Been here for 10 years I think if ur finding a new calm place to be I recommend broadmore
Nice place to live, better place for kids in school at Jefferson elementary
This community is absolutely great. The staff at Broadmore really do care about keeping the property very clean and providing a family friendly and safe environment. Clean streets, grass and weeds are always maintained, as well as the pool and park area. The maintenance are very quick to finish work orders as they come in, and call in contractors for specific jobs like electrical work.. The cost of living is very reasonable and water, sewer, and trash are free. If your looking for a affordable clean family friendly environent I would highly suggest looking into Broadmore estates.
Lived there for 5 years. Good management, they left us alone but we always followed the rules
10/5/17 For 2 weeks now the AC system has been broken and the system and home is only 1 year old. The AC system has a leak and was never fixed correctly the first time back in May 2017. The problem was reported to your maintenance man and nothing has been done. My grand children and my daughters live at 562 Broadmore. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!07/03/18 still not fix right, what kind of AC repairman does Boardmore have that tells the renter to clean the condenser them self. Thats the reason why the rent is on time every month, so things can get fixed when they break!!!
Pre-moving out I wouldve given 4 stars!Keeping it simple-Pros:Good clean neighborhoods. Nice neighbors in my area. I stayed in the new section however.Nice big yardsKaren worked with me to get my husky dog in, as apparently it technically wasnt allowed.Comes with a shed.Maintenance kept roads plowed in a very timely manner during winter. And for the negative-Cons:I told the office no less than 4 times in the 2 years I rented here that a plug had blown out shortly after moving in. Each time they wrote it down for maintenance. It never got fixed.MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE. I know many reviews have said this and it is true. Good luck getting anything fixed that isnt something huge like AC or Heat. Im not even sure if they care about that either though.I moved out 10/31/16. I have yet as of 1/2/17 to receive my security deposit back. I had a deposit of $750 and get $300 back because they HAD to replace carpet in the front bedroom that had 2 dime sized spots in it? A 8x15 (guesstimate) room cost $400 to replace? It didnt need replaced IMHO. Regardless, I contacted Broadmore 11/26 to leave a voicemail about my security deposit and got no reply. No email, call. Nothing.Called again sometime around 12/20 and was told it had been mailed out. There was nothing they could do. I was told. Contacted corporate and got the same. It was sent out 11/29. 4 weeks later and still nothing. Corporate didnt reply to my email stating it ha been 4 weeks and I had to received it yet.Next con!The houses are J-U-N-K. Cheapest possibly made. The towel rack and toilet paper holders were screwed into the cheap crap they use as walls in these units and just fell out with no pressure put on them. You couldve breathed on them and they wouldve fallen out. The plug I mentioned shorting out shortly after moving in. Trim came unnailed all over the house. Counter top of you walked by and touched the corners would come off and chip. Dishwasher sucked. Furnace was loud as hell. Overall very dissatisfied with the house I rented considering it was $800 a month.DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE. DO. NOT. BUY. A. HOUSE. HERE. Unless you have tried and spoken with someone about buying an actual house and have no option I do not recommend it. They are incredibly overpriced for what you get. Junk. After reading all this and thinking I was a horrible tenant - youre wrong. I never received a complaint, I was never not one time late with rent, I kept my grass mowed and trimmed. Blinds kept in the same new condition as like when I got the place. Etc.Broadmore had no reason to screw me over with my security deposit and I wouldve recommended them before. Now I try to let everybody know about how awful this place really is. Avoid it and UMH Properties all together.
Its a nice clean housing area
Bad ass
Its quite here. But the homes are to close together.
Way too complicated to get in gave up after the 2nd stack of paperwork and still wasnt done
