These are privately owned mobile homes. The lots are rented out. There is free cable with wifi and the majority of the water is also included in the lot rent. it is close to the schools and park. Its also close to stores.

Great place to raise a family.

The manager that runs this park (jo) has been running this park most all of my life and has always been very rude and judgemental for as long as I can remember. She is very unorganized and unprofessional... The owner is awesome and if she only knew the way jo handled things she would never go for it...

Its a ancient mobile home park but cozy lil place.

Love it. Follow the rules and pay your rent and youll never see or hear from the staff. Has its short comings but what place doesnt?
