Its hard to imagine theres a better park district out there..... absolutely no disrespect to all the other great ones.

We were in the area for our sons graduation from Navy RTC, and I wanted a pretty spot to snap some pictures of him in his uniform. We decided we would go here. It was a pretty little park, it was nice and spread out so we were able to find some areas not crowded to take some pictures. They also had a little pond there with a fountain that worked out well. I would have added some pics, but since they are more of my family and not the park I decided against it. Next time I am in the area I will grab a pic of the actual park.

This park has equipment for younger kids (1-4 years) and older kids (5+), which is really nice for families with multiple kids. There is a lot of shade, but that also means there are a lot of bugs.

Beautiful well-kept area

Nice place to walk dogs, especially little trail through woods. Weve seen chipmunks n squirrels n deer, so dogs love it. But not in summertime when the kids from the day camp are running about and screaming so loud, you dont see any animals.

Specifically reviewing the outdoor aquatic center. They have plenty of room/chairs with shade, nice grass to lay out on. They have lots of shallow areas and a slide for little kids. They have fun slides for the older kids. The staff is nice and professional.

Hidden in the back of a subdivision in the edge of the woods. The park has been refurbished with all new hardware and bathrooms. They have picnic tables so outside lunches are fun. The kids had a blast.

Great clean park. Many soccer fields to play in, also two basketball courts, and a tennis court. Theres a hiking trail around the park, as well as a kiddie park and such. Next to it theres a large aquatic center as well as a gym.

The numbers and time details and the bottom is very tiny hard to read
