Its a nice place to go for a jog or just to relax

One of the nicest park ive been too and fishing spot . Real peaceful to go and relax and have a picnic with the family and if you like fishing they have a big pond where you can go fish and take your kids fishing too . And a wide area to play and for those pet loves they have a wide area were you can take your dog so he can play and run around . I recommend it to any one looking to spend a nice family time and relaxing time too...

It had been years since I had visited Dixieland park. Its really nice. My grand babies enjoyed it very much, especially the water. They loved watching the birds and fish. It was a wonderful evening!

A few bomber holes for disc golf. A few ace run holes. Hole one is an extreme low ceiling shot and fun

This park may not look like much at first but it has a very large area for frisbee golf. It has a covered area for hosting events and a nice view of the water reserve you obviously cant fish there but a water view is still a plus. The playground isnt one of the newer models its definitely still safe and to be this gives into more sense of Whimsy as it has a different variety of colors as opposed to the newer ones Ive noticed popping around here being more blue than anything other colors. It also has a few climbing features that I havent seen at the more popular Park either. A great place to have a picnic I love coming here in the morning when theres hardly any people or sometimes no one else at all.

The disc golf course is a challenging mix of technical and long distance/wide-open holes. The city does a pretty good job maintaining the park.

We disc golfed here. We are beginners and enjoyed the openness of the course. The course needs to be marked better as to where the next tee box is. We got confused around the 8th hole. But hey, we got out in the sunshine and fresh air and got a little exercise. And its free!

This is a good park but it needs a little attention from parks and recreation . The addition of the water fountain is a great.

The park is so nice and the lake is always a go to for me.

Park is huge and quiet, room for everyone to do any kind of activity, the childrens park is also very nice, only seems a little un-maintained, not the slides and ladders themselves but the ground inside the playground, I think should have a little more attention to it since we were there yesterday and a little kid fell and cut his hand with a sharp stone, a lot a bleeding and the parent had to run off the park.

Its a beautiful park. Could of had a five star rate up until my son got on the slide and there was dry blood smeared on it

Peaceful, lots of ground for you to just sit and talk with your loved one and talk or have a picnic. Good for fishing too.

I recently attended a birthday party here i have never been to the pavilion area but i liked it. it’s simple and it’s nice to look over to the water. my only complaint is the restroom. it smells like urine and it’s very dirty.

The only reason I give it a three-star is because the facility restrooms were horrible there were nasty dirty. Ive never seen public park restrooms as bad as that one was its not well taken care of its pretty the place is nice its a big pavilion its fenced but I give it a three-star only cause of the facilities of the restrooms.

Just a really great place to hang out, read a book, look over the lake. Were running out of green spaces and its always nice to find a spot of tranquility.

I love to just go and park next to the water its relaxing. The playground is perfect for the kids. Have small and big slides. Have alot of grass to run if you like running. And you enjoy free music when ever they have a fiesta /pary! So thats a + for me lol
