So impressed with the Manager Alisha, she was great during our whole move in process and scheduled a time to come in on the weekend. We had a few bumps once we got into our new home so we called and it was a Sunday and she answered even though she was off and with her family that you could clearly hear in the background and had our problem resolved in 2 hours. We are so happy with our home and how quiet the neighborhood has been. Highly recommend Alisha!

I have been living here for a while and I absolutely love this place. It is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The mobile homes are great. The managers are awesome and if there is a problem they fix it right away. I recommend Pleasant View.

Id rather not. I havent lived her personally but Ive known people who have and their experience wasnt a pleasant one from unfixed items in the home to other managerial problems. Id say if youre looking for double wide trailers at nice, reasonable prices shop around. There is a really good one on Clear Creek and Summerfield on the back end of Rancier.

This has been an amazing experience since I first contacted them. They replied the same day and helped me with the application process. And although the move in date was pushed back due to inspections that were out of their control, they stayed patient with me as I bugged them every day about it. I sent an email with many questions that were unclear to me on the lease and they replied immediately with clear information explaining every question. On this email I added a couple things that needed to be fixed and maintenance was here within a couple hours. They were fantastic and respectful. They made conversation and didnt make me feel uncomfortable in my home at all. They were sweet to my child and they even asked if I could check everything to make sure I was satisfied with their work. They solved the problems in minutes and apologized for any inconvenience they caused me which they didnt. So far this is by far my favorite place to rent. The rules are strict but thats what rules are for, to keep people safe and allow for an enjoyable place to live for everyone.

Impressed with how the park looks! Drove by the other day and it has really improved. Bless my heart the manager was so sweet driving the property bright and early. So young and sweet definitely wanting to move my mother back.

Would never recommend. They refuse to fix anything and if they do they just put a bandaid on it. Have reported multiple issues SEVERAL times but never get fixed. There quick to fine you over something but take there time to “fix” things please save yourself the time and money don’t rent from here

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The model home was extremely nice and it seems they are bringing newer homes into the park and it is well maintained. From the information that was given to me in the office, the pricing is very reasonable and they take pride in their community.

So pleased with the new manager, she is so sweet and every morning she drives by and talks to all my kids and makes sure everything is okay and asks if we need anything. Every time I call she always handles my issues right away and seems to actually care.

Nice community, the staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. Every other place I have been to was either rude or didn’t want to help explain things for me to understand

This park is an excellent place to be. Not only is there plenty to do in Harker Heights but youre close to everything. Plus the maintenance crew is amazing at getting things done in a timely and professional manner. I had a water leak in my kitchen and they got it fixed pretty quickly. Thanks rocky and david. They really know what theyre doing. Im glad to be here.

I lived there many many years ago. My Mother lived there several years ago. We were were both very happy when we lived there. Recently I went there with a friend that was looking for a place. The Ladies in the office Peggy & Vicky were very pleasant and very professional. They make you feel very welcome even if you dont live there or are not the one looking for a place. I have friends that live there that are very happy there and say they never want to move.

Weve lived here for 4 years and its honestly been pretty good. Only had a handful of run ins with neighbors or kids in the neighborhood. Management is always very friendly and the maintenance guys are the best. Depending on the issue maintenance comes the same or next day. I love that they try to do activities around the holidays. I love my snowmen family from last Christmas. My only complaint would be our rent has gone up $100 since moving in but they give plenty of warning. And the placement of the mailboxes lol.

I dont feel safe in my home..... Its scary when I dont know if my house (cant call it home it just dont feel like home to me) is going to fall of the blocks due to the water from the rain washing out the dirt from under my house. And with all the cats going under my house not the belly needs fixing also the skirting so no animals can get under my house also my trunk lines need cleaning..

Dont waste your time or money here!Just money hungry. They harass their paying tenants about yards and vehicles every week, had two vehicles towed from my front yard they are in it for the money. They have crackheads running all around the park, people digging in dumpsters all hours of the night, people blasting their music all night long. Never have I ever been late on a payment yet they harass you like you are 3 months behind. Stay away.

