Home is lovely. That is it. Was told home would be handicap accessible. Never happened. How to put a security alarm on. Had 2 break ins.

I live here and i love it so far. Clean quiet and family filled community.

I absolutely love living here. Any issues I have, the management fixes it fast like in an hour. All staff is just so kind and warm.

New homes nice neighbors; looking tidy. The new fountain is lovely. New Clayton homes are made right in Wakarusa. Roads are newly paved. Uptight on keeping lots in good order; dont junk it up!

People are friendly and respectful. Clean establishment and fair rules.
