I got lucky and arrived in between groups so I got the track to myself and was able to go full speed the whole time with no regard for the lanes. The employees were friendly and the go cart was descent and clean. The only reason I didnt give it a five is the small size of the track.

The staff was very friendly and the go karts are very reliable no fumes. Nice place to spend a couple hours with family.

Awesome experience. Tons of fun. One recommendation is to allow people who pay for unlimited go to the front of the line.

Fun course for all ages, we had a great time visiting here when we went to Bay Beach.

My husband, daughter and I came on a Sunday (before Memorial Day ) and we had a great time! We didnt have to wait long at all, and my daughter and husband had a blast driving the go carts, we definitely will be coming back this summer!

This was an ok place for the first ride .. but after riding I got off and had bleach all over my clothing, I will not recommend this place to anyone, instead of cleaning with proper disinfectant they are using bleach on there cushioned go karts and are not letting it known, no manager on duty to handle situation like this properly

If you are going with smaller children, be prepared to pay the same fee for them to ride passenger. Fun place to go but I’d rather go to the go kart track in door county, the karts are faster and pricing is more reasonable.

The service was great. The lines were really short and the employees were polite. Would recommend it. Definitely will go again. It could lower prices, but otherwise great place.

The service was good and we got to start racing in no time. Its a little pricey but good for some family fun. The have single and double karts for people who want to do ride-alongs. The karts are a little slower than we would have liked but were still fun.

Despite the high prices or the long wait, Id say it was totally worth it, sure there some things that need to be fixed, but hey, its better than nothing at all

Prices are very high, $7.25 / round, compared to the great value across the street. You must use their cheap rubber putters unless you happen to own your own junky rubber putters. Look, it doesnt look bad from the outside, but the holes are built rather shoddily and therefore it is more of a luck course rather than skill. They are happy to welcome people who park at the Bay Beach Park and play their course, but will tow anyone who parks in their small lot and doesnt spend all of their time here.

Had so much fun here! I dont understand the bad reviews. We had a great time. Everyone was nice. We were just close by and decided to give it a try and we will be back. One of the most fun tracks weve done and we usually hit these on every road trip we take.

Small arena but fun to ride cars. Well maintained but only open in summer.

Pretty expensive to go on races. Can not use Bay Beach tickets there. Always seems to be really dead all the time. I think they fixed the sign, but it looked funny. There is mini golf there, bumper boats, and batting cages. But all have to be payed separately from each other.

New owners are very nice and friendly the last one was kinda a racist creep, gathered from my first few impressions of him. Definitely would consider going go karting, but not the mini golf or anything else for its a rip off. In general just stay by the go karts! Also the ice creams really good 10/10 add to all that the monsters cheapish!

Katle Park mini-golf is located a short distance from Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay. Although it doesnt have any windmills, mooing cows, swinging logs or pirate ships, its quite well kept up and offers a fun family opportunity. Its generally not very busy on weekdays, but I cant speak to what its like on weekends. Co-located are paintball, bumper boats and batting cages. And, of course, Bay Beach is just a block away and it offers lots of reasonably priced rides for kids, including some fun, old fashioned roller coasters.

Dont bother with the karts. Some go 30mph, some dont even start and you have to miss a lap while they start it, and some go only 10mph. I got absolutely ripped off.

While playing the claw game, and waiting out the rain, we were approached by the manger. She told us that it was ok if we were in there as long as we werent just loitering until the rain stopped. (Which would be waiting for the rain to stop, to sped more my there) Then proceeded to inform us that their are cameras in place, just so we know. Our party included myself, my wife and son.Also accompanied by my friends who are a husband and wife, both Navy veterans and their two small children. We will never return nor did we stay. Thanks for the experience. Stay at Bay beach park, it is very nice there.

No handicap entrance. Many many stairs.Path walks too narrow for wheelchair.Cant bring your own putter. No matter how crippled you are.Boycott this place until they can serve all equally.

Horrible experience! Drove all the way there from Neenah for the bumper boats, mini golf and go karts and they ONLY accept cash - no credit or debit...and the ONLY ATM they have is out of order...dont waste time going to a venue that doesnt value their customers enough to give them options to pay to enjoy their facilities.

The bumper boats were fun but outdated, one of the bumper boats we were using stopped running in the middle of our time using them. The mini-golf course had a lot of bees and my mom is terribly allergic to bees, when we asked for a refund because she didnt feel comfortable golfing there, we were told they didnt do refunds when you leave for your own reasons even though we were only on hole #2. We wont be returning there due to horrible customer service.

Not impressed. While the track is nice and smooth its quite short and the karts are slow even by standard family park standards. Ride was over quickly. Compared to other tracks like the ones near Eagle River, Wi, I thought it was expensive for the amount of time and the lackluster karts.

They said they where open till 9 but they said they close when bay beach does I think they do that so when people leave bay beach the kid are sad so they take them there but it is a disappointment . It is also very expensive for the amount of time you get. I think if you want to have a good time dont go there

Some crabby employee kept yelling at the kids for just playing freaking mini golf. NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!! Had to pay for walk alongs. Not at all kept up, really gross to be honest. Bay Beach is 100% better. Do not plan on visiting Kastle Park unless you want to have a horrible time. This course may look good from the road but be warned you WILL have a bad opinion when you leave. The owner and the employees think they own you. PLEASE do not vist this sad excuse for a park.

The two blonde girls working mini golf were incredibly rude and I will not be back because of them. It was only 8:25 and they wanted to refuse service to us because they closed at 9. Now I understand that they may be tired from working a seasonal minimal wage job, but I have worked customer service all my life and would never act the way those two young ladies treated us. They proceeded to roll their eyes and rudely tell us that if we did not finish by 9, we would be kicked out. If you are open till 9, then you should service till 9. Please reconsider your management because it seems Im not the only one encountering these rude employees this season. Thank you.

The staff at the facility turned us away from the mini golf course. The staff member informed us by telling us We will be closing at about 4 due to the rain (it was simply sprinkling). It takes about 45 minutes to a hour to complete the course. We then asked if we could get a partial refund for if they kicked us out before we finished our course and they told us, No sorry, we can not do that unless it is a complete downpoor. We took a second to think about it and figured it was not worth it. We later drove by the mini golf course at 5 and the course was still open with many people playing inside. I would like to inform that the staff should not be turning away paying people if they are not commited to their actions. Me being a manager at a pool this upsets me greatly. Thanks for turning me away for nothing.

Came here with my daughter today and my cart sucked so bad they had to PUSH it to make it up the hill, it’s pretty sad that a cart with 2 people can lap you 2 times cause it’s so slow in a single cart not worth the $$ . My daughter was in the cart in front of me and I could plainly see the drive belt on her cart was ready to go it’s was in shreds..

I think that Kastle Carts is just as fun as Bay Beach for those of you guys that wrote the bad reviews about Kastle Carts have been screwing around pretending like Go- Carts are bumper cars and there really are not designed for that and they run just fine as well.

Horrible ! Lady named Patty was so rude! Closed at 6pm and my family was told the arcade was closed at 4 (while they were in there playing)- when they went to walk up to the mini golf she told them dont bother, just leave. This was a terrible waste of money- I called when they got home and spoke to someone that confirmed they closed at 6- said I could call Bay Beach to complain.
