I ve lived at Sunbelt for 31 years. Very Neat and clean. The management is very good. Yes if you are looking for a good home,this is the place.

A lot of the trailers are not up to date and the landlord or owner of the park dont seem to care. Not just not up to date but dangerous.

Looked clean & well maintained for a LARGE mobile home park.

I have been living here for about 8 years now and its a nice place to live at but the rent goes up 5 dollars every year or so. This year it went up 10 dollars I think. I have a big porch where we USED have a table and chairs that we used for when having a cook out but they told us to remove them because they didnt like how they looked.

I have been living in sunbelt 9 years it is a very pleasant place to live. The manager melina is a sweetheart . She makes sure all of the tenants are satisfied. Shes always doing little stuff for the neighborhood and the children of the park. Love living in sunbelt. Our neighborhood is always clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work sunbelt.

Nice mobile home neighborhood, they put a lot of effort on keeping it looking neat

It is a nice place to live the management is awesome. Melina is a great manager she makes sure that the park stays clean and peaceful. I would not want to live anywhere else.

I have lived in this park for 23 years..Its well maintained, well rounded in people that live here,. For a park this large very little crime..Schools and Businesses close by for everyones convenience., even colleges from Tech Schools, Furman University, Clemson, Bob Jones University...Youre close to every thing..I invite you to come and join us at Sunbelt!

Management not active in keeping park beautiful only in passing your home.
