Nice place have stuff for kids to play on right on the water so you can fish the only problem with this place os no dogs allowed

This is by far my favorite park its got a swimming area.. play ground and areas to grill... No big crowds .. trails and fishing dock taking this a one stop shot for the whole family

Great park with swim area, a few trails to walk on, a large playground, 3 large pavilions and multiple picnic tables with grills.

I really it there. There is plenty of space for my kids to run and play and the park is well kept. The bathrooms need better lighting though.

We have rented a pavilion at pottowatomi park many times. We have had a great family time every single time. Young and older family members all enjoy it out there.

My family and I LOVE Pottawattomie Park and have for many years!! Great area for gatherings and cooking, the park is very nice, and it is a Great spot for swimming!!!

Pretty park with lovely view of the water. Unfortunately, the shoreline is steadily climbing up and up... its already taken over the sidewalk closest to it, as well as the dock (;>

Love this park. Very few tourists know about this park so it is mostly locals. Lots of trees and shaded areas plus shallow water for the kids to play in. Nice playground although the kids complain about the sand getting to hot on very hot days.

We discovered this place nice for picnicing. The water gets deep to fast for little children.

Ive been coming here since childhood. Nice pavilion. Has grills. Nice play area for the kids. Quite and peaceful.

Gorgeous park. Great little soccer field with youth goals (6 by 18 or so). Nice pavilions for grilling and eating. Bring horseshoes. Nice structures for little ones Id say good for ages 2 - 6. Walk down on get your feet wet in the bayou

Great place for family and church get-to-gethers. Two gazebos with picnic tables (please, reserve), kayak launch, dock for fishing, shallow spot for wading, great views and nice walking trails. I always have fun when Im here.

Boardwalk needs some care but the place was clean and has alot to offer all ages. Enjoyed it very much

Clean park with a boat launch. There is also a grassy area with 2 steps to the water which is great for stand up paddle boards or kayaks.

Waters always warm. Can bike, walk, swim, playground. Kids love it

This is a great park for kayaking, fishing, and canoeing. The childrens playground is really nicely maintained and theres no fee to enter. My only objection is that if you rent one of the little Pavilions it cost $50 plus another $50 deposit. The fee is lower if you are a Township resident which makes no sense because we City of Grand Haven people are taxpayers to Grand Haven just like Township people.

Nice park for families. Not a lot of walkways. Very nice playground and dock to enjoy the water. Usually a very quiet park.

Great park to go to and maintained very well. The downside is that they do not allow dogs in the park. Not even on leashes so it was aBummer to not participate in my families reunion.

Beautiful park and lake. They have a small area that is good for launching kayaks and paddle boards. I would highly recommend this park.

Always have loved this park even since I was a kid, perfect place for a summer night for music in the park!

But I grew up in the area it has changed alot nothing like when i was a kid.

Great park reasonable rates for renting a pavillion lots of grills ...very clean.. right on the water

3 pavilions, public restrooms, a sandy play area with a jungle gym, long green grass strip leading to the dock and beach where boats and swimmers play.NO DOGS ALLOWED.There is also a soccer field at the entrance that is separated from the rest of the park.Since its on an inland boyou, its usually warmer than the river or big lake.

Small park but has 2 playgrounds, a soccor field, picnic area, area to swim in, kayak/canoe (no rental area), and an area people like to fish from. For those that Pokemon Go, there are 2 pokestops and a gym.Unfortunately, this park does not allow dogs.

Spent part of the day there fishing. Wish the bathrooms would have been open.
