Ive been too many mobile condo facilities and this is one of the finest facilities Ive ever had the pleasure of going into. There were a few Pawns and very nice people.

There is a lot of people who think just because u live in a trailer it means you have to act ghetto and sell drugs like Shanna Cates! but besides her and few other people the place is actually really nice! lets just hope management can get their stuff together and get the trash out of there before it gets any worse.

A great place to live. The grounds are kept well. The ground keeper, owners, and workers are exceptional.

Not too much you can say about a mobile home park. Biggest thing is keeping everyones lot neat. See some houses that need some attention.

Owner is very rude. Rules only apply to some not all. Had a leak in my rental since beginning of this year above the light I the bedroom. Big fire risk and weve notified her several times. Park is clean, thats one plus.

Boyfriend and i just bought mobile home here. fell in love with the peacefulness. really hoping we call it home for a very long time.
