Too much to list here. BTW contacting owner/management company is a waste of time as well. They never return calls or fix issues. The laws this place breaks on a weekly basis is astounding.

Lived here going on 11years,love it here. Managers are very sweet.The maintenance people if you have a problem they get right to it its a great place to raise your children here they do all kinds of activities for the children and for the community.

I went in looking for a 3 bedroom mobile home, because the park looks very clean and maintained and Ive heard great things about the park being really safe and doing a lot of activities and getting kids and families involved. The lady in the office was extremely sweet and helpful even though they didnt have any 3 bedrooms available. She gave me business cards to the other parks her company owns. The lady at Lakewood was also sweet and helpful, but Lakewood looked really dirty and the roads were horrible. Then no one was ever in the office at Southern Hills and when the lady answered the phone she was more than just rude. I really wish Big Oaks wouldve had a 3 bedroom available, and will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

At the very least they could enforce better rules so it wouldnt look so bad. It is not nearly as bad as 305 Amy.

They do a background check before you can move in. Knew this was going to be a great place to live seeing all the kids playing outside. If it was a bad place, I doubt parents would let such young kids (-10 years old) play outside so much. I love this place ️️️️.

I love living here. Its quiet. Neighbors are friendly and look out for each other.

Very peaceful park

I currently am buying a home from this park. I have lived here going on 8 years now. I love this place. Where I am at is quiet and not a lot of traffic. I do have to say it does get loud because of the traffic on Veterans Memorial BLVD on Friday and Saturday depending on the bar crowds. The pool is nice in the summer and I love the fact that there is a covered bus stop for the kids and the community watches out for the kids at the bus stop for pick ups and drop offs. Downside a lot of stray cats.

A friend of mine just moved here. A little cramped in, I think. But good God its soooooo quiet. The folks who live there are like church mice.

The manager here is awesome. She will go above and beyond to help you out. Love this place.

Safe Family friendly community. Staff is absolutely amazing and extremely professional, always willing to help resolve any issues ad quickly as possible. I have never had any problems in the 4yrs Ive been a resident!

I lived her back in the mid 90s. It was a great place to live then and it still is. I left for several years and ended right back here. Its just got better over the years. David McDonald is the 4th manager I have dealt with the 2 times that I have lived here. Him and his assistant Jennifer Hemingway are great. They make it a great place to live. This time around I bought my home so I am here to stay. Big Oaks is a family oriented community where we all try to work together with David & Jennifer to keep it a safe place to live. We have lots of activities for the kids and families. We try to look out for each other. David & Jennifer are always more than willing to try and help any tenant with anything even if its not their responsibility. They go above and beyond alot and lots of times it seems like they work 24/7 and cant have a personal life. Only complaint I have is lot rent going up every year and thats not because of David & Jennifer. Thats at a corporate level. Some of us that plan on being here for the rest of our lives cant afford that.

I live in Big Oaks Estates they are very nice people Jenny and David very professional people we will be here for a long time thank you guys for everything. Alicia and Faith.

Its nice and everyone is very respectful of each others property and space.

Its quiet in the back where I live and the children are very helpful its a great community to live in
