We absolutely love Captains Walk Winery and its always a must-stop in Green Bay! We stopped in this past weekend and enjoyed a flight and bought a growler of their cider! The service is always exceptional and their variety of wines can definitely cater to everyone! We cant wait to visit again!!

My wife and I love this winery! They have a great wine selection and we also love their ciders. We recently purchased the seasonal raspberry peach cider and the bourbon cider. They are both excellent!

Very cute place with friendly staff and tasty wine. Their tasting is very reasonably priced, and their bottles are reasonable to moderately expensive (at least for our budget). They also have a cheese cooler with local cheeses and some crackers so that you can do a cheese board with your glass of wine. If you are in Green Bay, it is definitely worth stopping by.

I love Captains Walk. Really good 2in3 from Port wine sweet to super dry. There is a talented vintner and knowledgeable support staff behind this operation.

We went for a wine tasting. The wine they served us was mediocre at best. It would be nice to be able to choose which wines you want to sample, but they bring you a prefixed sampling menu instead. Also, we ordered a cheese platter to go with our wine. The cheese was moldy, and no compensation was offered. Not a good experience. Wont be back.

I dont know wine, but it was delicious. Megan was amazing, so props to her! Will recommend to others and definitely be excited to drink the bottles we got.

I was there for the sangria Saturday. Oh it was delightful. I loved it so much I had to buy some for my vacation the following week. Question is sangria on the regular menu or only at special times because I would love for a refill

Went with friends to a wine tasting party. Bartender was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I forget that ladies name that waited on our group but she was very kind and turned it into a wonderful event. After our tasting we went upstairs to a private room with 2 bottles of wine of our choice for nice conversation. The room was very comfortable and also we got a instant discount on any purchases made that day. Prices for the wines are extremely reasonable.

Wow!!! I cant believe we waited so long to come here. Usually we like to venture out of Green Bay for wine tasting but I could kick myself now. Barb was amazing. Every wine we tried was amazing. I cant wait to come back. I appreciate this place so much more now. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lee and Amanda were great. Both were very knowledgeable in their wine and winery history. Both went above normal service with fun facts about their wine and ways to drink it. What was planned as a quick stop turned into a very fun afternoon with glasses of wine on their front patio.

Captain’s Walk is a true first rate winery (not like the touristy wineries you’ll find in Door County). And if you’re thinking, “there are no fine grapes grown in Wisconsin”, well, they source much of their grapes from the west coast (premier grape growing areas like the Columbia Valley). So the juice they start with is first rate.Being a small winery, they put passion into each barrel (I’ve listened to their chief winemaker enthusiastically talk about winemaking and noted this first hand)! The awards they’ve won attest to their success.The low price of tastings at Captain’s Walk is unlikely to last since similar west coast wineries charge upwards of $20. Don’t opt for the basic tasting, spend the extra few dollars and sample every wine on the right-most page (they will let you “revisit” wines if you are polite).Although they do produce a fair number of “every day wines”, they have some real winners worth the price.(8/2020) If you can find the 2012 Sangiovese, GET IT!!! I just opened my last bottle - 98 points; a true classic! Pay what it takes, you wont regret it (this is what money is for).

I always feel welcome here! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Emily is probably my favorite ;) even before we became members.The members club is probably my favorite part of Captains Walk The people we meet, the friendships we build, the foods we get to try, and the wines we take home are only the benefits of being members. Otherwise its still one of the best wineries in North East Wisconsin.

This place is super cute ! I shouldve took more pictures but the staff (I dont even want to call them that) were super nice and helpful.I did the $5 wine tasting and fell in love with the Wisconsin Maple Brown Cider .... its delicious now my favorite angry orchard has competition :-)

The atomsphere is inviting and the employees friendly. Where else can you sample 7 wines for three bucks? They have a great room upstairs you can use if you purchase two bottles of wine. Have a few friends you want to spend some time with? Give them a call to reserve the room and have your friends meet here. Overall, their Captains White is a fantastic wine which has become a staple in our home; two bottles a month.My wife and I love to show people what the place is all about, and you will too.

Im not much of a wine drinker but, the staff was very helpful. If you enjoy cider I strongly recommend you try the Door Country Red - you wont be disappointed. A nice friendly place to enjoy a lazy bottle of wine (or cider).

It isnt accommodateing for handicap patrons, especially using a walker. As soon as I entered I thought I shouldnt be here.My recommendation is to to replace the plastic mat in the entrance with a smoother finish. The walker got caught and I fell. I didnt get hurt but am very sore. I thought the wine tasting and pizza was very good.

Great wine tasting business. The staff is amazing and highly knowledgeable about their trade. The environment is awesome, clean and a historical landmark. The lounge rooms are a great atmosphere and reasonably priced. All and all, this is a great place to host a small intimate event.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here for our sons wedding. What a wonderful evening with a delicious meal they had prepared for us. The setting was charming, everyone felt welcome, and PJ and his staff went out of their way to make for a very memorable evening! Would highly recommend this wonderful place and their outstanding wine!!

Visited the winery and not only do they have an amazing location, wine, and cider, but their staff is also very friendly and helpful. Cindy and Ben were very accommodating and knowledgeable. We found our visit very pleasant and tasty.

Fun place to do a tasting with a group. After one group tasting, we hung out in one of the upstairs rooms with some bottles and hors doeuvres. One of the staff came up and told us stories about the history of the winery and the building. The place has a ton of character. Love many of the wines. Pricing is decent. And they make some tasty ciders!
