The roads needs fixing big pot size of a round big table mold in almost all the trailer this place needs to be out of business

To many rules, you cant talk a crowd of people with out the management saying its gang related,no swimming pools,no outside water fosite, just plain rude

Require your rent payments on time... Late fees assessed and NOTHING is fixed on time. Maintenance screws up everything. See photos for further info..

They never fix anything and when your lease is up they try and make you resign a lease even though you dont want too and just wanna live month to month theyll try and make you pay double the rent and all the trailers are really raggedly.
