Great little 9 home frolf course. Perfect place for a family gathering

Disc golf, place to spend time with family, has restroom open during summer, theres a baseball diamond and horseshoe area, playgrounds, picnic tables, shelter, and if you play pokemon go there are gyms and sops here. During winter, they do not plow their large parking lot. Dont go in it, unless youre driving a 4x4!!

Our favorite neighborhood park!!Disc golf, pavilions with electricity outlets, picnic tables, clean bathrooms, sand volleyball area, soccer area, live music in the summer, bubbler, horse shoe pits, multiple play areas for all different aged children to enjoy, plenty of benches to sit and watch your children play or a peaceful rest. We had many cookout birthday parties there. Wonderful nature trails with a bridge to enjoy walks in nature.

Great park, and a terrific beginner disc golf course

One of the nicest, quietest parks in Hartford. With acres of land to run around, and a great little frisbee golf course. Your sure too find something to do, from a party in the well kept shelters you can rent out for a small fee from the City of Hartford. The city parks department is lead by a great guy, that takes very great pride in the upkeep of this, and the other parks!

Nice place for an afternoon visit. Parking lot might be a little too big, but there is plenty of space for everyone. There are multiple pavilions for hosting parties, big and fun looking playgrounds for kids, restroom facilities, water, and walking paths. I generally use the park as a stop on a long run for re-hydration, or a lunch break stop to the 9 hole disc golf course. The course is a little short (hole length wise, not the fact that its 9 holes) but its well kept and great for a quick stop. Definitely an asset to Hartford

Very fun place and fun for the kids. Very large park as well. Check it out if youre in the area.

It is nice to work on a practice field when the baskets are real short how to figure out how to go around trees into trees

A good place to go take a walk or run on the sidewalk and have a party for the family there

A great place to have a grill out while the kids play on one of the 2 play grounds! I can’t forget to mention the frisbee golf course, very fun. Would recommend this park to anyone!

This park is great! Been going here for family reunions for at least 15 years! Disc golf, gaga ball, bonfire pit, walking trails... really excellent spot!

Great park in Hartford. Home of the Jaycees Easter Egg hunt every year as well as the Buckskinners encampment. Nice play areas for the kids as well as horseshoe pits, basketball court, and a disk golf course. Beautiful scenery, perfect for weddings. 3 or 4 shelters that are able to be rented for parties. Bathrooms and even a drinking fountain are at the park.

A large sprawling park with an enjoyable disc golf course, several large open fields and some magnificent older trees. There are even some lesser-known walking trails in the woods to the North.

Theres a great place to play Ultimate at the top of the hill. There are trees to provide scenery, but theres plenty of space to play as well. Theres a disc golf course too.

Its open but private has disk golf course a good amount of play areas for kids and a rest room socker field and baseball field