I will never rent from here they will decline you over nothing and I own my own trailer thier lost not mine. Just bought a house because they denied me. Well thank you for my house. If i wouldve stayed at Pleasant View I wouldve got taken advantage of.so indirectly thanks for declining me now you wont get my money and Im doing good now.

This place is nasty and run down and Im so surprised the health department or the CDC hasnt stepped in and shut it down.

Stopped and filled out an application here to rent a trailer and they wouldnt even consider my application. The note I received back on my application said, for undisclosed reasons !!!If your looking to rent somewhere; my suggestion is dont even consider PLEASANT VIEW It Is ANYTHING but,Pleasant !!!!

I only put a star because I had to put something but this place is a joke. The management drags on work orders and as long as I’ve been here I’ve never seen an exterminator, I’m still waiting on batteries to be replaced on fire detectors which is THIER job to follow up on NOT MINE. Mold is rampant and all they give you is mold spray instead of treating the problem like a safety and welfare matter they just brush off matters under the rug and expect you to pay your rent in a timely matter when they don’t handle issues in a timely manner.

Do not move here, management is rude and nothing gets done. Call to get a work orders put in and get a lease violation. Absolutely disgusted with my choice for living here. If you want quite neighbors and a place to raise kids GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this is not that place!!!!!

This people is very money hungry and they fine you for everything... They ride around in their cars around park looking for reason to fine you... They dont fix nothing... They are very very prejudices towards the AA community... They also cant stand Mexican Americans as well... You will see that if you move here... You cant be away from your home more than three days without notify them first or they will say you abandoned you lease agreement... You have no room for mistakes here... You dogs are not even allowed by they self even if you do have a fence by they self not even Tied up...they have one set of trash can at the front if the park and refuse to put one in the back so people have to actually put their trash in the car to take it to the trash...lord for bid if you dont have a car...like most of our senior citizens here...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...You will definitely regret it I promise you... I hate I didnt listen to the reviews to this date

When we moved in we thought we were getting a nice mobile home. Come to find out they cover up alot of stuff just to get people to move in. We opted for lease to own. Bad idea!! Initial repairs were never completed then after the first 90 days they decline doing any repairs as you own it. Nor would they repair the poor workmanship by thier maintenance man or the flooring that was poorly done by a sub contractor. Thats just the tip of the iceberg.Then there is the property itself which is half ass maintained. There are so many potholes its ridiculous. The wear and tear on your vehicle is just sickening. The mailboxes are owned by the park so Ive been waiting almost 2 years to have the door replaced. So I also pay for a po box so I can securely receive my mail. The number of ferrel cats is insane and the just continue to breed amongst each other. Many of the parking spaces are grass or gravel, so when it rains, youre getting in and out through mud. In addition there are park rules that even thier out maintenance man doesnt follow.Yes, I still live here:1. Im divorced now and the rent is cheap2. Im in a lot at the very back and its quiet3. I really dont want the hassle of moving again4. Ive halfway paid for the mobile homeThis could be a really nice little community but I guess they just dont care. Ive made suggestions and I do what I can to keep my mobile home up. Its quite embarrassing though to have your family and friends have to drive through such a run down trashy looking place to get to the nice home that Ive made.

Took them a month to fix the toilet. When we mentioned a moldy smell under the kitchen and bathroom sink they GAVE US something to do it ourselves with. When we were supposed to set up payment arrangements NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE the day we were told to come by and make the payment a d sign papers. They dont listen to complaints about other tenants dogs running around and attacking people. Nor do they stop them from letting other dogs use the bathroom in your yard which in return you have to clean up.

I only go to this area to pick up my little cousins but never will I ever ever live in that area the landlord should be sued in the health department really needs to go investigate that area. Please dont let the name fool you, that place is the true definition of trailer trash.
