Love this place! Its home and feels like home. Rules are set for a reason out here. Just like laws I guess, working on getting our ratings back up. Its a beautiful place.

Rumor is they rather not rent to young families, not sure if it is true. I have friend who have lived there for years and i know other people i have helped with outreach.

This mobile home park is very nice. The managers are awesome! With our business we visit this place often. They keep it very nice

This mobile home court has the potential to be really nice. There are a lot of nice families that live there. Its the few bad ones that ruin things. The new owners are looking to make improvements.

They took my my money for the background check and said its on hold, The people who run this place are very rude, I paid the application fee of 25.00 and when I called to see if I was approved ti move in I was told yes but was on hold for the place I wanted so moved in with my brother in his trailer and they showed up and acted like they never met me and I had to move again..I do not recommend this place until they get new management

Honestly dont move there its bad new every way around. All your fears all it one place especially if you have children!!!

Got family that stays there

Im not sure how to rate a trailer park. My grandparents live there. Lots of action always going on. Police in and out, ambulances in and out. Some trailers are not well maintained. There are good people that love out there. They are just hidden by the junk.As for management, they have never had any issues. People just think they can do as they please and get upset when they are told no. Unfortunately they dont understand that while they may own the trailer, they rent the land it sits on.

Its calm,peaceful,quiet 95% of the time and its the country to like it a lot

Just added a water bill and trash bill that was previously included. Owned by nonohioians that just want money.

A friend wanted to buy the trailer next to him I was going to buy his so it would not be empty I turned in my money to have them check me out to see if I was worthy of living there the deal for the trailer fell through for my friend they called me to tell me they didnt send my application in yet because they were waiting to see if I was going to take the other house before they had me checked out but still tells me I have to wait 6 months to get my application fee back even though they never sent it in or had me checked but I will be back there in 6 months well lets just say 4 months to get my money back and somebody better have it

Nice clean place not alit dalapadated hones sitting around witch is nice to see .pretty country setting with trees and there Rentals are well kept.From what I hear there very nice people.

Its a quiet trailer park, right on the outskirts of Greenville city limits. I wouldnt live there, because I dont like trailers lol. But if you do it seems like a nice place.

Horrible management!!!! The old man has been caught staring in windows and they refuse to fix anything!!!!

Why cant my children ride thier bikes or fly kites in the front grassy area this is not a child friendly park they took out je play ground and the kids can only play between he trailers or the landlord gets upset management is always grumpy and pretty much dislike children from what i have srrn

It was well kept and the mobile homes were well maintained

Parts of it are nice and other parts are kinda run down with old trailers

Management takes no control over important issues facing the park but chooses to waste energy on menial issues

Lived there back in the day. Seems like its on the lower end of the trailer courts these days.
