The little one loved all the slides that he could choose from perfect for all ages
Great place for offspring to play, then to teach them about memorials.
Great park, definitely could use some tlc, pieces are broken in the park, guards or rubber coatings are gone. Swings are definitely in need of some oil and some mulch, it a 3ft drop at least under each swing.
Big park with lots of unique playground options, kiddos loved it
The sides are a little dangerous all of them are way to step thet threw my grandkids around like rag dolls... Wouldnt recommended that park to anyone.
Great area for playing and picnicking, however--would recommend bringing a trash bag with you since very few if any garbage cans. Also no bathrooms or porta potties, so make sure kids go to the bathroom before going.
Sweet playgrounds. My kiddo loves it.
My children LOVE roadside park! One of their favorite features is the big red slide. There are usually a lot of local children playing, so my kids have fun playing games with them. The only down side is that the park benches are really high up and uncomfortable to sit on. This is easily remedied by bringing a blanket to sit in the grass.
Fun for kids, nice place for a picnic!
Great for kids to run around and play
Grandkids have fun
Great park. The red curvy slide adds something different and there are trees to provide a shady place for a break or a picnic.
Great park! My daughter loves it and always has fun. Very child safe and child friendly area. Very well kept and good quality!
This is a park my family has been to multiple time through the years. The children always enjoy the giant red slide and the large play structure. Recently theyve added stairs to help aid the children in reaching the top of the slide, which used to be quite the feat to climb the mud hill once you slid down the slide. This is a wonderful park for a family outing.
It has a nice big slide for the kids to go down. My kids love this park
Love taking my kids here. The red slide in the hill is their favorite
Great park with plenty of space and good playground equipment and centrally located. Just make sure to keep your eyes on your kiddos as highway 55 is pretty close.
Beautifully maintained park. There is a long and unusual slide in the playground area. The picnic shelter has electricity. There is a Pokémon Go gym here. Tennis courts are across the street. There is a touching memorial on the open grassy area of the park. Lots of parking where the park is accessed from side that faces the smaller streets. There is a porta potty available. The park is right next to the community pool. Amenities:BenchesPicnic ShelterPicnic TablesPlayground EquipmentTennis CourtsVeterans Memorial
Had to stop for the slide
Nice clean park. A lot of space for kids to run.
Nice quiet / pool next door.
Took day camp kids and they absolutely loved it!
Cool place but no porta potties
Good place for an outdoor party, on a nice sunny day.
My two-year-old loves this park. The slides are great, its accessible for even the littlest little, and there are always a lot of vehicles that pass by that thrill him! However, there is NOT a bathroom or even a satellite porta potty that I could find. There should *always* be one at any playground park...as close to it as can be without smelling. (Max of 25 feet from the park, would be best). There is a garbage and recycling can on site...but they are separated on opposite sides of the park. They should either be together or have two of each at the park!Overall, a great park to play at...miles away from the metal and wood structure that was here when I was a kid...but definitely could use some bathroom facilities!
The slides r wonderful. Its also grandparent friendly.
Great place for kids.
I assume my experience was not typical, but there were middle school-aged kids (maybe young high schoolers) there the day my family went. These kids thought they owned the park and wouldnt let children play on the slides. After being challenged several times about inappropriate behavior, they threatened to come back with guns to shoot everyone.Take cautions here.
This is a pretty nice park. The equipment is all in good shape. The woodchip ground does a decent job. The only thing I wished was if the trash and debris were picked up a little better. Its near a fairly busy road, but its fenced in well. Seems to be a pretty popular place for children of many different ages. But not very many benches for parents to sit on.
Nice clean place for the little ones
A very fun park for little kids. A good jungle gym, hood swings and several slides. Also a rotunda for family get togethers. Directly across the street fro. A free public tennis courts!
One of Grandsons favorite parks!
This is a fun little park. They had ample grass areas for picnic and play, along with a couple picnic tables by the play structure. We enjoyed a fun picnic lunch and an afternoon of fun. No bathrooms.
Great event honoring our fallen soldiers..Very well done.A huge Thank You to all involved in putting this event together.
Fun for 2 and 5 yr old. It was cold and windy today so few people at the park
Nice park with lots of options. Beware going after it rains tho. There appears to be little drainage so water and mud ring the playground.
Its nice
Slide was out of commission. Whole reason we came from out of town was for slide.
Good park for kiddos
Kids always love it ️️️
Really good location and amazing play area for the kids. Clean and neat
Living Hastings for many years this is a great Park always has been fantastic playground and a newer gazebo or picnic installed with 110 volt electrical outlets for crock pots and such very nice
Nice park clean and pretty
Fun but the big red slide hurts
Its peaceful...
It was a beautiful day to have a birthday party picnic with family.
Practice tennis for the first time, it was great to get out and exercise before the rain storm came in.
A great park with a playground suitable for a good age range of children. There is a nice pavilion to get out of the sun, and several benches for resting. There are several pokestops, as well as a pokemon gym for those who are playing Pokemon Go. They have wheelchair accessible paths, and you can get to the pavilion and the playground quite easily in a wheelchair or on crutches. In the winter, there is a small sliding hill if you have tiny sliders, though the bigger kids will get bored quickly. There is quite a bit of road noise, as it borders a busy road. You will also wish to watch the little ones to be sure they dont wander into traffic. The major drawback to this park is the highway that makes it roadside park.
Very nice playground for kids. Parking sucks, kinda close to hwy if playing ball of any kindBut kids live it
My kids loved this park but they ate to old for it now
Lovely space for a picnic, plus a playground for the kids.
Large park with picnic areas, & is located right next to the Waterpark. Fun place to bring the kids!!
Great park, take my kid here alot
Nice park and plenty of space to set up for picnic
Needs to have bathrooms
Very creative park for kids
Nice park, beuty full and clean area

Lots of various slides and things to climb on the playground structure. Various levels for ages, wheelchair ramp too
Big play area and different ages can find a pay area.
