Awful place, they dont seem to actually care about anything that matters but appearance so they bring in money. In my experience they dont like to take care of things right, offer solutions to problems THEY create (parking), and at least one of the office staff was routinely rude. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Also I just love having spinal nerve damage and a handicap plate but then expecting me to walk across half the park to where they make me leave my car under threat of being towed for to their inadequate parking. Its great when places love making things so much harder for disabled people.

Too big and alot of migrants some places not kept up

This place is terrible! The 2 yr old home we moved into was falling apart from day one. The carpet smelled like wet dog. The locking latch on the shed was broken. This and many more things were promised to be fixed before we even moved in. Nothing was done. EVER! 6 months of living there and I never once seen a maintenance man except the day a salesman came to my door. Maintenance came and ran them off. I fixed most things myself including installing a new digital thermostat since the other one wasnt working right. I put a new lock on the shed so I could lock it up. Weve had enough of this overpriced, under maintained community so we had to leave. Now they are taking me to court for 6 grand. I am a disabled army veteran. I could barely afford to stay there and now the heartless management wants to ruin me financially for their own shortcomings. They lied on the repairs list for the courts. They even lied on the advertisement for the same place we moved out of. Walk in closet? More like reach in closet! They are a fake, false, scheming money grubbing business that everyone needs to be wary of. Zero stars!

First night there my car was broken into and my computer was stolen within an hour. Cars speed through constantly. Management said they were installing more speed bumps but progress is very slow. Too much noise throughout the neighborhood at all hours. Fines are very sizable. They like to remind you that if you purchased an old mobile home that theyre looking for excuses to get it out of their park to replace it with a newer home. They will also fine you several times if youre late on rent, and charge you extra for having a pet, even if you own the home you live in.After living here a year i can tell you that this park should be your last option. Being homeless would be better than living here. Management is greedy, and frequently commits acts of fraud, they have accelerated evictions following the COVID-19 pandemic, almost 100% certain I witnessed one of the managers going through peoples mailboxes, another resident damaged my property and management refused to compensate me or even give any details about the individual. They lie about notices they post on your door, like when they left an attorney fee notice on my door but my security cameras easily proved that was false. They do not honor your lease, they do not provide any maintenance, they will drive through your yard with a golf cart and leave tracks in the mud and give you a fix it ticket.Honestly, DO NOT LIVE HERE

I would give them no stars if I could. Unfortunately you have to give them at least 1 star to write a review. This place is terrible, if you are looking to live here, dont. The owners and the employees are very rude. They are also very unreasonable. They demand so much from you, but do very little themselves.

If I could have done a negative five stars. This would be the place. They charge wayyy to much. Promised rent would go down but jumped over 100 dollars. Then you tell them something needs fixed but won’t fix it. Instead leave a warnings on your door for something completely random. Honest opinion, I wouldn’t recommend renting or owning a house here to my worst enemy.

There are always police because something sketchy is always going on, a lot of teenage fights, and there was a crime committed about a year ago.. a violent one

The neighbors are really close and super noisy. Complaints dont make a difference. You always get in trouble for small stupid things, and not to be racist, but the Mexicans seem to be favored and always get away with just about anything. At one point, someone had done an inspection and left a note on our bed telling us things we needed to fix. They didnt let us know they were coming and never asked if it was ok to do an inspection without us there. They charge way too much for the condition most of the homes are left in when they are rented out. When we applied for a lease break to move out of state, we had to forfeit our security deposit and pay almost 1500. That was supposed be half our savings for a down payment on a new house before the baby arrives. The whole move cost about 3000. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to stay at brookside unless youre mexican.

