooking the Mississippi River with incredible bluffs. It has a park for kids and great trails for walkers and bikers. Some trails even lead into downtown Hastings. Seriously a hidden gem!

Great biking and hiking. The views of the Mississippi are spectacular! The trails closest to the bluff have some great hidden features.

Date of Visit: 4/20/19 - Beautiful park! Plenty of amenities and variety of activities - hiking, walking, kite-flying, biking, running, kids play equipment, picnic shelters, fire pits, open grassy areas for games, indoor plumbing for your restroom needs. At least 10-15 kites in the sky when we visited which was fun to watch.
