Move here and you will see for yourself.Its a mobile home park. Why are we being charged for petty things.over charging for water, overcharged for lot rent as a owner I pay as much as a brand new trailer. Been here 5 + years seen plenty office management come and go . Your best bet save your money and buy a house. You will be paying a lifetime for these trailer old or new.

I live in this place, its not as good as they say, we had a pool then they took that away. Raise my rent told me they planned it all during a pandemic.Little to say dont come this way. You wont like it you might want to stand fight it! The others Im sure they feel this way.

I toured the community and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.I will be returning with my application for sure! After looking at other properties, this one had the full package! The grounds were clean, the homes are beautiful, and the staff is excellent! Making my decision easier. I would recommend for anyone looking for a home to visit and see why I pick Indian Trail Mobile Home Park!

I love how friendly the front office is. Also A kid friendly environment.

Avoid this trap at all costs, they would rather have 1 maintenance person handle the entire park, and ask for VOLUNTEERS to fix there issues than hire more maintenance. The residents here have been FAR TOO PATIENT.HIRE MORE MAINTENANCENO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE ASKED TO VOLUNTEER FOR YOUR SHORTCOMINGS

I have recently visited this property as I have been looking to relocate to the area. The few times I have driven the property it seems to be quiet and well kept. I made an appt with the manager and she was very sweet and helpful. I look forward to calling this place my home. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for your new home!

Awesome friendly staff, been there for almost a year already and from day one it’s been a wonderful place to live and raise my kids. It’s quiet and peaceful, good neighbors. Currently getting ready to close on the purchase of our home. Thank you Suzy for all your help. I recommend this community highly, if your in search of a great place to live. If you have kids it’s safe and schools are close by, so is everything else.

I was disappointed to learn that Mr. Fisher is no longer an employee of Indian Trail Estates. His customer service and willingness to help in every aspect of my process made it such a smooth transition and reassured me that I would be able to recommend friends and family to the community knowing someone like himself would be there assisting them. I witnessed his loyalty to the community by walking the grounds and assistance with neighbors throughout the community made me feel secure that I was in the right environment for me and my children. I can only hope whoever is to fill the position is aware of the very high standards that will need to be maintained on a daily basis from customer service to daily estate affairs.

I been here since 1994 n its a great place to call home. Many things have changed over the years but not everything stays the same. Good ppl to be around, neighborhood is quiet but this park will improve over time. This place is home for me....

CPS Trap! Management has had them come into the park to watch families. I know! They call it kid friendly, but you can not even have a kids bike in the front yard. Be warned! Their crooked! They want you to pay on time, but yet cant fix anything on time

Wonderful CommunityI have managed this community for 4 years and every year we get better and better. We have made many big improvements and have repaired the park in many ways. We have community events throughout the year and had the best National Night Out events for the last 3 years. We offer the Summer Meal Program and have free library books for all the kiddos and adults in the community. We have an amazing group of home owners and renters and they all look out for each other, help each other and are there when anything is needed. We give out breakfasts and have had several pizza dinners. There are drugs and crime everywhere but the difference in us is that we do everything we can with the resources we have to offer our residents a safe and clean community to raise their children or just enjoy life. We would love to meet with anyone and discuss the issues and offer them a different look at our community- Love The Management.

I have lived here for 2 yrs now! I have no complaints!! I live here with my kids and grandkids We feel safe here .I never witness criminal activities .Its a quit community and everyone is friendly .We are close to schools parks, stores, chil d care facilities even the lake is down road .we do have a well maintained pool ! Staff provides breakfast and lunch program for youth during summer and community activitys through out the year !!

Nobody perfect and they do get a little busy the maintence men but the manager amanda ramon is the best i have 4 girls and lived her 6 years and they have be very helpful and flexible with rent wise and its very peaceful and a great place they do do criminal checks and background checks on renters and buyers....the new owners have done so much so far thanks to them my girl have haircuts and school supplies for school...thank youll for making this place not just a place to stay but a place we can call HOME...

The best Maintenance crew in Texas!

I lived here for years and over time it has changed owners 3 times. Each worse than the last. There is an abundence of Racoons and Cats, 100s can be seen at any point in the day. They expect 800 to rent a trailer despite the fact their roads can hardly be driven on and there are exposed sewage pipes too. It disguests me how greedy these people are and how much they expect from new renters. Bad place to raise a family perfect spot if youre trying to be a drug dealer..

Upper class ghetto

Need more Improvement and more knowledge.

When the neighbors shoot up on the porch in front of the kids that are running around, its time to find a new place to live. Cant wait to get my grand kids out of that ghetto place. Stay clear of the back stretch by the dumpsters. Cant miss it, just look for all the stray cats and their rats. Dont buy a place because they use untrained laborers (to restore a piece of trash consisting of 4 walls, floor and roof...You hope) that use 2nd hand materials. Within six months the compressor had to be replaced, holes is walls and floors reappear (shoddy work) and bathrooms completely dissolve. But Im sure they are nice ppl, they just dont care about anything but money and appearances.

Under handed people, I moved in with a broken window and they said they would fix it within a week and they never did in a years time frame, they will say something is no big deal but kick you out later after they get their rent. they also they charge too much for mediocrity. I would never recommend this trailer park to anyone!