As a place brookside manor is zero problems. Great place and amazing office staff. But Fairmont homes are garbage. They fall apart before you can even move in Just straight up junk.dont buy. Just rent. . Brookside is cool they do charge alot I pay about 1100 a month

Very rude at time they like to brush you off and say they arnt responsible that it has to with corporate so many rules for poeple who are not thier friends or relatives cant wait for my contract to expire to move out

Currently living here. Management can be somewhat difficult to deal with at times but other than that it isnt a bad place to live. I like being on the outside of town with many businesses still close by. Its very quiet around here for the most part. People disobey the park speed limit a lot so if you have kids, take caution. The housing is nice and moderately priced. I have seen other people complaining the rent is too high but I have paid more for crappier places. If you cant afford rent here you might consider other housing options as I believe its very reasonable. Being late isnt recommended, they dont take it lightly.

Why do you tell people credit wont matter (Deanna specifically) then deny people because of credit. You guys need a reality check. Credit isnt an accurate representation of a persons monitary responsibility. You just missed out on the opportunity to have a great tenant.

I have lived here for 4 years and have had no problems with them. Of course we follow the rules such as keeping our yard mowed (some let their yards go), following the parking rules and other park rules. When the lease is signed it states what is and is not expected. Yes it even says there is a charge for the company to mow the yard. I did a walk through before I moved in and pointed out what was in need of repair and the manager and myself took pictures. So I guess if you follow the rules and pay your rent on time then it you would not have a negative rating.

Buyer and renter beware. The owning company of this park (sun homes) will screw you over in the end and do not honor there own written agreements. The managment rately knows whats going on. The maintenance is slow and shotty if they even show at all. Only rent or buy here if you enjoy throwing your money away.

Weve been here since March and are relatively happy. Our house is brand new, so there were several issues at first. Clogged drain, appliances not working, etc., but maintenance fixed everything very quickly. They even loaned us heaters when the furnace went out. As of right now, everything is great! They are LGBT friendly, so thats a plus. Our neighbors are quiet. Packages have been left on our porch and not stolen. We have the option to buy the house, but probably wont. Crime in the area seems to be getting worst. The only other complaints are the small driveway for our 4 bedroom place, the sidewalk runs next to the steps rather than in front of them, high rent and we had to deal with a rude office lady a couple times. But, the sales manager and regional manager are great! We split the rent and utilities amongst ourselves, so its not bad in our case. They are also very strict on the grass being mowed. Weeds were bad, but we sprayed weed killer. Sprayed for ants. Sometimes, its about working around things.BTW, I wish people would stop calling it a trailer park. Its modular homes, brought in on trucks and put together. Its a modular home community! Lol

Management there does not like to do anything about problems and likes to push them under the rug but other then that the community is very friendly.

The community overall and the trailers are nice. The problem lies in the management. If you have any maintenance issues, plan on waiting for a very long time to get the problem fixed. The front office will only hire cheap contractors.....meaning the work is usually not up to par and again you are forced to wait long periods of time because they will only use cheap contractors and keep the same ones very busy. They continue to add homes and can not even handle the current maintenance demands.My trailer was built in 2014 and I have had several issues that the front office took their sweet time on2 months for a garbage disposal......2 separate occasionsBoth showers have been replaced due to shoddy quality fixtures.I am still currently waiting on them to even come and take a look at my dishwasher. I made the request for it well over 3 weeks ago now.Sun homes clearly cares more about money as apposed to quality work within a reasonable time frame.

Terrible place to live . You get so many fees that are just un called for. They leave personal information hanging on your door even when you are home, you get in trouble and threatened for other peoples park jobs and even when you notify management nothing is done! They just dont cut people a break and Im sorry paying over 800$ a month for a trailer is just ridiculous! Not to mention the place is full of thieves ! Have had many things stolen from my house when we lived there and my car was broken into . Absolutely nothing was done about it. Wouldnt recommend to anyone !

Maintenance is slow and the office staff are rude. If something is damaged or broken before you move in they still charge you to repair it. They claim you broke it even though you had nothing to do with any of the damages.

Worst Place you can ever live . Management discriminates and is dishonest. Youll get in trouble for other peoples parking and trash issues. Will never rent at this place and does not recommend other to rent here. Management needs to be replaced !
