We really loved the trails here. The kids especially loved going down into the creek. Beautiful area!

Very nice paved trail. Takes you up to the bat caves. There is also a unpaved trail that takes you above the caves and has nice views. I will definitely be back to enjoy another day.

5 star walk and I do a lot of walking. We took a weird turn and saw a bunch of large caves. Much more interesting than your typical city trail.

Visited family in missouri and they took me on a very cool hike here. Loved seeing a reserved space for the bat population!

This place was fantastic! There was another trail that branches off of the paved trail that leads to all of these incredible caves and beautiful overlooks.

What a great place to hike. I loved getting off the beaten path. The signage is pretty good up there too, make sure you check out the map before you go though.

Great park with nice hiking trails, bat caves, stony bluffs, meadows and pond. very scenic and very well up kept. Paved and unpaved hiking trails. Has few different hiking trails, only down side is trails are not well marked and the available maps font show much details. You just have to go and explore the trails, 2 nd time much easier.I went back a few time to checkout the unpaved hiking trails. There is much more than on the map. Other than the pirates ridge, there is also a Robinson trail, Cemetery trail, unmarked trail and a trail that goes to the amphitheater. Unfortunately can not find a trail map anywhere, even asked the Hannibal info center. Maybe the Hannibal park district will come up a updated map.

Beautiful Very well maintained Great parking areas on beginning of each side of the Ely Road along bear creek side of the Walking& Hiking/Biking or Jogging Tree enclosed inside of nature itself trails you would like to watch and enjoy nature and great place for family outings kids loved it. You have Waste areas.. Newer and more bigger very sanitary Porter Potties with wash stations and lots of sitting benches for rest and picnicking..

Great place to walk, run, hike

I loved the trail my pup buddy and i could spend hours there ( if we had a way to keep our energy up that is) but we generally walk there for about an hour every three or four days.

Nice little natural area just ouside the city. Easy to get to. Just get to nature. Real refreshing.

Only saw 7 bats. It was disappointing especially when all the mosquitoes kept coming after me.
